11/04/2026: We received a warm welcome upon arrival, with staff who were responsive, attentive, and professional throughout the entire service. We were quickly seated at a particularly pleasant table in a slightly retro setting that added considerable charm to the experience. As for the cuisine, both the appetizers and main courses lived up to our expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the combinations well-thought-out, and the presentation meticulous; each dish reflected serious work and a commitment to offering a truly refined culinary experience. The dessert service was also original and delightful: the servers invited guests to approach a display case visible from the street to choose their dessert. This presentation showcased pastries worthy of a top-tier establishment, as beautiful as they were delicious. In short, it was a truly wonderful experience, offering excellent value for money considering the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

16/04/2026: Probably the worst experience ever in a Michelin-starred restaurant: a cold and unprecedented welcome (we found the doors locked at 8 pm), mechanical and often overwhelmed service, a touch of aggression when I clearly indicated on the credit card terminal that I wouldn't be leaving a tip (these tactics, by the way, are unworthy of a Michelin-starred establishment), decent dishes lacking emotion or surprise, but prices more typical of a three-star restaurant. It lacks almost everything—except the bill of a truly exceptional fine dining experience. We had a terrible evening, and it's very regrettable.

Regarding the service, despite the waitress's polite manner, I sensed an unease among the staff, where smiles were reserved only for customers. We will return because we had a very good lunch!

And let's not forget the delicious gourmet coffee with its homemade delicacies. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant, tucked away from the crowds. 09/03/2026: I went to this bar for a stand-up comedy night I was attending. First of all, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. The service is top-notch; Oscar is super friendly and immediately puts you at ease. In general, the whole team is great. And as for the menu, there's a really wide selection: platters, open-faced sandwiches, etc. They even have crepes outside, perfect for winter bodies. The bar seems to never close, lol, only the 24/7 pizza vending machine is always busy. But I think what really sets Rhodos apart is the atmosphere. You feel like you're with family, on a special occasion. And it makes you want to party there every day!

01/03/2026: A fantastic first experience at Moulin de la Galette! Reservations are highly recommended, especially for a Saturday night. I had the Honfleur crêpe with truffled ham, scallops, and roasted squash. My friends ordered the "Bessin" crêpe with bacon, caramelized onions, and Camembert cheese, all accompanied by a glass of cider. For dessert, the pistachio crème brûlée was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere in the veranda overlooking the stream was lovely.

24/02/2026: For the past four winters I have stayed in Bayeux for extended periods, and this is my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation for lunch or dinner, it's easy to do so on their website and they follow up immediately. In my experience, the hospitality, the quality of the food and service, is stellar. I'm privileged to have become friends with the family owners and can promise you that they care deeply about the quality of their customers' experience, which is very important to me. Please don't miss a chance to dine here, c'est extraordinaire !!
