12/01/2025: My wife and I went there one afternoon. We took the 4-course market formula (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) and we really enjoyed it. The products are worked with combinations that tantalize the palate. We feel the intelligence of the cook behind each dish that delights us. The sauce accompanying the main course was just magical. The dessert was on par with the rest, which is rare to have a flawless start to dessert... Bravo and thank you for the good time had. The only downside is the accompanying bread which is not up to par with what we tasted.

08/07/2025: The service was excellent—friendly, authentic, and perfectly timed. The menu was creative and refreshingly different: for example, razor clams as an appetizer (outstanding!), a fish and spinach lasagna for the main course (also fantastic), and a “deconstructed” lemon tart for dessert. We had trouble choosing because we wanted to try everything! Best of all, though, was the execution: everything was delightfully tasty and well‑balanced. The only thing missing was pretension—thankfully! A special thank you to Sylvia and Patrick for their warm welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

02/01/2025: We had New Year's Eve in this restaurant. Although we wanted to change places to be a little further away from the musicians and despite the fact that we found ourselves in front of the entrance with the inconvenience of smokers passing by (we only had ourselves to blame), we appreciated the listening of Olivier and Rachel who were disturbed by our request.. The service was perfect, the staff charming, especially Andréa. And congratulations to Olivier whose cooking was succulent. Thank you both for your welcome and your availability.. And finally, we also appreciated the singer and her musician..🤗😜

14/12/2024: We were table 19 this evening for a meal starting at 8:30 p.m. and it was an unforgettable culinary experience. We thank very much the waitresses/waiters who made this moment even more wonderful, and with whom we got along very well. We thoroughly enjoyed this meal without leaving a crumb, which our waitress particularly appreciated. A big thank you and congratulations to the chef and the entire Chez Bruno team.

05/07/2025: A wonderful discovery by chance; the food is delicious and the waiters are lovely. We had salmon tartare, and the fish was fresh. The pizza maker's bread was a bonus; it was delicious!

23/09/2024: Jolie petite bâtisse, très belle salle en pierre, décoration de la table adaptée au lieu. Un accueil souriant de Madame qui fait elle-même le pain ! Des amuse-bouche très subtils, aux plats qui s'enchainent dans un tourbillon de saveurs, une cuisson parfaite de la truite et du caneton, des accompagnements de saison délicieux et surtout des sauces qui sont exceptionnelles! N'oublions pas le dessert autour de la poire, vous l'avez compris, c'était divin! , Madame vous présente tous les plats en vous précisant la provenance des produits, c'est génial ! Un étoilé méritant et qui est en cuisine ! Bravo à lui! Une fabuleuse carte des vins bien étoffée à tous les prix dont on retrouve des flacons très abordables dont un délicieux Vouvray sec à moins de 35 €!! Une étoile tout à fait méritée. Encore un grand merci à ce couple de jeunes pour nous avoir fait découvrir votre univers, nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

03/08/2024: Very good experience in a village full of charm, like the restaurant. The dishes are generally excellent and the wine list will make your head spin! The quantity, which is sometimes a downside in starred restaurants, was more than satisfactory (full without the cheese option), the homemade bread delicious. Maybe a bit of a wait between courses.

16/12/2024: The hotel is located in an excellent position about 25 minutes from Colmar, with parking and also reached by bus. Quiet environment, perfect for a couple or family holiday. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet has a varied choice of sweet and savory, all of excellent quality. The restaurant offers an à la carte service with carefully crafted dishes from the choice of raw materials to the presentation, all truly exquisite. Wide choice of wines. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Really positive experience!

06/08/2024: Pour l apéro nous avons accepté la planche proposée par la serveuse sans voir le prix. L' addition en main je demande si il n' y a pas une erreur 32, 90. Réponse de la patronne non c ' est pour 4 personnes. Nous sortons souvent et la planche n' a jamais été aussi chère, souvent entre 15 à 23 euros. Rien d 'exceptionnel un peu de charcuterie traditionnelle, 4 morceaux de fromages 4 petits oignons, un cornichon coupé en rondelles et 4 cuillères de rillettes de poisson qui sont proposées en amuse bouche aux tables. Je ne suis pas prête d' y retourner.

25/09/2024: Prachtige locatie in één van de mooiste dorpjes van Frankrijk. Desondanks zeer eerlijke prijzen. Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening.

22/09/2024: Tijdens ons verblijf in Eguisheim nu drie keer bij dit restaurant gegeten en zeker geen spijt van gehad. Drie keer heel lekker gegeten voor een schappelijke prijs. Dit restaurant is populair en doet niet aan reserveringen, dus soms is er kans dat je even moet wachten, maar dat is zeker de moeite waard. De varkenswangen en de zuurkool met vijf soorten vlees zijn erg lekker. De biefstuk is duidelijk anders dan we in Nederland gewend zijn, maar ook heel smaakvol. Voor dit type restaurant zeker een aanrader.

13/08/2024: Adossé à la colline le restaurant se cache dans un écrin de verdure. Le service est au top : à l’écoute et très bienveillante . Les plats sont raffinés et présentés avec amour! N’hésitez pas à faire le détour!
