19/09/2024: Face au jardin, la très belle terrasse est intimiste, l’atmosphère feutrée et agréable. Le Menu découverte offre un repas d’exception où chaque plat apporte ses surprises et permet la découverte de belles associations de saveurs. La succession des assiettes enchante et interroge d’abord le regard puis le palais. L’équipe nous a accompagné et permis de découvrir chaque plat (suggestion, description,…) Un véritable moment de dégustation où tout s’apprécie tranquillement. Une chance d’avoir profité de ce moment.

16/09/2024: Nous avons été déçus tant au niveau des plats que du service... seul le plat principal était exquis. Ce n était pas à la hauteur d un étoilé...

10/10/2024: Super soirée en groupe, nous étions 35, le lieu était privatisé, un bon couscous et une super ambiance. Chouette service.

21/09/2024: Io e mia moglie abbiamo fatto una breve vacanza Lione. Siamo arrivati giovedì 29 agosto di sera. L’indomani mattina, desiderando vivere l’esperienza culinaria da Paul Bocuse, riusciamo a prenotare per le 13,15 dello stesso giorno. Per un disguido con il mezzo di trasporto e pensando di non poter arrivare in orario (Il ristorante dista circa 8 km dal centro) per correttezza disdiciamo la prenotazione. Nello stesso tempo telefoniamo. Alle 13,09 dopo vari tentativi (fatto dimostrabile) riusciamo a prendere la linea. A chi ci risponde diciamo che abbiamo già disdetto la prenotazione e che comunque ci stavamo recando al ristorante nella speranza di arrivare al più presto possibile. Arriviamo alle ore 13.38, 23 minuti dopo la prenotazione (fatto dimostrabile). Alla ricezione troviamo una persona molto cortese alla quale spieghiamo i fatti, io nel mio francese scolastico di decenni addietro e mia moglie nel suo inglese stentato. Questa si allontana. Nell’attesa, al di là di una vetrata, vediamo la cucina dove si davano da fare con operosità non meno di 10 cuochi. Ritorna la persona che ci aveva ricevuto e subito dopo anche un cuoco. Ambedue ci fanno capire che non c’è più, vista l’ora (saranno state le 13.45), alcuna possibilità di potere pranzare. Rinnoviamo la richiesta ma nulla da fare. Irremovibilità assoluta. Ce ne andiamo.

15/09/2024: Exceptionnelle cuisine classique et plats signature de M. Paul parfaitement exécutés. Accueil et service parfait tout en restant décontracté. Portions bourgeoises. Salle confortable , décoration classique chic. Service voiturier efficace Assurément, l’un des temples de la cuisine française de tradition Enthousiasmés, nous avons pris un nouveau rdv pour la carte d’hiver .

15/09/2024: Lunch in this restaurant on a Monday lunchtime as we were passing through the area. Quick and pleasant welcome. We love the fireplace kitchen. The interior has character. You have to like the old one but it's well decorated. We had a burger and andouillette. It was very good. Too bad the fries are not homemade (I often repeat myself on this aspect in my reviews but I love homemade fries). Otherwise everything was very good. Very good value for money. Very nice chef

09/09/2024: The decor of this place is just incredible, stone walls, wrought iron chandeliers and a fireplace where your food is prepared with perfect mastery! Recommendation ? Go there, you will enjoy it.

16/11/2024: Une super expérience depuis le temps que j'en avais entendu parlé, enfin j'ai testé et adoré ! Des portions généreuses dans tous les plats, même les entrées.... petit conseil : n'hésitez pas à goûter la planche avec viande de cerf sur pierre chaude, elle est exquise.....et le gratin juste divin.... sans oublier le tartare en entrée....bravo chef ! Ne passez pas à côté des desserts.... mais je ne peux pas vous recommander un en particulier tellement le choix est varié et attrayant ... énormes coupes glacées, crème brûlée excellente, soufflé glacé et son coulis myrtilles juste sublime.... En apéro, la coupe châtaigne est originale et la bugey plus classique, toutes les deux vous mettent en appétit ....à tester absolument et sans attendre mais n'oubliez pas de réserver à l'avance ! Pour info, la resa sur internet fonctionne très bien, très pratique surtout à n'importe quel moment. A savoir que la salle peut recevoir presque 80 couverts par service mais les serveuses sont sympas, rapides et efficaces, ça fait plaisir 😁 Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce bon moment gustatif 😋 on reviendra tester la fondue car il paraît qu'elle en fait fondre plus d'un.... Si vous êtes 4, vous pouvez réserver une des 2 tables rondes en forme de tonneau, très originale !

06/09/2024: 1 star because we have to give one! If it were up to me, I wouldn't put any on. Poor atmosphere and not very friendly manager, even to the point of belittling people.

14/11/2024: As a starter there were mushroom talmouses in tricorn or snail tagine. Main course was duck with vegetables or roast veal with sauce and vegetables, plus gratin dauphinois. finally for dessert we had the choice between homemade sorbets, verbena ice cream, tarte tatin or chocolate mousse. everything was perfect! we had a great time and the atmosphere and location are incredible. We will return.

14/09/2024: I came for the inauguration 6 years ago, and it’s still as good or even better! There is room to sit comfortably on the terrace. I now have the habit of having Christmas logs every year at Flazzi. I recommend!

26/01/2025: Beautiful room, very well appointed and welcoming. Wide choice of savory and sweet crepes. When it comes to savory pancakes, we've all been there a little. The sauce accompanying the salmon crepe was not appealing. Just like the marriage of tastes for the Saint-Félicien pancake. Everything is of quality but in terms of flavors we expected more at these price levels. The service is fast. Sometimes a little dry in his approach. Food quality: 5* Taste quality: 3* Culinary inventiveness: 2* Atmosphere: 5* Service: 4* Value for money: 3*
