13/09/2024: The v and b Pamiers could be a v and b like the others in France....except that in Pamiers there is Inès on the staff. Friendly, efficient and dynamic, after work has never been the same since she arrived. Long live beer, wine and Inès....
27/08/2024: Local alcohol sales, with a bar area to have a drink and a small terrace. It was on the outskirts of the city, and had a lot of atmosphere. Too bad it will close at 8:00 p.m. Maybe too soon

18/08/2024: Beaune has exceptional restaurants and La Benaton is one that sits comfortably in that category. The food is absolutely delicious and is Michelin Star worthy. The service is excellent but you do need to keep an eye on over zealous wine pouring waiters, who top you up constantly, which can leave you with the impression that you are being rushed through a bottle of wine. The restaurant is quiet and had an air of exclusivity, lacking a warmth and vibrancy which may dissuade young foodies from visiting, which would be a great shame as the food is absolutely superb. Dog friendly and well worth a visit!

18/11/2024: Servicio amable, pero caro, y precios no justificados como comida no muy buena. Podrías hacerlo mucho mejor en un lugar alternativo.
02/11/2024: El servicio estaba bien bastante lento. La comida era tan beige soso y ordinario y sin duda sobreprecio. No pudimos quedarnos de postre porque nuestra decepción ya estaba repleta. Nunca más.

When you want to eat a crepe, you want to eat simple and good.
In this charming place, it's a successful challenge, fast service, impeccable welcome, and once our pancake is in front of us it's a surprise. The presentation is magnificent and just as appetizing visually as in taste! I will come back with pleasure
29/08/2024: Great salty pancakes (crêpe de froment), some unusual but very tasty toppings possible and superbe sweet crêpes! Fun presentation too, like your salad bowl is actually made out of edible croustillant crêpe. Service is friendly and fast. The place is traditional.
Parking just across the road. Terrace is at the road but that's not of concern once you tasted the crêpes.
We had a Galette Mimosa and a crêpe avec chocolat et crème chantilly fait MAISON! And a crêpe with caramelised pêche 🍑 au beurre salé. 😍

It's hard to find a spot on the terrace, but at the same time, it's because it's cool 😎

The rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable bedding. The meals are delicious.
It's quiet. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
The pool was the perfect temperature.
A wonderfully relaxing time, as usual. I recommend it.
16/06/2025: A true little corner of paradise, calm and family-friendly. Whether you're relaxing at the spa, having a drink by the pool, or enjoying a meal at the restaurant, everything is always perfect. The welcome is warm, the staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. It's always a pleasure to come back to unwind and fully enjoy. I highly recommend it!

01/01/2025: There was a hair baked into the bread. When flagged to the manager her response was “[shrug] we don’t bake the bread in house”. Wine list arrived 20 mins after the starter (wine list was good, but
Trout and eel press wasn’t great and unimproved by a blue jelly topping. There was a great dish of beetroot. Arctic Char was tepid. Main course (pigeon pie) was so salty it was inedible. We left before dessert. Not sure if/how this place has a Michelin star. Bistro food with cafe service.

Rated 1* in the Michelin Guide.
We spent New Year's Eve and had a great time from 7:30 p.m. to 12:15 a.m.
The service was pleasant and adapted to the evening.
The dishes are refined and the food/wine pairing was perfect.
A jazz orchestra accompanied this evening in a way that was a little too sonorous at times but pleasant nonetheless.
I recommend this establishment.

20/10/2024: Les menus à 65€ sont quasi irréprochables (en particulier le pigeon rôti aux épices est une absolue réussite) mais le prix invraisemblable des vins au verre fait chuter le rapport Q/P : 11€ pour un verre de Viré-Clessé, 14€ pour un verre de Rully Rouge.Calculons rapidement : unitairement,un verre,c'est 12cc environ;une bouteille de 75cc permet de servir largement six verres. D'où l'équation :14€x6 verres égale 84€ la bouteille de Rully !!!On nage en plein délire de coefficient multiplicateur...A noter par ailleurs que l'eau filtrée à 5€ la bouteille vous est imposée (impossible de se faire servir une simple carafe).

24/09/2024: Located after Feurs, this restaurant shines with the quality of the dishes offered. The menus, numbering 3 in addition to the traditional children's menu and daily menu and à la carte, are affordable. The value for money is there.
The homemade desserts, in buffet style, are a real delight for the eyes and taste buds.
The service is pleasant, we waited but that day, the room was full, a victim of the success of this address.
If the parking lot with limited spaces is full, there is the stadium parking lot opposite where you can park.
2nd experience several years apart, but still just as good.
13/08/2024: The gentleman is the caterer who did my wedding. They know how to adapt to the budget, are attentive, and very organized. Everything is square and above all delicious! So many compliments I got! An original and delicious wine, a perfect meal and an incredible team. Thank you to them for this magnificent work which pleased all my guests.
