03/05/2026: We booked a table for six, but when we arrived, it had been given to other people. We were then offered a table for four outside, on the Villa d'Isle side. We received a terrible welcome from the Villa d'Isle staff, especially the tall, bald man and another woman from the annex, who treated us with contempt as if we were the troublemakers. Furthermore, the table service was nonexistent, and the food was equally poor. We were served cocktails that weren't even fully prepared. Apparently, regular customers receive better service and treatment.

12/07/2026: Impeccable service and cuisine! Warm welcome, superb setting on the banks of the Saône. Be sure to book in advance. We had the frogs' legs as a main course, a good portion for one person, a real treat. The Colonel's Cup for dessert was excellent; the vodka served as a shot on the side allowed you to mix it yourself. The chocolate fondant was perfect, and the accompanying whipped cream was divine—light and airy, not at all sweet, providing a lovely contrast to the still-warm fondant.

09/07/2026: A wonderful experience. The setting is lovely, right on the banks of the Saône. The food is very good, the frogs' legs are excellent, and the tiramisu is to die for. I highly recommend it. I would gladly return.

10/07/2026: Went there with my mother and everything was great. Since it's quite a turística style restaurant I got to say I was worried but from appetizer to the desert I was amazed. Amazing fried shrimp with a lemon flavored mayo, le fondant de pork with the mash potatoes are a must and to close it all the profiterole made with so much care even I that do not appreciate chocolate as much just loved it. Oh yea the Moscow mule is also worth noting. Overall great. Just small note to the employee who are so nice and dynamic (almost no waiting time even at rush hour). Please get rid of the pigeon that keeps walking around our feet! Otherwise, perfection. Thank you for you service and food!

15/06/2026: Just passing through. Booked a table in the afternoon. Very pleasant restaurant overlooking the harbor. The three waiters were very friendly. The beef was incredibly tender no matter how it was cooked, and the homemade fries were just as good! I highly recommend it!
