08/08/2026: The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was comfortable and nice, with a few minor drawbacks: a musty smell upon arrival and dust on the headboard and bed, which is a problem for those with allergies. However, the room was very quiet, the breakfast offered a good selection, and the products were tasty. It's ideally located for visiting Cheverny.

The reception staff were extremely kind and welcoming. A delicious, varied breakfast—simple yet fresh and tasty. We will definitely return on our next trip to the region. 07/07/2026: At L’Ecumoir, it’s like being at home, but better, without having to cook. Whenever I’m craving delicious traditional food, I rush there. I love all the dishes. I never tire of the classics: watermelon and feta salad, mushroom carpaccio, lemon spaghetti. By far my favorite spot in the neighborhood. It’s also the perfect place to meet your neighbors if you’ve just moved to the area. It’s truly the heart and soul of Rue Saint Sabin, run by Stéphanie, a wonderful woman, generous in her cooking as she is in life.

26/06/2026: Based on the online review of the sample room, we were hoping for a pleasant end to our stay. What a disappointment! Under the pretext that it would be easier to transport our luggage, we were given a room that wasn't even worthy of a two-star rating: impossible to fit two suitcases, only one bedside table. The bathroom was dilapidated: a square sink in the corner, an ancient toilet, but the advantage was that you could wash your feet while sitting on the toilet, as the shower flooded the room if you used too much pressure. And all this for the price of a three-star room… So if you stay at this hotel, avoid room number 10!

29/04/2026: We had an excellent stay at this hotel where everything is done to make guests feel at home. The cuisine is very good, featuring organic and/or local products. The atmosphere is cozy and the welcome is warm, even familial. The Tour de France will pass by this hotel in July 2026. Attention cycling enthusiasts if you want to take advantage of the many benefits of this excellent establishment while being in the front row for this sporting event.

16/07/2026: It was inedible. Look at my other reviews, I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this time, I couldn't finish my plate even though: I hadn't eaten for 24 hours, I'd been drinking so I was extremely hungry, and I usually eat anything and everything—food is food, you can eat anything. But not here. First of all, they took my payment before serving me, which I don't mind, and it saves me from having to queue to pay, but restaurants don't usually do that, so now I understand why. I ordered fish and chips, I paid €17 for all the ingredients to be processed. Again, food is food, so who cares? But the fish and chips sauce had clearly gone bad; it was yellow and extremely acidic. It hadn't been in the fridge for days. The fish was bad; it didn't taste like fish, only like the batter was fried (and the batter itself didn't taste like batter, just like fried food). The inside was WHITE, like a sheet of A4 paper that's been UV-treated—I'm sure it would shine brightly in a nightclub. The fries, well, they were frozen and just overcooked, but edible. The lettuce leaves were okay too, since they were lettuce leaves. But then there was the dressing, which was probably from a tube, and it was incredibly acidic. I know it's supposed to be acidic, but even my tongue was questioning it. So there you have it. I was very sad because I was very hungry, and it was the first time I'd ever been afraid of a sauce.

04/07/2026: I came for lunch at this small Portuguese restaurant on a very hot day, where there's a warm, family atmosphere. Many regulars come here for a drink or a meal. Today, Saturday, it's à la carte. The dishes are very good, prepared by the cook who is also the manager. Special mention for the duck breast, which was excellent. There's a small terrace on the street side. Friendly service. See you soon.

The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious and very good value for money. Without a doubt, the most outstanding feature was the service from the waiters—they were so attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

27/08/2026: I have been fortunate to enjoy many spectacular meals across many cities, but I can easily say this is one of the best I’ve ever had. My partner and I visited restaurant SEVIN for lunch while passing through Avignon and were blown away by our meal. Every bite was exceptional. The wine list was fantastic and well priced. Guilhem and Corinne were wonderful, and their passion for their craft was evident. I cannot recommend enough!

29/09/2026: Reply to the owner's comment: Maybe if you don't call people stupid, you won't have any problems. :) A word to the wise. After trying a "GREEN CURRY" on Deliveroo (a Green Curry that arrived with carrots and zucchini (??), tasteless, with nothing. Just bland, old chicken broth.), I decided to leave a bad review on the app. The response was that I was "stupid." Wasn't that enough for you? Well, here's another one. ☺️
