11/06/2026: We used Sabine and Thierry's restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The meal was excellent, featuring top-quality ingredients. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere was great. We go back whenever we can. We highly recommend this restaurant. It's the holy grail. The prices are more than reasonable considering what's offered. Those who think it's too expensive should go to McDonald's instead.

26/05/2026: We've known this restaurant for many years; in fact, they've been here for 20 years! Besides the restaurant itself, there's also Kathia and Jean-Luc, without whom the restaurant wouldn't have the same prestige. The food is impeccable, delicious, and unpretentious, simply served with care, just like at home. They're always attentive to their customers, who keep coming back with great pleasure to delight our taste buds. Thank you, don't change a thing, and see you very soon! Kisses to you both! ✌

22/10/2025: A more than warm welcome from a little lady who runs the shop all by herself. She served us a delicious plate of charcuterie and cheese, in a wonderful atmosphere.

05/10/2025: What a surprise awaited us behind this little cellar door... We entered by chance (but was it really a chance?) and were welcomed by a friendly and unusually kind woman. We tasted and then bought some liqueurs, and then left. We were so impressed by this encounter with Marie-Dominique that we returned at noon to eat a charcuterie board and spend some time with this extraordinary woman. Three hours and a few drinks later, we resigned ourselves to leaving this place with a heavy heart, but as we strolled around, we were eager to return...

28/05/2026: The place to be in La Salvetat if you have a sweet tooth and are looking for artisanal products! Delicious ice cream and macarons! I'll definitely be back to try the other treats they offer 😊 Go for it! 😊

06/04/2026: I don't comment very often during my trips (I think this is actually the first time). However, I think the owners and Staff from Hotel-Restaurant La Bonne Franquette absolutely deserved it. I spent my 2026 Easter Weekend there. My room was clean and the bed very comfy, the food at the restaurant was excellent. But most importantly, the Staff was simply incredible. I hope that my trips will bring me back to the Alsace, if this happen, I will book there again on a heartbeat.

19/07/2026: As usual, a great time at the guinguette. We've been coming for over 15 years to spend a "day" here: canoeing, swimming, pétanque, and then lunch or dinner. This year we found the usual atmosphere, with an added bonus in the food! Even more "prepared" dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and homemade fries! What else? 👌 ...the best!
