09/05/2026: After passing by the restaurant several times, we finally decided to have a romantic dinner. What a wonderful discovery! A cheerful restaurant in a refined setting; a zen, soothing atmosphere. We had lunch outside, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. A big thank you to the waitress who was incredibly attentive, offering excellent advice (for the wine, for example) and being so kind. She was lovely, welcoming, yet always discreet. Much appreciated. Thank you to the chef who came by several times to check if everything was to our liking. We chatted and exchanged ideas—it was fantastic! No waiting, just the right amount of time, allowing us to savor the meal and chat. The menu was excellent, featuring only local, homemade products and showcasing true expertise. It was perfect! We will definitely return because our taste buds were delighted. Bravo!

You probably won't believe what you'll get fornthe price particularly at lunch time with the incredible set menu. I have been going to 975 since their opening back in the 17th arrondisement, and they are constantly delivering an exceptional gastonomic food, for a fraction of price of even a brasserie. An intimate setting, extremely professional, friendly, and experienced service, presentation and cuisine that become a truly divine culinary experience. We came on Saturday at lunchtime, we ate in the shop area, and we absolutely loved it. Nothing to complain about...
