10/12/2025: A magical and unforgettable interlude! Upon arriving in the village, we were immediately captivated by the charm and authenticity of the place. A simple and warm welcome instantly immersed us in a family atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, understated, and tastefully decorated; we slept very well. But before that, we had dinner… each dish was an immersion into the Chef's world, accompanied by a unique ceremony, and the staff reflected the quality of the establishment. By far, our best Michelin-starred experience! Indulgence, generosity, authenticity, local produce, finesse, precision—everything was there… The icing on the cake was the privilege of a long conversation with the Chef, with whom we shared our common love for Martinique! We completely understood the world of this exceptional chef and embraced it wholeheartedly! The place and the staff reflect the Chef and his wife! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Beyond having superb crêpes and galettes, they're always there to suggest places to visit, addresses, etc. Thanks to them, we discovered Saint Cast le Guildo, and it truly is magnificent! 😊😊 In 2025, between us, we nicknamed you "Tati" because we felt so at home, and that's still the case—you're our "Tati" of Dinan! 🥰 We still have wonderful memories thanks to you. 23/02/2026: Unbeatable value for money! We're talking about both the food and the service. Everything here is homemade, even the pastries. I've been having lunch three times a week at this establishment for the past five months, and frankly, everything is top-notch: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert—true cuisine, almost gourmet. There's a huge variety of dishes, undoubtedly depending on the season and what's available, but what they offer is truly of a very, very high standard. It's certainly the best restaurant within a 15km radius, and I've been eating there every day for years. The welcome is always excellent, and the owner is always smiling. Even though she must be running a half-marathon every lunchtime, she's always in a good mood despite the challenges of being a business owner, and I know what I'm talking about—I'm in the same boat! Honestly, I have great respect for them and their philosophy. I chatted with them briefly on Friday; they are truly passionate and, moreover, honest people, which is becoming rare. They truly deserve the praise they receive.

Homemade cuisine, Angus beef strips with dauphinoise potatoes, arugula salad, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, and cooked green beans, followed by a fabulous homemade pavlova and a gourmet tea with a giant (delicious) cookie, panna cotta, and cheesecake. All the desserts are homemade, fresh, generous, and remarkable! Impeccable service, very pleasant dining room. We'll be back very soon!

11/12/2025: Great restaurant! The dishes are creative and delicious, and the price is really reasonable. You can find dishes you won't find anywhere else. The atmosphere and decor are really nice too.
