07/07/2025: The place was great! There was a good atmosphere and the service was great. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend the squid tentacles with chorizo. The portions were generous and the prices super reasonable! This restaurant is great and you absolutely have to go there!

07/07/2025: A real treat! I enjoyed absolutely excellent squid tentacles with chorizo: I'd never eaten them so tender! Everything was accompanied by a perfectly cooked risotto and an exceptional, flavorful, and balanced sauce. The welcome was very warm, with attentive and friendly service from start to finish. A wonderful culinary discovery that I highly recommend!

09/07/2025: If you like seafood, yes, it's a place to go in the city center of Marseille. Great fish soup and other seafood dishes. Quite a decent place to have your lunch or dinner quietly. Service is good too.

17/12/2024: We visited this restaurant on Sunday after enjoying the beautiful Christmas atmosphere in Locronan. We had made a reservation a few days in advance, and everything went perfectly. The food was truly excellent, and I’m sharing some photos to show how impressive it was. The staffs were kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was filled with smoke from the wood-burning cheminée, which irritated our eyes a bit, but the amazing food more than made up for it. We ordered the full menu, including an entrée, main course, and dessert, each dish was delicious and well-prepared. It was a great dining experience, and I highly recommend it!

04/12/2025: We had lunch there one day and were pleasantly surprised by the €25 set menu: two excellent amuse-bouches, a choice of two starters including a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, a flavorful veal stew, and perfectly cooked sea bream. The service was discreet and attentive. We highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

14/11/2025: Having been regulars for several years, we were delighted to meet the new management. They bring their own personal touch while remaining true to the Florida's family history. The faces have changed, but the quality remains, and we were able to appreciate the chef's talent and the updated menu, especially while enjoying the cozy fireplace. Whether on the terrace in fine weather or inside, the Florida remains one of our favorite restaurants, both for its sophisticated and high-quality cuisine and for the warm welcome we received. As frequent visitors, we wholeheartedly recommend it.

I regularly go to this restaurant for lunch with friends, and every time everything is perfect! The dishes are beautiful, prepared with excellent ingredients, and delicious. It's truly one of the best restaurants in St-Etienne. Don't hesitate to visit! The welcome is excellent, the waiter is friendly and attentive to our needs.

03/07/2025: We will not have the pleasure of giving an opinion on the quality of the cuisine as the welcome dissuaded us from trying the experience: pushing the door on an opening day after having tried in vain to call to reserve without success, we were stopped dead: "it's closed today" not a hello nor a but we are open tomorrow for example and dark place not inviting. A verbal message left on my mobile phone at 12:30 of the same barrel finally more polite but curt no invitation to come another day either.

26/01/2025: The menu did not mention the price of the complete package - matched wines (only the price of the wines, €30) We ordered with confidence given the price of the normal menu. Surprise still 90€!!! Nothing to say about the quality of the food, a lack of coordination in the wine service. The bill even includes coffees ;-( or 204€... My family and I were customers and well known to the previous owners, I came back a few times but I don't think I'll repeat the experience. Thank you for reading

23/11/2024: Impeccable service, warm... Excellent cuisine, fresh produce! However, a small problem... Extreme allergic reaction (hospital) following the dish even though all the ingredients indicated are normally tolerated. The small downside but original and excellent creperie!

06/12/2025: Well, this describes our dinner a few months after our visit. We made a reservation months in advance. It was supposed to be the highlight of our stay in Paris. Just before dinner, we were informed that the menu would be vegan, not vegetarian. Well, we had no choice. Despite booking months in advance, we were given a table in the basement. Windowless, featureless. It was very quiet; I could hear people swallowing food two tables away. We ate zucchini in ten dishes. There was no surprise; the flavors were essentially the same. The best part was the bread—without butter. We left surprised, unpleasant. A wasted evening. We definitely don't recommend it. The service was excellent. It was interesting to see other guests, equally surprised. They were also expecting something spectacular. And all we got was the bill. Disappointing. By the way, negative reviews posted on the restaurant's website are deleted.
