08/06/2026: We had kebabs with fries, and they were really very good, no complaints whatsoever. The taste was excellent. The potatoes and fries were a real treat; you could tell they were homemade. Eating good food like that felt so good, and it had been a long time since I'd eaten something so delicious.

24/05/2026: Really worth the effort for us to walk 20 minutes from our hotel to L’Aubergeade, friendly services by the bosses, always so positive and cheerful .. Absolutely loved the French classics here. The escargots were rich, buttery, and packed with fragrant garlic herb flavor — perfectly baked and incredibly satisfying. The foie gras was smooth, luxurious, and paired beautifully with the bread and sweet jam for a perfect balance of savory and sweet. The bone marrow was indulgent and full of deep flavor, while the lobster was fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The octopus was another standout — tender, smoky, and beautifully seasoned without being chewy. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic flavor. Excellent food, cozy atmosphere, and a memorable dining experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys classic French cuisine done right!

Excellent cuisine featuring flavorful regional dishes made with local produce, including some excellent wines worth discovering. The limited menu and à la carte options guarantee homemade dishes, including desserts. Well worth a visit and a return trip for us. May 2026: a regular stop and another great experience with a menu and offerings that are excellent value for money. Friendly service, efficient service, and classic, generous cuisine—what more could you ask for?

24/05/2026: My sister and I spent a short week at this hotel, which lived up to our expectations: a great location, impeccable cleanliness throughout, a large and very functional room and bathroom, and a very comprehensive buffet breakfast. The restaurant's food was excellent, refined, and good value for money. The peaceful and well-maintained setting, complete with a swimming pool, was a welcome respite during the heatwave. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, with a special mention for Gilian, who generously contributed to the friendly atmosphere with her cheerfulness and constant concern for our well-being. We will definitely return with pleasure! We sincerely thank them.
