08/06/2026: The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.

28/05/2026: We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.

27/06/2026: A beautiful and very varied golf course; we played it in a golf cart in the sweltering heat. It's a shame the bar was closed at the end of the round at 6 pm, but the manager was there and had drinks to offer us. Thanks again.

01/07/2026: A great restaurant, lively and with a great atmosphere. The unique concept allows you to sample several carefully prepared dishes chosen from the daily specials board. Everything is truly excellent. My only slight reservation concerns the desserts, which could be improved. Go without hesitation.

30/06/2026: Hello. The service is truly awful, the reception is terrible, the welcome is really disappointing. I left my coffee on the counter; they don't even know how to talk to people, and this is the last time, even though I'm a loyal customer.

18/06/2026: The best dessert, according to the saleswoman, was the vanilla flan. It wasn't anything special. Considering the price and the quality of the tuna sandwich, it was equally disappointing. Very disappointed with Maison Pradier.

23/04/2026: Very disappointed with this visit. A table of 9 people ordered 6 identical dishes, 5 of which were sent back because the puff pastry was hard and tasteless. They were returned, only to be refilled without the pastry, after a very long wait. And the compensation offered was completely inadequate: €7 off the dish. What a shame about this drop in quality.

23/04/2026: Disappointing considering the price! €39 for two bites of lobster in puff pastry so hard my fork couldn't even pierce it! The waiter did offer a discount on the final bill, but the dish still came to €32 for a piece of lobster and three forks of leek…

28/06/2026: The service was remarkably similar to that of a social security office. Customers weren't allowed to choose their seats and had to submit to the waiter's orders. It's a shame, as the food is renowned, but we didn't try it. We preferred to leave. As a result, we had dinner at the competitor, "La Plage," where the cuisine might be less sophisticated, but the welcome was warm and the price was 50 euros cheaper for two people. The chef and owner of "La Plaisance" would benefit from spending more time in the dining room.

29/06/2026: I'm a truck driver, and there are two large parking lots where you can park your rig. I had a great evening with people of all ages; we had a lot of laughs, what a great atmosphere! The managers are super friendly, the welcome is warm, and the food is good. As a woman, I was able to shower in separate facilities from the men's. I highly recommend it. ☺️

The ingredients were high quality, the culinary combinations were beautiful, and above all, the wine list offered a wide variety of wines recommended by a very friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. The ambiance could be warmer, but everything else more than makes up for it.
