What particularly touches me is the tremendous opportunity it offers young people who may be struggling academically.
Managed by a non-profit organization, the establishment not only trains students for excellence; it also allows them to discover the restaurant industry, regain confidence, and flourish.
Congratulations on this inclusive and promising approach!

27/12/2023: Teníamos reserva a las 13:30h y nos tuvieron esperando 45min en la calle porque decían no tener espacio.
La comunicación nefasta, la camarera muy borde y únicamente nos respondía en francés pese a indicarle que entendías poco y que preferías otro idioma (ej. inglés). Es algo que nos llamó la atención pues en Toulouse todo el mundo es muy amable y hace por ayudarte. En este local todo lo contrario.
A parte de la espera y el mal trato, la comida la sirvieron tarde y la carne quemada.
Este sitio no lo recomendaríamos ni volveríamos. Hay sitios mucho mejores en Toulouse y con personal más amable.

L’accueil est déplorable, les serveurs très peu aimables (surtout l’homme derrière le bar du 2eme étage)

Francis you're the best, we could spend hours there
Francis you are unbeatable, a drink, ten jokes and at the table
21/11/2024: We spent the end of the day and evening at the station café due to an SNCF delay of more than 4 hours.... Francis and his wife were adorable and very welcoming. The beef bourguignon was succulent! We were able to stay after closing, the kindness of Francis spared us the cold, the snow and allowed us to have a good time despite the notorious incompetence of the SNCF. Fortunately there are still people like them! Thank you so much.

08/09/2024: The snack bar is managed by a very caring, attentive and friendly couple.
I had ordered a mixed plate, and was warned that it would take a little time.
In the end, the wait was quite reasonable, around ten minutes.
The customers were also very friendly and loyal. Despite certain prices, I remain satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant.

11/03/2024: It's 2:26 p.m. when I decide by chance to have my lunch at "pause Gourmande" or should I say, "pause for a starving man" rather lol.
With barely 7€ we can barely access a light Mexican without a menu.
But what a shame!!!
I'm already very thin, but luckily I don't eat in this bakery every lunchtime otherwise I'll end up SKELETAL
The Donuts cost almost €3, I hope at least it will make me more efficient in bed, otherwise it's a scam!!!
I highly recommend the bakery by continuing the street further 200m from it
