01/03/2026: An exceptional experience: we spent two nights at the hotel, dined at the Klima restaurant, and tasted the house wines, with excellent recommendations from the passionate young sommelier. The welcome was both professional and warm from the entire team, starting with Olivier, his daughter, and Patrick Leflaive themselves. At Leflaive, the concern for the well-being of guests is truly shared by all employees. The team, very young both in the dining room and the kitchen, the chef who came to greet us, all delightful and attentive, ensured we had two remarkable dinners. A vineyard tour with the young and very professional Sophie, assisted by a sommelier, recommendations for visits from colleagues by the reception team and maître d'hôtel, and a personalized tour of the cellar by Patrick Leflaive. A truly exceptional experience. Top-notch rooms and perfect meals, worthy of a Michelin star. What more can I say? Simply pure bliss... to be shared.

15/02/2026: A superb hotel, a haven of peace, a cozy retreat with a family atmosphere. Sophie welcomed us with a warm smile and pampered us throughout our stay. And the restaurant? What can I say? A truly wonderful experience: gastronomic, wine-related, and personal. Amandine is an exceptional sommelier, the service is top-notch, and the dining atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A must-try!

01/07/2026: Due to exceptional health reasons, we had to cancel our stay at this hotel, which was scheduled for August 2026. We notified the hotel three months in advance, requesting a refund, at least partial, or to reschedule for August 2027. Of the ten hotel/guesthouse nights we had booked in the area, this was the only hotel that categorically refused to understand my health situation and offer a solution. Therefore, in such circumstances, expect people to coldly apply their terms and conditions, with absolutely no understanding for their customers. Unexpected life events have no place in their principles.

26/07/2026: Nice restaurant, but not worth the price. For the aperitif, they were out of passion fruit coulis and replaced it (without any compensation). The service was also mediocre; the meat arrived without the sauce (after a several-minute wait), and we ate our dessert with teaspoons. Clearly, the price paid was not worth what we ate.

24/05/2026: Huge disappointment at this restaurant. We came for a family meal and were among the first to arrive. My elderly mother treated herself to a starter, but an hour and fifteen minutes later, we still hadn't received our main courses! We asked the waitress when we would be served, and her curt reply to my mother was that it was because she had ordered a starter! I find it unbelievable that, as customers who support these people, we should be treated like this. I see that others have already raised this issue! I do not recommend this restaurant; the food is mediocre, and the waitress's attitude is simply intolerable!

10/05/2026: A lovely little restaurant, very well run. We ate there: - Excellent eggs meurette (poached eggs in red wine sauce) - Chicken Gaston Gérard with homemade mashed potatoes and colorful baby carrots. Cooked to perfection, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it. Open only for lunch. We'll definitely go back.

20/05/2026: The previous review referred to the old management. I want to clarify that the new management is excellent. The renovated dining rooms are superb. The staff is very professional. The menus are of good quality. It's always a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The change was more than necessary. Thank you to the new owners.

01/06/2026: Avoid at all costs!! Today I went to Planet, a sushi restaurant in Enghien-les-Bains, because it's a place I usually really like, and I love the food there. However, I had a very, very bad experience with the man working at the register. He spoke to me very coldly without looking me in the eye. He was very unpleasant. I asked him to charge my phone because I needed it for my GPS, but he curtly replied "no" without even looking at me until the cashier came by. I asked her if she had a charger, and she said yes, of course, but he gave her a very unpleasant look, almost as if he wanted to hit her. We left, thanking him, but he didn't respond.

19/05/2026: When I go to pick up an order, there's always a delay. We used to be happy to pick up an order at Planet Sushi, but it's gotten worse. Remember, we're paid for the delivery, not for waiting.

08/07/2026: The group meal was very well executed, the setting on the terrace was lovely with two shaded tables, and my guests left delighted! Thank you

05/07/2026: We had reserved a table for 10 people this Sunday evening. When we arrived, we were seated inside. We asked to be seated on the terrace, but were told that it wasn't possible to set up large tables outside and that everything was full... yet we clearly saw that there were still free tables outside... Then, since we were a group of more than 9 people, we didn't have access to the full menu (which hadn't been mentioned to us when we made the reservation)... So no tarte flambée, no Alsatian dishes, only three desserts available... Despite our repeated requests, no effort was made. We won't be back!

25/04/2026: Not great. We tried it on the last day the restaurant was open. It was supposed to be a set menu for €22, including grilled meat (either chicken or sausage), fries or gratin, salad, and dessert. We sat down, but there was no more chicken, so we got two sausages, a handful of fries, and some salad. And when it came time for dessert, there was nothing left—no dessert, nothing to replace it, not a free drink, not a discount on the bill. €22 is a lot for two chipolatas and a handful of fries!

25/03/2026: Since its expansion, this restaurant has unfortunately lost its friendly atmosphere, which is a real shame. It's best enjoyed on a sunny day, as you're likely to get very cold when it's cooler.
