24/10/2026: A lovely restaurant within a beautiful hotel: attentive service and good food, but average value for money.

14/10/2026: - Excellent food - Friendly but slow and inattentive service. 10 minutes to get the menu. Another 10 minutes for the wine to arrive. When we asked for the bill, the waiter went into the kitchen, we saw him chatting and laughing with the other staff, and we waited another 10 minutes. - Aside from the fishing rods and hooks, which are a nice touch, the atmosphere is really cold and nothing like an artists' café. The gray walls, the conference-room-style door, and the large communal table, neither set nor decorated, ruin the whole experience.

10/10/2026: A warm welcome, a generous fondue with top-quality meat (rump steak), tender and flavorful, so good you could eat it raw: it's practically a crime to cook it! A good quality house wine, attentive service without being intrusive, and a welcome, fragrant génépi liqueur, though a touch sweet for my taste. All this for a very reasonable price. A great place, without a doubt. Thank you, and see you soon.

26/09/2026: A first for us tonight, and it was a success! The fondue was delicious and the raclette a real treat! The staff were very friendly, and I can't wait to come back. I just have one small criticism, which won't change my star rating or the overall success of the evening: the charcuterie platters that accompany the fondue and raclette were, in my opinion (perhaps), a little too light… but we ate very well! We'll be back.

23/10/2026: A warm welcome. A beautiful dining room, lovely decor, and a great atmosphere. The dishes are fresh and generous. My prawn platter was very generous, and the prawns were cooked to perfection. A delightful starter with a flaky pastry that was incredibly tender. Try the fish waterzooi; you won't forget it! Efficient and pleasant service, even if a few shortcomings were apparent (no water, no bread)... unless you had to ask. But the important thing is that you have a very enjoyable time. An honest and welcoming place to recommend!

19/10/2026: A fantastic experience from start to finish! We used this restaurant for a family event for about twenty people, and everything was perfect. The food was excellent, and the service on the day was top-notch. Our communication beforehand with the person in charge of organizing the event was clear and concise, with a great ability to adapt to our requests. On the day of the meal, everything ran smoothly, thanks to a very professional and attentive team. Their thoughtful touches and discreet yet perfectly timed presence truly made all the difference. We were able to fully enjoy our family and this special occasion without having to worry about the organization. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and for contributing to the success of our day!

The whole team was incredibly attentive: smiling, helpful, and very quick with the service despite our early arrival… and the meal was absolutely amazing! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise in every bite! In short, we recommend it 100%!

16/09/2026: A great little find. Happened to see this place as.we.walked up to Sacre Coeur and returned just before sunset. Stunning night time views of the Eiffel Tower and the Paris cityscape. Beautiful fish tacos and a decent bottle of wine, both great value. Service was faultless, one slight problem and yet the host sorted it without question, along with a genuine apology. Nothing too much trouble. One to visit.

16/09/2026: In the bistro category, offering excellent value for money, I give it 5 stars! They don't promise a grand evening, but good food and drinks. Plus, the restaurant has an impressive number of seats and is located right on the ViaRhôna cycle route. When we were there, the daily special was sold out, but no problem, they prepared four delicious dishes for us at the price of the daily special. At lunchtime, all the local artisans come here, which is a sign of both quality and value. No frills, just simple, good, and well-served. Thank you.

26/08/2026: A visit to Le Petit Brens was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The salad served had clearly not been properly sorted: many leaves were damaged, wilted, and some were frankly blackened. It's really unpleasant to find these kinds of leaves on your plate. A little sorting and care before serving would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because this kind of detail gives a bad overall impression of the meal. When you tell the waitress, I'll tell the kitchen, move along, nothing to see here.

28/08/2026: Passing through town, we stopped at this small, artisanal bakery and pastry shop. Beautifully laid out. Very clean. The staff was very pleasant and smiling. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Espresso served with little chocolates. This bakery is located across from the beach. I recommend it 1000%!

22/08/2026: 2024 - I stopped by after a surf session around 11:15 and ordered the Full Brunch. It was delicious, generous portions, and a great variety of items. Thank you so much, I'll be back! 2026 - I had brunch again after an early morning surf session, still very good and top-notch. Thank you!
