08/09/2026: I stopped by a bakery near my accommodation that opens in the morning. The owner is very friendly, and the bread is delicious! When I went right after they opened, the baguette was warm and tasty!

04/08/2026: A wonderful time at Etienne and Caroline's! The food was delicious, traditional, and homemade, and of the highest quality, just the way we like it! The welcome was perfect. Caroline and Etienne are warm and incredibly kind people who go out of their way to make their meals even more enjoyable. The portions are more than generous, and I challenge anyone to leave "d'a'l popote" hungry. Well done! Pascale, Régis, and Laurie.

13/09/2026: As a resident of Gueux, it's always a pleasure to come to the Bistrot du Circuit! A great atmosphere, a warm welcome, and quality cuisine. A wonderful place in the village that I highly recommend!

29/08/2026: Excellent home cooking and a perfect welcome. Just 15 minutes from the center of Reims, we highly recommend the short detour.

31/08/2026: I came for my birthday on a Monday evening with my boyfriend. We were very well received, but the service was lacking! For a table costing €220 for two, I would have liked to enjoy my evening without feeling rushed. Knowing that it wasn't possible to order another drink afterward, even though it was only 10:20 PM and the website stated closing time was 10:30 PM, I was a little disappointed. We won't be back, as we pay to have a good time, not to have it ruined.

16/08/2026: Outstanding. A good traditional French bistro in a grand high ceiling room, located near the station. The 49 euro 3 course prie fixe menu was astonishing value for money with huge choice of starters and mains and 5 desserts. Good portions, beautiful presentation, slick service and everything well cooked. Sensibly priced wine list. Booking recommended as it is unsurprisingly popular, mainly with locals rather than tourists, as it is about a 15 minute walk from the tourist area around the cathedral. Highly recommended.

14/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! A very warm welcome! We tried the salmon tartare with fries and a salad – delicious!! I highly recommend it; everything is homemade!!

24/10/2026: Very good, despite a bit of a wait, but I think they were short-staffed that day.

20/10/2026: I went to eat on the terrace and inside with friends. The decor isn't the same, of course, but the atmosphere was just as friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Inside, we were offered a choice of seating: a quiet table or one in the main dining room, which was noisier due to the crowd. A very pleasant experience to share and one I'd definitely repeat.

30/08/2026: Nice place, efficient service, but it's definitely the end of the season. The starter and main course were swimming in soy sauce, and since we didn't want to complain, we asked for takeout so as not to waste the food. Refused, on flimsy pretexts. Damn this place!! And poor 500g of tuna we couldn't eat. No compensation whatsoever. Disappointed by this tourist trap.

30/09/2025: When we were told we could use the UP lunch card at the entrance, I was supposed to be able to pay with it. However, when the bill arrived, it was impossible to pay with the lunch card, neither with my card nor my wife's. To claim they were accepting the card but then not actually accept it upon arrival seems dishonest to me. (The card hadn't been used before, so a €25 charge was possible, and it was a Thursday!) It made for a poor customer experience.

21/02/2026: We arrived a little late for lunch at 9 am. The welcome was incredible, the service very pleasant. Thank you for all the smiles. We enjoyed some delicious food while watching the Olympics... We would have loved to stay longer, but the holidays are over! See you soon.

15/02/2026: The Hôtel des Evettes is a place you'd almost want to keep secret, as Pierre's kindness, his team's helpfulness, and the charm of the hotel and Bonneval make every stay exceptional and unforgettable. But it would be unfair if this recognition weren't shared, even if Pierre humbly doesn't seek it. 👍👌😎

25/09/2026: Ilyes saved our wedding! After some mishaps, we met Ilyes two weeks before our event. He was incredibly accommodating and responsive in every way. The service was excellent, we wanted for nothing, and the meal was delicious. I highly recommend his services.
