There was something for everyone, from light and airy salads to delicious charcuterie and cheese. The staff's kindness was truly remarkable, and these ladies contributed to a successful experience from beginning to end!

20/01/2026: Very disappointed by a simple hot chocolate. Chocolate milk. What a shame! PS: I'm revising my review in light of the owner's response. “Hot chocolate is a moment of indulgence. When a customer asks if it's really chocolatey, it means it should be real chocolate and not just a chocolate drink, so pay close attention—it's a signal, really! It should get your attention. It's not up to the customer to make the effort to get up, go to the counter, and point it out just to receive service. It's not real chocolate, accept it, perhaps for cost-saving reasons. Anyway, who are you to judge my life? It's perfectly fine, rest assured. I came to stay with you to discover this charming city, having recently moved to Nantes and planning to bring my partner and/or my daughters here. 20/07/2026: It's lovely to stop at "Chez Arthur." This quality self-service restaurant offers homemade fare, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. If it rains, you can take refuge in the indoor dining area. I highly recommend their delicious blueberry tarts, made by the chef! A real treat!

05/04/2026: We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday. I recommend it.

07/07/2026: The food was dreadful. How a so called chef can serve a dried up overcooked piece of salmon defeats me. The chef obviously does not care and is taking the micky. I can cook better than this amateur. The place is overrun with flies and they make no effort to sort this out. Service is actually very good and I feel sorry for waiters that have to give customers this slop. I witnessed another customer that left s pizza that was burnt. To improve - sack the cook, certainly not a chef.

13/06/2026: Lunch on the terrace as a couple. What a wonderful discovery! A lovely establishment in the village of Corps. We received a warm welcome despite our slightly late arrival and were given a very well-placed table. The menu is very attractive, featuring traditional starters and main courses (true values ​​of French cuisine, but executed with great care!). We were very impressed by the quality of the food; the chef is excellent in every respect. He is present throughout the kitchen and also attentive to the service, showing genuine interest in all his customers with great warmth and kindness, even surprising them with a special dish just to share his passion. He is surrounded by a young and dynamic team that works together harmoniously and inspires younger generations to work in this establishment! We had an exceptional meal. The wine list is excellent. In short, we had a memorable culinary and social experience that we will cherish for a long time before returning.

07/06/2026: Visited June 6, 2026. Reservation for a meal. Terrace seating mandatory, no choice. No one escorted us to the table. Uncomfortable metal garden chair. Quick order taken... we asked for water, a €7 bottle of Vittel arrived... No carafe... a parade of starters... radishes in a ramekin without salt or butter... whelks and snails full of shell fragments... burnt caillettes swimming in an unappetizing tomato sauce. Excellent beef fillet but drowned in sauce... Dauphinoise potatoes very oily. Plain boiled pasta for the teenagers... Desserts and cheese were acceptable... Surprise, wine was charged twice without us noticing... we will not be returning. Sincerely.

27/02/2026: Average service, the beer at €4.60 is very expensive, we're not in Tours Place Plumereau, I won't be back. Indeed, the beer is €4.50 because I paid €5 and they only gave me 50 cents, expensive for a beer.
