03/09/2024: This is a very underrated restaurant. According to the review, it is much better than this place, but the taste is terrible. A while ago, a Korean person introduced it on Yutuk, so I looked it up, and I recommend squid ink risotto, potato pork pig's feet, beef daube, and pavlova, sweet and sour, for dessert.

02/09/2024: Had dinner here in Oct 2023 with my party of 7. We really enjoyed our meals and drinks and the atmosphere was clean and not crowded. Most of us got the stew which was very good although very hot. Our service was excellent. This was definitely one of our better meals on our London/Paris trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

21/12/2025: Group dinner in the evening. We ate delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes—kudos to the chef, no complaints there. However, we were rushed out early, without any consideration, and to make matters worse, with unacceptable remarks like, "You like going home after work too, don't you?" It was 10:15 pm, we had just finished dessert, and everything was cleared away right in front of us, all that was missing was a wipe of the table... Unbelievable. One of my colleagues had to finish his drink in front of the waiter before he would take it. We don't go to a restaurant JUST to eat, but also to have a pleasant time. If you don't like seeing customers (who were having a good time up until then) stay a little longer, you should change professions. Or perhaps you shouldn't accept customers after 7 pm... It ruined the evening, even though the food was good. I won't be going back.

12/01/2026: We were there with our motorcycle and tent. The sanitary facilities were very nice and impeccably maintained, and there was a kilometer-long sandy beach perfect for hours of walking. The reception manager spoke German, and the restaurants were lovely. A wonderful holiday destination! We always love coming back, probably even this year!

30/12/2025: Beautiful campsite in a great location. We stayed in a tent right on the beachfront, and we had the option of renting a fridge. The restaurant was excellent; there was a fantastic Corsican band playing. The campsite shop had a wide selection of local products. The showers and toilets were great. A very private and peaceful campsite. I highly recommend it for a change of scenery and to recharge your batteries. A+++++

22/09/2025: We had a wonderful weekend in the sunshine with our club, the Cyclo Club Epfig. We set off on Friday, September 19th, from Epfig by bike to the Perle des Vosges Hotel, which has a bike garage and no worries about recharging our batteries. A warm welcome from start to finish, the rooms with a view of the valley, not noisy. The menus were of good quality, the service was fast, and the staff were attentive and very welcoming. They even prepared sandwiches on Saturday morning for our lunch at the Col du Gaschney. On the way back, some enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. We returned Sunday morning, September 21st, to Epfig. A highly recommended hotel, and another big thank you to the entire team. The president and members of the Cyclo Club Epfig

07/12/2025: Dear Sir, What a welcome for a simple question: whether your establishment was open this evening. Your manner of receiving us was not only inappropriate, but completely unsuitable for a restaurant that is supposed to treat its customers with respect. We are not from Silicon Valley, nor are we here to make your life difficult—just potential customers wanting to have dinner and a pleasant experience. Clearly, this seems to be a problem for you. A shame for your image… and for the customers you are losing as a result.

05/10/2025: Pleasant and welcoming place Near the lake The dishes are good value for money. The waitress is very pleasant and attentive (Adeline). The dishes are very generous. The desserts are delicious. We'll be back!

19/01/2026: A delightful experience, it was great, the staff even taught us how to gut a trout.

24/08/2025: After an unsuccessful fishing trip, we bought two trout anyway. The vendor put them in a basin right in front of us to "electrify" them. My children were shocked... then after a few minutes, he gutted them in front of us and placed the still-moving hearts of the trout on the edge of the sink. Second shock. I couldn't eat them that evening 😣... neither could one of my sons. Perhaps this practice is common and normal, but I wasn't expecting it. Neither was my husband. The place is pleasant nonetheless; several people managed to catch several trout. If you catch the trout, you pay €6. If you buy it without having caught it, you pay €5. For fishing enthusiasts, it's certainly more suitable than for us, a family.

21/12/2025: My children love it, and frankly, it's ideal for little ones. I much prefer it to fast food. The staff are just lovely and always smiling. The pirate area is so cute! It cost me 21 euros (two children and me), and that's because we really treated ourselves; otherwise, it would have cost 18 euros.

03/02/2026: We arrived at 1 p.m. The restaurant was empty on a Monday lunchtime, but someone on their phone was sharing videos as background noise, adding to the unusual atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but we had severe stomach aches after eating frozen dishes, and I highly recommend the ravioli with beef stew, which were swimming in water. The dishes are served in less than two minutes, so they're frozen, leaving us with stomach aches and nasty diarrhea. Eat at your own risk…

10/01/2026: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Pure bliss! I had a veal escalope filled with tomato and vegetable sauce, topped with a layer of cheese. It was truly delicious! My friends had the same experience, ordering daube and salmon pasta! Regarding the dessert, it's true it's not homemade, but many reviews complain about this, saying, "Oh, it says 'homemade' in the original text." NO, it doesn't say so, so we expect it's not homemade (so some of you, stop with your false remarks). Especially since the waitress was very honest and told us straight away, which I really appreciated. As for the staff, the waitress, waiter, and cook were all lovely! I'm really looking forward to going back someday! PS: The price is very reasonable! (I paid 26 euros for the main course, drink, and dessert).
