10/07/2025: Disappointed. I had fond memories of this restaurant 20 years ago, but today, it's nothing like it. The setting is still very nice, especially the terrace by the Pont Vauban, but that's the only positive aspect. I had a Gamberoni pizza for €20.50: advertised with jumbo shrimp, you ended up with 5 or 6 basic, bland shrimp, a little arugula, two shavings of cheese... and that's it. The crust is okay, nothing special. Clearly not worth the price. It smells like a restaurant that's focused solely on its touristy location. Once, not twice.

29/11/2025: We ate four times at this restaurant, which offers one of the most beautiful views and perhaps the best food in Cape Town. The service is excellent; kudos to the entire front-of-house and kitchen staff, despite the crowds. Special mention goes to the sea bass, the ribeye steak, and the Caesar salad—absolutely delicious.

23/11/2025: My favorite place to go when I want to escape the vineyards. Off we go to L'horizon in Agde! A view to die for no matter what the weather is. Great professional staff. Their breakfast is great, although I would love a savoury version: bread, butter, ham, cheese and a boiled or fried egg... But this a side, it's just a perfect place to enjoy a morning at the seaside.

05/01/2026: I just finished lunch here and the chicken napa thai was terrible; the chicken tasted rancid. I wouldn't recommend coming here for lunch or dinner if you have any taste buds… just keep walking.

21/09/2025: The menu has changed!! I made a reservation for dinner on my first night in Paris, and I think they called ahead to tell me that the menu had changed, but I didn't hear them clearly, so I thought about it later and realized that they had actually said that the menu had changed. ㅠㅠ They seem to be working hard on the development, but the new menu was so complicated that even my husband, who is not picky about food, couldn't eat it. All the delicious menus are gone, so make sure to check the menu before you go!! They were kind, but the taste was so disappointing.

24/11/2025: First time at this restaurant. The welcome, atmosphere, food, and prices were all perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the beef tagine with olives, a deliciously fragrant dish that delighted us, as well as the oriental pastries with authentic mint tea. We will definitely be back.

03/02/2026: Never again! I don't know how you managed it, but my review was removed. You're barely a cafeteria, just frozen food. As for the cooked food, it's inedible: mutton as tough as wood, tasteless, etc. I got food poisoning and was sick for eight days. As I told you, I'm going to report you to the health department at the prefecture. I can make the same meal with frozen food from Picard for a third of the price!!! Without being sick for eight days. Don't waste your time replying like last time, telling me you're the best and that you have amazing cooks. You're just going to make me angry.

29/12/2025: Beautiful location. The food was very good. The desserts could have been presented better. The only downside was the service; the waitress who served us was extremely rushed even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It's a shame, but overall the experience was still positive.

The woman who appears to manage the establishment spoke in a haughty and disrespectful manner, even going so far as to throw out my companion based on a purely physical judgment, barely after she had set foot inside. Such behavior was shameful, inhumane, and deeply shocking!

11/12/2025: Excellent bakery and pastry shop. I've rarely been disappointed. The staff is attentive and caring, the service is quick, and the bakery is well-organized. It's less affordable than some others, but the quality is there and superior. There's a good selection.

09/12/2025: Outrageously expensive! 24 euros for a double slice of flan. Scandalous for the neighborhood, excluding most of the population of Montreuil.

08/02/2026: What a terrible venue The bar manager refused me entry as I'm English. She was very aggressive and threatening also. How sad. The rest of the staff are lovely. What do some managers say such things? They're in the wrong industry. I hate alcohol. But it's up to you. Bisous x

18/01/2026: A really nice bar where I had a fantastic New Year's Eve, which had initially looked rather dull... Great, infectious atmosphere, a dynamic and friendly owner who knows how to choose his wines... I highly recommend it and hope to return.

17/01/2026: It was my first time yesterday, and honestly, I had a really, really great time. I loved playing, especially with the other musicians. I recommend this place to all jazz lovers, musicians or not.
