08/11/2025: The hotel is rated as essential by the Logis guide, and rightly so. However, the meal was superb, a delightful surprise for the taste buds, and the welcome and service were perfect. A good experience.

21/10/2025: A pleasant Sunday afternoon on the terrace of this lovely bar with a view of the cathedral. The waiter gave us good advice on our choice of cocktail! In the end, we only drank one! Thank you for the very friendly service!

10/10/2025: Passing by chance with a friend, we decided to have a drink, we were served by a tattooed waiter with white hair, I don't know his name but thank you very much for his welcome and warm service, we ended up staying until closing time 😅

14/02/2026: As a regular customer, I find the quality and offers to be quite good. It's a shame that the customer service is unpleasant most of the time (except for the young woman)...that's definitely an area for improvement.

04/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant for three months. It was a delight, with delicious, well-prepared dishes. Good value for money. They also had a daily menu. The staff were quick and friendly. I recommend it.

28/11/2025: We arrived at the terrace yesterday for a hot drink. A waiter came out with his tray to clear a table next to ours and then left without a word. No hello, nothing. It used to be our go-to spot. But that was then. What a shame.

28/01/2026: We stopped in this wonderful place for a lunch through our visit in the town. The food was fresh, well cooked and the flavor was natural. The service was friendly. The restaurant has indoors and outdoors seating. We stayed inside because it was winter but the view is beautiful from the second floor. I highly recommend this restaurant 😉

23/01/2026: A beautiful little hotel with lots of charm and character. The ambiance of the old winery has real character and exudes tranquility and authenticity. The rooms are clean, unique, and lovingly decorated. The friendly, welcoming people who make the stay so pleasant deserve special mention. The wines from Chambres Et Gîtes Château Le Bouïs are excellent and perfectly complement the hotel's unique character. The value for money is fantastic. I would gladly stay again next time I'm passing through. 🍷🌿

03/01/2026: Quality and quantity are not the same thing... We spent two nights at the château in a garden-view room. The night cost €195, which is outrageous for this time of year! All that for a poorly heated room with no welcome gift whatsoever. Breakfast has become disappointing, with too many people for the reception area, which, like the room, remains freezing cold. At €195, breakfast includes boxed orange juice... In short, we were regulars at this lovely place, but at that price, we'll be looking for a new destination...

21/01/2026: I came for hot chocolate with a friend early Friday afternoon, and I was sorely mistaken! The small spoon was dirty (unwashed and with traces of the previous dessert), they were cleaning to remove cobwebs from the ceiling (just 50 cm away from us), and the music was blasting like in a nightclub (perfect for talking, right?!)... A place we won't be returning to!!

18/01/2026: I came last night with my partner, the dishes were great, the eggs meurette were excellent and the chicken Gaston Gérard was wonderful. The welcome was great, the setting was beautiful, I'll definitely be back.

02/12/2025: Located in the old town, this old-fashioned restaurant has undeniable charm, but the rest is questionable. Despite the staff's extreme kindness, the meal was a disaster. Several mishaps marred the experience, both in terms of service and the quality of the food. The €65 set menu featured paper tablecloths and napkins, and mismatched glasses. For a table of 12, the bistro tables pushed together were not all the same height, the unbalanced glasses fell over during the aperitif, and the tablecloth remained soaked throughout the meal. On the other hand, the appetizer platter was generous with excellent charcuterie. The scallop starter was good but meager: three scallops on a tartlet base. The fish with beurre blanc sauce was excellent, but the beurre blanc was a complete failure! It was runny and transparent. The well-cooked meat was very good, but the very thick sauce was unevenly distributed on the plates. The fries were overcooked...😵 The homemade dessert was excellent. Well, I think that for a menu at this price, everything is too sloppy, inexperienced, and above all, it really lacks what the customer has a right to expect: impeccable service and quality. It's harsh but realistic. You absolutely must improve to justify your prices! 2025: Nothing has changed, so it's closed for good, and that's that. !!!

09/11/2025: We stopped by for lunch after a long overnight flight to Paris. This restaurant was conveniently located near our hotel and the Rome metro station, so we figured it was worth a try. We were so happy to have stopped by! We ate outside on the adorable patio. Our waitress was very kind and patient as neither myself or my mother know much French. The food was delicious and rich in flavour. Everything we ate here was excellent, the goat cheese salad and chocolate mousse being stand out options. Highly recommend this cafe!

21/09/2025: Great Pizza on a rainy evening in wimereux . Over looking the beach, unlucky for us it was a rainy evening, but a lovely pizza and good service.

15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for Valentine's Day. The truffle pasta shells are highly recommended. I was disappointed not to have any icing on top of the mille-feuille... 😭 The servers were very professional and genuinely friendly. A quiet and very beautiful restaurant. I recommend it.

27/12/2025: I had lunch at Café M, located inside the Hyatt Hotel, and frankly, it was wonderful from beginning to end. I chose the dish of the day: a sole stuffed with truffle, accompanied by roasted vegetables and a creamy sauce. It was simply exceptional. An explosion of flavors, a balance and finesse that literally surprised and delighted my palate. Each bite was a true delicacy, perfectly executed. The bread served with butter was also remarkable, befitting a very high-end establishment. You can clearly feel the gastronomic level of the place, where nothing is left to chance. The gourmet coffee, to conclude the meal, was also exceptional and perfectly executed. Even the wine selection is carefully curated and perfectly paired. I would also like to emphasize the quality of the service. The waitress who looked after us was remarkably kind and professional. Kind, attentive, and a great listener, she greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, the experience was truly exceptional. She perfectly embodies the image and excellence of the hotel and sincerely deserves special recognition. This experience took place on December 25th at noon, and it was a perfect moment in every way. A huge thank you to the entire team. We will gladly return.

08/01/2026: I'm a spa guest and have been going there for three years on a full-board basis. The owner, Romain, is incredibly helpful, as are the staff. Everyone is very friendly. As for the meals, I have no complaints; I don't eat better at home. Discretion, respect, nothing to criticize. Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi quality in the rooms.
