06/06/2026: A lovely restaurant in the theater courtyard, good quality food, pleasant service. The only downside was finding toothpicks mixed in with our salad; I think there was a problem in the kitchen, it could have been a choking hazard. Apart from that, no complaints 😊

10/07/2026: Everything was excellent and plentiful! There's a wide selection of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring there's something for everyone. The dishes are flavorful, well-cooked, and prepared with care. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant.

18/05/2026: Wow, that's fantastic! It's absolutely perfect. Don't be put off by the slightly tired facade and the less-than-warm welcome. The menu is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. We went twice in two days. The teenagers discovered (and loved) the milk-fed veal.

02/07/2026: We had booked lunch online for 12:30 pm. We had confirmed the day before that we would be there. When we arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 pm, we were told that the restaurant was closed due to the heat and that only the brasserie with tapas was open! We decided to try the tapas, even though it wasn't our initial plan. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order for aperitifs, and after another 20 minutes, still nothing, even though there were only three other customers! So we left. Avoid at all costs!!!!

27/06/2026: We had a fantastic evening at Cyrine's! Special mention for the signature cocktails, a true masterclass! And a super warm welcome from Maud and the whole team! We highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back 🙂

28/06/2026: I don't recommend this place despite the very pretty setting. We ordered a half-bottle of wine, which was served warm... After waiting for over 50 minutes, we finally received our food. Two Truffades (a type of potato and cheese dish) were really mediocre, to say the least, and far too small. In the end, we left without dessert, still hungry, and having spent 70 euros on half a bottle of (warm) wine and one Truffade for the price of two. My clumsy criticisms clearly didn't sit well with the waiter, who insisted his wine came straight from the cellar (at over 30°C?). In short, I won't be going back and I advise against going there.

21/06/2026: Friendly welcome. Avoid the truffade; it has no flavor and the charcuterie is low-quality. A shame, because the setting is nice.

15/05/2026: A superb place where you can enjoy a hearty meal with impeccable taste. The atmosphere is warm and the service is very pleasant. I highly recommend it for those returning from a hike or after a rainy day; these galettes will definitely put a smile back on your face!

31/05/2026: The hotel was fine, with an indoor pool, but the rooms had an unpleasant smell.

30/05/2026: Incredible adventure. I had booked with a Wonderbox gift voucher. I called and got a very unpleasant man who told me to be quiet and listen to what he was saying without interrupting. I should have just said goodbye and thank you and hung up. He explained that I had to send an email with a copy of the gift voucher. I did, and booked a table at the restaurant for both nights. I requested confirmation of my reservation by email. Having received nothing after three days, I contacted them again, and they told me: "I told you yes on the phone, that's enough," and hung up. It's worth noting that they immediately cashed my gift voucher, which appears as used in my Wonderbox account. No reservation for their establishment appears, three months before my stay... Several days before our arrival, I called the hotel and got a woman on the phone. I asked her about the cancellation policy. She really treated me like an idiot, telling me I must have received the confirmation email and terms and conditions in my spam folder, that if I canceled my gift certificate was lost, and then she just hung up on me. We decided not to go, to lose our certificate, and to tell myself they lost even more money since we would have spent it at the restaurant. The worst part is that at 7:30 pm, a woman called to complain about our absence without having notified them. I told her I hadn't dared call because of their rude phone reception and the way they hang up on customers. Absolutely avoid this place.

03/05/2026: A truly fantastic bar! The atmosphere is excellent and you immediately feel at ease. It's the perfect place to have drinks with friends in a relaxed setting. The service is top-notch and the welcome is very warm. A must-visit, I'll gladly return!

02/05/2026: Soft drinks are ridiculously expensive and there's not much choice. Perrier more expensive than beer? 😅 You're kidding. Not everyone can drink alcohol, and yet we like to join our friends who do. You can do better ;)

25/06/2026: La Coquille, an institution, that's for sure! But one we'd love to see modernize. €45 for lunch (starter, main, dessert) – there are much better options in the area in terms of value for money, but never mind. What shocks me most is the menu. Let's be clear: if you're vegetarian, run away as fast as you can. Here, the only alternatives are salads (vegetarians only eat salad and seeds, everyone knows that!). This clearly shows a lack of consideration, not to mention disdain, for people who show an interest in animal welfare or the environmental impact of food. In fact, a while back, I ordered a vegetarian dish (which has since disappeared from the menu) and the waiter asked me if I wanted it rare. Lol. In short, the perfect old-fashioned restaurant to eat while continuing to burn the planet 🌎

25/03/2026: We went there to eat, and what a surprise... everyone was smoking inside 😲. Despite the waiter's apologies, we didn't stay. It seems there's a change of ownership underway. We'll try again later to review the review.

20/05/2026: It's because we can't give it 6 stars. Charming staff, top-notch restaurant, it smells wonderfully of our beloved French countryside, it's so refreshing. Beautiful decor with great taste.

19/05/2026: We went to the restaurant for dinner. We had reserved for 12 o'clock, but the door was still closed... I contacted them again by phone and they had indeed forgotten to open the door 🤭 They were very friendly people, though. We had a main course and dessert. Our meat from the plat de boucher wasn't that warm anymore, though. They had asked if they could serve the food already, but we had only finished our aperitif and asked to wait a bit, so I think it was ready anyway. But it was tasty and fresh. The dessert portions were certainly more than enough. The hotel restaurant is located right near the parking lot where you can also visit the castle. And there is a cozy terrace across the street.

22/07/2026: We were disappointed with our visit to Brasserie Papillon. The ice creams are expensive, which isn't surprising given the location and the season. However, we were extremely disappointed with their quality. They tasted like they'd been frozen and were unpleasant to eat. The Liégeois dessert was particularly disappointing for an ice cream sundae costing €11.50. They might as well remove the "ice cream parlor" sign from the storefront.

20/07/2026: I visited on a match night, and the atmosphere was fantastic with very accommodating waiters. I also tried the fish with exotic fruits – a surprising but delicious combination!
