03/02/2026: Never again! I don't know how you managed it, but my review was removed. You're barely a cafeteria, just frozen food. As for the cooked food, it's inedible: mutton as tough as wood, tasteless, etc. I got food poisoning and was sick for eight days. As I told you, I'm going to report you to the health department at the prefecture. I can make the same meal with frozen food from Picard for a third of the price!!! Without being sick for eight days. Don't waste your time replying like last time, telling me you're the best and that you have amazing cooks. You're just going to make me angry.

17/01/2026: Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere and a lovely terrace for enjoying a coffee! The desserts are excellent! I highly recommend it! 👍

20/12/2025: A very good quality restaurant, friendly and pleasant staff, traditional and Alsatian cuisine, fresh and generous products, a stop to make if you are passing through Lipsheim, easy parking, a big congratulations to the whole team of this Restaurant.

24/10/2025: What a shame. It used to be a great place for good tarte flambée and a great atmosphere. The tarts are now made of cardboard and too salty. The service is slow and unfriendly. It's a huge disappointment after so many years of excellence.

31/12/2025: we did have lunch in before the ferry to UK yesterday. 1. The mussel is so small , maybe due to over cooked, disappointed. Other food are fair, not impressive. 2.Only one waitress to serve 10 tables, she seems not happy and didn't serve properly. 3. Food waiting time is too long , around 45 mins, maybe they don't expect so many customer pop up.

27/12/2025: Christmas lunch on December 25th. We were generally very disappointed, especially considering our previous experiences there, particularly at Christmas 2024, which we had been very positive about. This year, the staff gave us a cold welcome, and the starter consisted of a small amount of cockles in a tiny ramekin with a lot of sauce. We had to ask for bread and were given a basket with one piece per person and one pat of butter for the table. The tournedos was acceptable, as was the monkfish, but nothing special. As for the Christmas dessert, the "gourmet trio" consisted of three poorly arranged, mass-produced pastries. For a €57 menu in a restaurant considered to be of good quality, one would expect better. We got the impression that the staff were bored working on Christmas Day. In that case, they shouldn't open... The choice of putting a large-screen TV in this type of restaurant is not very wise; background music would have been welcome.

03/01/2026: Unwelcoming restaurant, bad food, spoiled chocolate mousse covered on the floor, truly disgusting, don't go there (it's packed and there's no room, a real bar atmosphere).

06/12/2025: A well-located brasserie-style restaurant opposite La Rochelle's town hall. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The sausage with aligoté sauce and the filet mignon with mustard sauce are good and well-prepared. The tables upstairs are pleasant. The prices are extremely reasonable. No surprises, but a very enjoyable experience.

04/11/2024: A nice setting The welcome and service are good, however the quality of the products is poor. The cold cuts are dry and blackened over time, the meat is nervous and not tender. On the other hand, the prices are exorbitant. More expensive than on the Champs Elysées.

09/01/2026: One-night stopover in December. The experience fell far short of the expected standards for an establishment at this price point. Upon arrival, the room was freezing: windows wide open despite the intense cold at that time of year, inadequate heating, and no radiator in the bathroom. I had to ask for a space heater. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, with a dirty toilet, a used bath towel, and a mark on the bed, suggesting the room had been briefly occupied before our arrival. I only noticed this later and didn't have the energy to make a fuss. There was no soundproofing whatsoever. The room faced the street with absolutely no soundproofing, making it a nightmare to sleep, not to mention the barely blackout curtains. Dinner at the hotel confirmed this discrepancy between the price and the service provided. The value for money is hard to defend; the soup served was simply disgusting, unseasoned, and very poorly prepared—unworthy of a hotel restaurant at this price. It's hard to go wrong with a soup, though, especially for €9... The breakfast was basic: a bad croissant, a mass-produced baguette. The owner's attitude also significantly contributed to ruining our stay. His repeated and intrusive interruptions at dinner, accompanied by inappropriate comments about my husband's health and demeanor (it happens to everyone not to feel well and not to be talkative or very cheerful, doesn't it?), followed by his inappropriate and sarcastic remarks at breakfast and when paying (we didn't come down to breakfast at the same time, that happens too, doesn't it?), demonstrate a clear lack of professionalism and discretion. It's regrettable that an establishment with such potential for charm and a pleasant location now appears outdated, poorly maintained, and badly managed. At €170 a night plus a poor dinner, for a practically empty hotel, the experience was particularly unpleasant and in no way met a legitimate customer's expectations. I do not recommend this establishment. I'm giving it two stars for the nice location.

05/01/2026: Second consecutive year at this hotel. No more pitches for campervans. The hotel is noisy. The restaurant has changed owners and now serves frozen products, even the pizzas. A neighboring table returned one that was frozen... This is our last year at this hotel.

10/02/2026: A huge disappointment with the €26 dish of the day called paella, which consisted of a chicken drumstick, a piece of half-raw octopus tentacle, a few half-empty mussels and a bowl of seasoned rice....

01/02/2026: Appalling service on a Sunday lunchtime; we waited an hour and a half for steak frites and ravioli, so we cancelled our order and left. I've never seen anything like it; I wonder what it must be like in peak season.

15/02/2026: We know this Logis Hotel in our region and it's always a real pleasure to return. For Valentine's Day, we had an exceptional time. The welcome is always so warm. The owner, who is present in the dining room, is very elegant, smiling, kind, and attentive. She perfectly embodies the spirit of the place: authenticity and generosity. In the kitchen, her husband, the chef, delighted us. A simply divine meal: refined dishes, delicate flavors, and beautiful combinations. You can taste the skill and passion in every dish. The ambiance was perfect for this romantic evening, with soft background music that added to the charm of the moment. A treasured address in our region, which we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

10/01/2026: For the restaurant: A warm and welcoming family atmosphere. The food is excellent. Beautiful decor, very clean. Quality products. Worth seeing in the summer with the outdoor grill.

16/11/2025: A lovely restaurant right next to the stage, offering two classic but good set menus served by a charming gentleman who took excellent care of us. We had a very pleasant evening.

11/11/2025: An hour after placing our order, and seeing several people arrive after we were served (about 3 tables), we left, our dishes weren't even being prepared yet... First and last time in this establishment with its extremely poor organization.

19/10/2025: Warm and efficient service, excellent home cooking (stew and ravioli) and homemade dessert! Adorable waitress! I recommend it for bikers!

25/01/2026: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our lunch experience at this restaurant. We waited over one and a half hours for our food, while other guests who arrived after us were served before us. Our order consisted of meat, seafood pasta, and wok vegetables. During this long waiting time, the waiter asked us five times which wine we wanted, even though we had already answered this question several times. The overall service was disorganized and inattentive, and the excessive waiting time completely ruined the experience. Sadly, this visit did not meet even basic expectations.
