01/02/2026: Beautiful room, magnificent hotel, impeccable service, excellent menu, and exceptional spa. One star deducted for not mentioning the price of the four drinks included with the meal: 63 euros per person with a coffee and sparkling water seems somewhat excessive.

28/07/2024: Very unpleasant welcome from the lady at reception, looks down on herself and is very haughty! We had to change trails twice because they were blocked, other than that we had a great time

28/11/2024: Fish of the day with leeks. The fish arrives on the plate with endive and a few Bxl cabbages. Cabbages?? We had to cut the black thing on the plate in two to find out what it was!! Truthful! Worthy of a roadside restaurant and again...so why a 4.5??? Don't understand??

TOTAL rudeness = WITHOUT LIMITS AND WITHOUT embarrassment. And when you report it to the boss, an old man with suspenders: 1) does not react 2) don't apologize We packed up. - we went to eat elsewhere - and spend our money elsewhere An establishment with such unfriendly staff distorts the place. 13/11/2025: Very cozy rooms, nice hotel, but seriously under-maintained. Breakfast is cheese and baguette every day, and if you catch the cook, fried eggs are available, and vegetables are unavailable. It's a shame that a hotel in such a beautiful location doesn't have good caretakers.

17/02/2026: Located a 10-minute walk from Futuroscope, this hotel is perfect. We stayed one night with friends; the rooms are modern, clean, and spacious—perfect for our stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, which is simple but very good, with generous portions and impeccable service. The hotel and restaurant offer excellent value for money.
