The service was very pleasant and incredibly friendly, which made us want to come back for lunch!
The food was quite good too, but the service really stood out.
I highly recommend it.

24/09/2026: On the way from one train station to another, this is an excellent spot. The food is simple but very tasty. They provided express service to catch our connecting train. The staff were very friendly.
We had a great time at your establishment. I recommend it.

Friendly staff welcomed us and served a delicious entrecôte.
13/07/2026: I came with my daughter, grandson, and dog for lunch on Sunday, July 12th: an excellent welcome, good value for money considering the local products, and a very pleasant natural setting.
Highly recommended…

13/08/2026: We regularly visit La Gabare when we are in the Magny-Cours area for racing events, and it is always a pleasure to come back.
The food is excellent, the service is consistently very good, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
We always enjoy our time here and have had nothing but positive experiences.
A great restaurant that definitely deserves to be better known in the region and a place we are always happy to recommend.

16/10/2026: Staff was really friendly and was able to communicate clearly in english which was very handy. There was plenty of options ready to take away and loads of seating indoors with a few outdoors! I also saw options for hot food but i came for breakfast so opted for a sandwich and croissant which both were fresh.

05/10/2026: The food is very good (the homemade fries are exquisite), even if the prices are very high. However, the service is subpar in this part of the 16th arrondissement: very slow service, even though it wasn't very busy. It's a shame, because there's potential (the waiters are presentable).

However, the person I spoke to didn't seem very courteous.
I understand that reservations should be made directly in the store, but there's a way to treat customers. A little courtesy and professionalism would have been appreciated.
14/10/2026: A very nice cafe with delicious cakes and coffee. However, it's expensive and if you're unlucky, you might have to wait.

11/05/2026: Welcoming staff, an excellent evening meal, a varied breakfast, and a spacious room.
My only slight complaint was the slightly firm bed.
Very satisfied with my stay. Excellent value for money.
30/04/2026: I travel very often for leisure and business; today it was business. I rarely review establishments, but I can't help but highlight the excellence of this hotel! The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had; everything is delicious, fresh, and much of it is homemade—a real treat! The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet.
Dinner was also delicious, with a simple yet incredibly effective menu.
And finally, the staff is truly friendly and attentive.
I recommend it 200%, a traveler's word! 😎
