08/09/2026: I was used to Corleone d’Étoile… but this is definitely a step down 😅 I discovered the pizza maker working in a shipping container, in the sweltering 40°C heat. The poor guy was really struggling: you could see he was having a hard time making his pizzas in that heat, completely drenched in sweat… and yet, he kept smiling and full of life. Honestly, respect to him for that! 👏 However, when we went to take our order, he disappeared for about 4-5 minutes to the back of the container. We assumed he'd gone to wash his hands, but this long, unexplained absence left us with serious doubts about the organization and hygiene, especially since he prepares the pizzas right there. 🤔 Another disappointment: the menu has become much smaller. And most importantly… no Buffalo mozzarella, my favorite pizza 🥲🍕 In the end, I don't know if I'll be back. It's a shame, because the pizza maker is really very nice and seems to be doing his best under conditions that are clearly not easy. But between the working conditions, the limited menu, and this rather unusual experience, I'm quite disappointed.

06/09/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at Corleone. The hygiene seemed really poor, even questionable, which is particularly concerning for an establishment that serves food. I was especially surprised to see water being drained into a basin, clearly visible to other customers. This kind of situation doesn't exactly give an impression of cleanliness or professionalism. Fortunately, the staff does their best to welcome customers and remains pleasant despite these negative points. That's appreciated, but unfortunately, it's not enough to compensate for my overall impression. I expected much better and I don't think I'll be going back.

15/09/2026: Despite the friendly and relaxed atmosphere and welcome, the food didn't live up to expectations. The bull ribs were of uneven thickness and quality (lots of waste), very dry, and our cooking request wasn't followed. The fish fillets were also very dry, as if they had been pre-cooked and reheated. The andouillette sausage was cooked but cut in half and therefore dry. We pointed out to the waiter that all the dishes were dehydrated. This review is written here in a spirit of goodwill so that the message is clearly understood by the kitchen staff.

30/08/2026: Unfortunately, the Caesar salad at €17.50 was a disaster... A green salad, an egg, a ready-made dressing, and reconstituted chicken – outrageous at that price!!! Very, very bad.

10/09/2026: Passing through Lyon on Thursday, September 10th at 5:15 PM, I was served by someone who was as unpleasant as she was incompetent. I've never experienced anything like it, not even in a less well-known establishment. Her gaze was contemptuous. My order didn't match what I had requested: two cakes were missing. Luckily, she didn't charge me for them. There were several employees who seemed bored, judging by the lack of customers. The quality of Bernachon has declined significantly. The cakes and pastries are ordinary, and the pâté en croûte is tasteless. I won't be going back.

19/10/2026: The waiter's attitude was odd. He answered our call at 12:40 when we asked if we could have lunch, only telling us that rillettes were available. Five minutes later, a couple who seemed to be recognized were invited to have lunch inside. Anyway... we'll chalk it up to the fact that it's been a long and difficult season... or maybe not.

09/10/2026: It's a disgrace to serve such inedible food! Steak and tuna with bland, tasteless mashed potatoes and pork tenderloin with butternut squash (a dry, tough dish for an expensive meal!) NEVER AGAIN

14/10/2026: A restaurant worth discovering, both for its decor and its excellent food. When we come to Nantes, we always stop here for lunch. It's always a pleasure to go there and enjoy the warm welcome and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

30/09/2026: This message is specifically for the woman who takes orders and handles payments: Stop being so bossy with customers! Even if you're the manager or owner of the restaurant, remember that customers aren't your employees. First of all, considering the quality of the food, the prices are far too high. On top of that, you put unnecessary pressure on customers when they're making their choices. A customer should be able to take their time and choose calmly, without feeling rushed or directed. I sincerely regret coming to this restaurant and contributing to your profits. A little respect and consideration for your customers wouldn't hurt.

11/10/2026: Never come to this establishment, people are rude and the waiter randomly decided not to serve us for no reason. We were a group of 5 and the waiter/manager talked to us in a very disrespectful way. When i confronted him and told him kindly to come take our order he refused and told me in french “i have no obligation to serve you”. Never come here if you value service and respect.
