24/08/2026: Three years have passed. The standard isn't the same anymore, I felt. (The crowd wasn't either that evening). The service was a bit rushed. What a shame!

16/04/2026: I highly recommend this place. The food was high quality and very well prepared; we thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. The service was excellent and genuinely kind, especially considering we were a party of seven adults and three young children. We will definitely be back.

13/09/2026: We came for the silk festival and waited over 20 minutes. They kept saying "we're coming, we're coming," but nothing happened. After a while, orders were taken from the tables around us, and we were still waiting, even though we'd arrived much earlier. We left. Very disappointing, poor organization.

25/10/2026: A fabulous experience! In every way! The service was impeccable, full of thoughtful touches: we ordered a portion of foie gras for two, and each of us received a plate of various condiments with the portion cut in half. A truly touching gesture! And the meal…!! Delicious! The wine was also excellent, and the hostess took the time to advise us. The setting and the table settings charmed us with their intimate atmosphere. The tableware was also incredibly beautiful! A wonderful discovery!

22/10/2026: The food was good. The service was rather slow… Friendly staff. It's a shame it took so long…and to make matters worse, they brought the wrong dish, making the wait even longer. The restaurant is nicely decorated and pleasant!

26/10/2026: We paid for our tickets online in advance, but upon arrival, we asked if, despite having paid online, we were required to order anything else. The answer was no. Despite this, we were unceremoniously turned away because of a "mandatory purchase." The cheapest options were a Coke for €8 or a cheap hot dog for €9... The show itself was very entertaining, though.

11/09/2026: Very bad experience. The wait was far too long, both to be served and to receive our order. The waiter was overwhelmed with six covers to serve. The welcome was unpleasant, and the manner of speaking was sometimes inappropriate. The service was clearly not up to the standard one would expect from such a place. I also disliked the atmosphere, mainly due to the rather noisy and disrespectful clientele. In the end, a disappointing experience from beginning to end. I don't plan to return and I do not recommend this establishment.

11/08/2026: A fantastic discovery in Toulon! We ate at Chez Roger and thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish 🤤 The dishes were truly delicious, generous, and bursting with flavor. Special mention to our waiter, Dada, who was incredibly cool, always smiling, and absolutely lovely! It was such a pleasure to receive such a warm welcome and enjoy such a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place if you're in Toulon! We'll definitely be back ❤️🍽️

03/05/2026: A lovely little restaurant. Reservations are required in advance, and they accept dogs on the terrace. As the weather was improving, we were kindly offered a table inside, alone in a small room. A very thoughtful gesture indeed. The service was a bit slow for the main courses. I recommend the Chauvinois burger and the half duck breast. However, the beef dish was rather bland; tasty but lacking in sauce.

14/04/2026: Lunch on the way back from vacation, so unplanned... no problem finding something to eat. Excellent restaurant. Welcoming. Offers set menus at lunchtime on weekdays.

12/10/2026: Today I witnessed a scene where a customer wasn't very friendly with the sales assistant, but she remained calm and perfectly polite. Well done, Miss Point! You then took care of me with great kindness and patience, as I often hesitate when choosing items in a bakery, which regularly frustrates the sales assistants. That wasn't the case with you. Thank you, and please continue to do your job with such professionalism.

04/10/2026: We came for dinner as a group of 13 on a Saturday evening. Regarding the meal, we enjoyed it, and we want to emphasize that. The gentleman who served us was also very pleasant, smiling, and kind. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner's welcome and service was quite different. From the moment we arrived, we clearly felt like we were intruding. The welcome was lukewarm, and the way she spoke to us, answered our questions, and even placed some of the plates on the table made us feel very uncomfortable. When you come to spend an evening at a restaurant, especially in a group, you expect to be greeted with at least a minimum of friendliness. Another disappointing point: the cleanliness of the dining room. We ate inside in October and noticed cobwebs in several places. A thorough cleaning of the dining room would certainly be welcome. Finally, for a table of 13, we were surprised to receive absolutely no small accompaniments with our aperitifs: no olives, no tapenade, nothing at all. Nothing either after dessert, and no special gesture or attention whatsoever. It's a shame because the food was good, but an evening at a restaurant isn't just about what's on the plate. The welcome, the smiles, the service, and the cleanliness are all extremely important. So, despite a good meal, we left feeling very disappointed with our evening.

04/10/2026: A very nice and good restaurant, but the receptionist was very unpleasant and treated us like idiots; a minimum level of courtesy would have been expected for a table of 14 people.

22/10/2026: If you're not in a hurry, stop by. Customers who arrived much later are served before you. The service is disorganized, so you have to wait. The bill doesn't match: a set menu (€16.50) + €12.50, a salad + a gourmet coffee (€5.50) = €34.50, but the bill was €36.00. Is this an error?

01/07/2026: Having come for a professional association seminar, Camping du Bout du Monde welcomed us with good humor and great flexibility. The site is vast and stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff are kind and attentive. 27/05/2026: This campsite lives up to its name, "The End of the World." Overall, we really enjoyed it for a long weekend, especially as a family with children. It has a rural style, and its farm, lake, and terrace are definitely its strong points. I'd highlight that it's a great campsite if you want to be surrounded by nature, and I also find it perfect because it's about 20 minutes from Castelnaudary, which is worth a visit to try their Cassoulet and take a stroll along the canal, including a walk to the five locks.
