Thank you, Mademoiselle, and also the young man. It was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. I loved the Watermelon and Peach Mille-Feuille. Bravo to the chefs for the dishes and the dessert! I recommend it 200%! And you'll be back, that's for sure! 😍

05/07/2026: ❌ RESERVATION NOT HOLDED: I reserved a cake this Saturday at 2:40 PM, clearly stating that I would come after 5:30 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM (knowing that closing time is 8:00 PM), and was told that my cake had been put back on sale because I hadn't answered the phone! I didn't receive any calls that afternoon, except at 7:12 PM, and I called back at 7:15 PM. This is unacceptable: a reservation must be held until closing time. According to the saleswoman, she was afraid the cake would "be left unsold in the evening"... Yet I had previously reserved cakes at another Ange bakery, where they held them for me all day without any problem. If they had bothered to check their customer records, they would have seen that I am a customer. To top it all off, the saleswoman barely apologized and brushed me off in a very unfriendly manner. A complete lack of professionalism.

29/06/2026: It's impossible to mix and match the 3+1 offer even though they're the same price (for example, a pain au chocolat and a croissant). The quality of the pastries is average. You have to pay for a bag to carry four takeaway coffees. The waitress made a comment about me because I was surprised I couldn't mix and match the 3+1 offer. It's expensive (€1.30 for a croissant). The pains au chocolat are renamed "chocolatine." In short, it wasn't the discovery of the year...

23/07/2026: This restaurant is a disaster! The waitress was unpleasant, the galette was awful, a disgrace to Normandy. They should find another job immediately. We waited 45 minutes before our order was even taken. The waitress was lost and very unpleasant, with a cold stare. We won't be back. I won't say goodbye. Avoid at all costs!

As for the galette, it was inedible and disgusting. I didn't finish my plate, nor did my partner, it was so foul. We left the table without ordering dessert because our stomachs hurt so much. I'm going to report this to the health department for a sanitary inspection; it's so disgusting. You are a disgrace to Normandy's restaurants. We won't be returning to your dump anytime soon. 18/06/2026: I've been disappointed several times by the portion sizes at Label Ferme. For a salad costing around €12, I find the portions far too small. While the ingredients are certainly good, they're quite basic (lentils, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.), making the quantity/price ratio difficult to justify. On several occasions, I've even seen ingredients removed when someone's tongs had taken a bit too much. This gives the impression of excessive counting, which isn't very pleasant for a customer. I raised the issue with the manager. His response was that customers are generally satisfied and that they shouldn't hesitate to ask for more if they feel there isn't enough. Personally, I think that at this price point, customers shouldn't have to ask for a satisfactory portion. In fact, none of my colleagues go to Label Ferme anymore: we've all been regularly disappointed by the portion sizes. It's a shame, because the products are of good quality. However, if you are hungry, I do not recommend this place.

20/07/2026: We were so disappointed… We came several times a few years ago, and the presentation of the dishes was magnificent and the food exquisite. This time, there was no presentation; the dishes were good, but we expected more from this fine-dining restaurant, whose prices have, in turn, increased. Similarly, the service was not up to par (aperitif glasses were left on the table until the end of the meal). We truly regret this, as this restaurant was a benchmark for us.

12/06/2026: This was a simply pleasant surprise. We were staying at the hotel and, after a day of travel, didn't want to leave the property for dinner. So, we decided to give them a try. We are so glad we did! The service was perfect. The setting was gorgeous. The food was a delight. The wine list extensive. Highly recommend!!
