20/05/2026: I had a wonderful day at Spa Ventoux. A special mention to Laurine who gave me a prenatal massage and a facial treatment that made me feel like I was in another world – I highly recommend it!

19/05/2026: My parents received a massage at this spa as a gift. My mother was unfortunately hospitalized for six months and had to undergo major surgery. She was discharged from the hospital in August 2025, and the voucher was valid until November 2025. She called to explain her situation, but was simply told, without any compassion whatsoever, that it wasn't possible to reschedule the massage. It's a disgrace.

23/05/2026: Everything was great! ✨ The food came out very quickly and exactly as we ordered. Plus, the staff who served us were incredibly friendly! The fish and chips were delicious, and the steaks were great too! If you're not a big fan of fries, you can also order a side of white rice 🍚 or more salad 🥗 to accompany your meal! The profiterole was amazing—one of the best desserts I've had in Paris! This place has a lovely atmosphere if you want to spend some quiet time near Montparnasse. ✨ I'll definitely be back!

07/04/2026: A very nice brasserie located near Montparnasse train station. The dishes are offered at affordable prices (especially with the set menu of starter/main or main/dessert). The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is quite convivial. The chicken dish was particularly delicious, a little recommendation 😉 Thank you for everything!

28/06/2026: Hello, I went with my friends (there were five of us) this Friday, June 26th, around 2 pm, and we left very disappointed with their customer service. When a tea room refuses to seat us in chairs and leaves us on stools (two of us), even though there were empty chairs for over an hour and a half... A little consideration for customer comfort is unacceptable. Their excuse was about the decor and the very limited air conditioning. In short, a bad experience for the five of us, and we won't be back. It's a shame because their cakes are good, but customer service is even more important.

11/06/2026: A lovely, welcoming, and warm team. We took advantage of the private room for a small gathering of family and friends to share memories following the passing of a loved one. The buffet was excellent and met our expectations. Simple, with very good quality products and generous portions. A place I highly recommend. Thank you to Camille and her entire team. 16/05/2026: I didn't have lunch at Versailles Normand, but I had coffees and soft drinks there, and it's very pleasant, well located for relaxing on the terrace. The welcome was very friendly, and one of the employees had an adorable four-legged friend!

14/05/2026: Hello Very disappointed with a punnet of strawberries I bought yesterday, thanks... Pauline's strawberries, almost €6 for 500g. Today, the next day, when I went to eat them, they were all rotten... The department managers should check their products 😟

19/05/2026: We only had lunch, not a stay, so I can only review the restaurant. The atmosphere is charming, everything has remained faithful to the era, and they still use some pewter tableware. The service is excellent and welcoming, and the dishes are traditional and carefully prepared. I recommend it.

28/05/2026: The service was appalling; the waitress was exasperated, eager to finish her shift, and very unpleasant. We were seated on the terrace, and she ruined our lunch. We ordered the poke bowl, which was very basic and uninteresting.

26/05/2026: I came for a client lunch. The service was excellent. However, the beef tartare was a complete disappointment: literally raw minced meat in a shredded, angel hair-like consistency with an egg yolk on top. Unappetizing and very bland. (And expensive to boot.) For such a classic dish, it's a real shame. The chef could have made the effort to prepare it properly and make it better. €11 for a glass of wine, same story. Luckily, we have the receipts. I'm deducting three stars just for the tartare; it's unforgivable, Chef.

18/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The dishes offered were varied and frankly delicious. The service (provided by a young trainee) was quick and the plates were beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a wonderful meal that will leave a lasting impression.
