18/06/2026: Spectacular completely remodeled antique with high ceilings and architectural peculiarities. Modern rooms with large comfortable bathrooms. Definitely a top Relais & chateaux worth a stop in Montpelier which is a stunning city. Vibrant and young. Only negative point is the slow internet which is unsuitable if you have to work. A gym would be nice, but that's not a bigg issue. Hotel also has a michelin star rated restaurant that this time I did not review. If you pass by montpelier definitely worth a stop.

15/05/2026: This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the historic district. The service and attention to detail belongs in the class of top-tier hotels. The rooms are well appreciated and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and a visit to the bar is a necessity. The drinks are unique and delicious. The bar is truly one of a kind. Be sure not to miss lunch or dinner. I tried both and was rewarded with great food and quality service. This is on my list of places I must see again.

21/04/2026: I love this restaurant! I highly recommend the kidneys!! The daily special is always original; last time I had a Japanese dish. Mmm, excellent! The waiter is lovely, go for it!!

24/02/2026: This was our third visit and we're just as happy as before. The food is delicious (and homemade!). The waiter is very pleasant and smiling. There aren't too many tables, so it's quite quiet (compared to other very noisy restaurants). We highly recommend it!

24/03/2026: We really enjoyed the crepes; however, the menu is unsuitable for children (no children's menu). We ordered two plates of plain coquillettes pasta, and the waitress didn't inform us that the prices from the hotel's evening menu would apply, which was €19 per plate. Similarly, the two scoops of ice cream were not included in the creperie's menu and were charged at €10! What a shame!

28/07/2026: Excellent crêperie, very welcoming. Dogs allowed on the (covered) terrace. Highly recommended.

26/07/2026: Very disappointed. The owner speaks very rudely to her employees in front of customers. It's embarrassing for them, but also for us. The atmosphere is really unpleasant. I paid €17 for a sausage and goat cheese crêpe, a completely excessive price. The day before, we ate at Crêperie des Flots, right next door: it was excellent, the portions were generous, and the prices were much more reasonable. We won't be back.

15/06/2026: Could you please offer regular fries in addition to your potatoes? Every time I want to order, I end up not ordering because there aren't any regular fries 😂 Please, that would be great, thank you.

01/07/2026: What can I say... delicious food, fast service. The price reflects the quality. An extraordinary gourmet restaurant near Toulouse, perhaps the best (2-Michelin-star level, but not quite...)! The chef knows how to subtly blend flavors to delight the palate! Enjoy your meal.

23/06/2026: We came as a family of four for lunch and were seated in the room next to the entrance. The atmosphere was... how to put it, perhaps a little cold. We were seated at a huge round table, quite far apart from each other. All the windows were open, which meant we were visited by several flies during our meal—a shame. The menu is chosen blind, which makes it difficult to appreciate all the dishes because even if you like a lot of things, there are always some ingredients you don't like as much, and that makes you enjoy the food less. However, the chef adapts the menu according to your tastes, intolerances, etc. My daughter, who ordered the children's menu (also chosen blind), doesn't like tomatoes or fruit, so she prefers meat. They adapted, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the dishes lacked depth. However, the cooking was perfect. The strawberry and rhubarb dessert was very difficult to eat with a spoon; we had to ask for a knife, which should have been done beforehand. While the bread was replenished as soon as it ran out, we had to ask for water several times. It's still a good restaurant, but we ate better there a few years ago. It was my 16-year-old's first fine dining experience, and he loved it!

23/07/2026: A fantastic experience at this Cap Ferret institution. The waffles are simply incredible, probably among the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

23/07/2026: This place is magnificent, especially when you're on the upstairs terrace with a view of the Dune du Pilat. I had a homemade hibiscus lemonade and a passion fruit and lemon sorbet; both were delicious. Their pastries looked amazing too. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2026: Unfortunately, a complete disappointment: While the lunch menu was relatively inexpensive, the quality was below average. The guacamole toast had a slightly discolored, very sparsely applied spread on soggy toast; the burger had good meat but a crumbly bun and poor (industrial?) sauces – and to top it all off, a brown bit of packaging paper – presumably from the meat – was cooked and served with the burger. When this was pointed out, the server offered a half-hearted apology – no sign of compensation such as a discount, coffee, etc. A real shame – you rarely experience something like this in France.

14/07/2026: A traditional brasserie with a very warm welcome and attentive service. The food is good and very generous. Excellent value for money.

05/07/2026: The mussels in cream sauce were excellent. The staff were very helpful, pleasant, smiling, and very responsive, anticipating our requests (water, ice, condiments, etc.). A very enjoyable time spent by the Marne River. One small drawback: cyclists passing between the restaurant and the tables without dismounting. Barriers should be installed on either side to force them to get off their bikes or scooters to cross the open-air café, or the bike path should be rerouted around the restaurant.

02/07/2026: Dining by the Marne was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We received a very warm welcome and our meal was excellent. Good value for money. There's a large car park nearby and a pleasant walking path along the river. Thank you to the owners for preserving the charming, riverside atmosphere.
