Didn't propose an alternative didn't try to help out - that's a definition of bad service - ruined the day and the trip...

08/08/2026: What a rip-off!!! A wrap sold for €5... And it's only half a wrap! It's cut in two and you only get half. Their justification is that it's one unit, so for them it's half.
I'm going to file a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

Pool, hotel, restaurant just a stone's throw from Lourdes.
It would be a good idea to renovate the rooms and the restaurant...

19/09/2026: A gorgeous restaurant...! Margot treat us amaizingly, recommend us very very good dishes. The food was delicious and the service a 11/10. The portions are well sized, therefore prior go all in, just ask your self if you are that much hungry 😋.
The relationship quality/price, amaizing! Definitely this is a must if you visit Paris!
08/07/2026: Zinc Zinc is an excellent restaurant in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The ribeye steak is particularly delicious, perfectly cooked, and of very high quality. The desserts are also excellent and make for a lovely way to end the meal.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good brasserie with quality cuisine and warm service.

16/10/2026: The meat was perfect, however the waitress was unfriendly and the drinks, like Pepsi, had to be opened in front of the customer, please, plus there was no straw, no taste, no fizz – where did this Coke/Pepsi come from?

13/07/2026: At Le Téléphérique Café in Megève the food was excellent, with every dish was good and made with quality ingredients. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented.
The highlight is definitely the superb terrace, especially in the summer, it’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the lovely surroundings.

21/10/2026: Le Bistrot de Paris is more than just a bistro; the food is gourmet! The dishes are refined and beautifully presented. The meat was incredible and tender. The amuse-bouche, beetroot panna cotta, was very good. The dessert, a half macaron with vanilla pastry cream and fresh fig, was delicious.
I highly recommend it.
18/10/2026: We came to eat at Bistrot de Paris in Saint-Amand, just the two of us, and we had a wonderful time!
The starter was very original and the main course absolutely delicious, with a special mention for the pasta with salmon and butternut squash sauce, which was excellent.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you again to the team for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!
