11/05/2026: What a treat! The John Dory with lemon-ginger sauce... The foie gras and duck breast salad... And the dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant, where I also enjoyed the daily menu just as much. The service was professional and friendly. Don't hesitate, go there, you'll be delighted.

11/07/2026: We arrived for dinner on a whim on a Saturday evening, just the two of us. We received a very warm welcome and were immediately seated, even though we hadn't made a reservation. The service was quick and efficient. We tried most of the appetizers from the menu: delicious, beautifully presented, we highly recommend the salmon tartare and the octopus. As for the desserts, kudos to the pastry chef, worthy of a top restaurant. They were very well-balanced, not too sweet, and truly delicious, especially the roasted peach with verbena ice cream and the matcha raspberry tiramisu. The entire experience was orchestrated by a very professional and friendly maître d'hôtel, who was also attentive to every table. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

03/07/2026: We discovered this crêperie during our week-long holiday in Houlgate. We were staying at Capfun Les Falaises and, while exploring the surrounding area with my husband and our three children, we had the pleasure of eating at Le Jardin du Plaza twice. What can I say, except that everything was perfect! The crêpes are absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and the whole family enjoyed them every time. A huge thank you also to Jordan and Sergio, who were remarkably kind. Their warm welcome, smiles, and professionalism greatly contributed to making our meals even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this crêperie to all tourists visiting Houlgate. If you're looking for a friendly place to eat well and have a wonderful time with your family, look no further: Le Jardin du Plaza is a must-visit!

02/07/2026: The crepes were very good, with a great selection. The mussels were also very good, and it was nice to have the choice between fries and salad as a side. The waiter was very friendly, pleasant, and charming.

26/07/2026: Very disappointing. The baked egg was bland, and I won't even mention the fly that accidentally got in it without the cook apologizing, but it was unpleasant. The meat was underripe with industrial-looking fries. Only the wine was good. This restaurant should be avoided. Regarding value for money: it costs like a high-end restaurant for the quality of a small one.

02/05/2026: After a somewhat mixed first visit in August 2024, we returned for a stay in Béarn. For me, Le Chalet is now the best restaurant in Salies, thanks to the quality of the ingredients, the superb decor, and the ambiance, which this time was a very pleasant and mellow concert – thank you Rosewoodcover! 😉 The owners are incredibly attentive, and it's clear they're invested in their establishment, as are their employees. I highly recommend it! 😊

25/07/2026: I regularly visit No Glu during my stays in Paris, mainly for the donuts, which are the only gluten-free donuts (and they're excellent) I've been able to eat since my celiac disease diagnosis. The palmier is very good, but I find the other pastries a bit dry for my taste. I think the prices are high.

29/06/2026: Lovely hotel with a pool, nice room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The air conditioning in our south-facing room wasn't working properly during the heatwave... luckily the night was cool because when we got back from dinner, the room was stiflingly hot. The hotel is just 2 minutes from the Pont du Gard, which is magnificent! Good breakfast in a beautiful and cool setting.

08/06/2026: Beautifully situated and ideal for our overnight stay. Easily accessible with secure parking. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished. It had air conditioning and was a good size. In the evening, we were rewarded with a delicious meal. It was especially appealing to me as it was vegetarian, and incredibly creative and absolutely delicious. I'd particularly like to mention my sleeping experience; the pillows are heavenly. Waking up without a headache is a rare occurrence. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and plentiful. Our conclusion: Definitely recommended. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and flexible. Simply enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful time.
