05/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. The manager came to us to criticize us for "only ordering coffees," saying it wasn't profitable. He even told us, and I quote, "If you don't order anything, there's no point in coming." This remark is incomprehensible, especially since we had indeed ordered drinks and the bill was far from negligible. Being greeted this way is very unpleasant and gives the impression that customers are not welcome if they don't spend enough according to the manager's standards. A minimum of respect and business sense would be appreciated. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I went there today for lunch with my colleagues, and the restaurant was closed, with a prefectural order posted in the window announcing its administrative closure. People in the neighborhood told us there were serious hygiene problems at the restaurant, and that's why it was closed.

01/09/2026: Absolutely no one to greet me when I arrived, no one at the bar, no one in the dining room. I sat down with my two dogs on the terrace. And then I was told that dogs weren't allowed. I wonder where that's written. And after waiting five minutes for someone to come over, I was shocked by the staff's lack of friendliness.

05/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our meal. The foie gras was really not very good, the asparagus was undercooked and therefore very tough. The lamb shank was much too overcooked. It's a shame because, overall, the dishes didn't live up to our expectations. Fortunately, the dessert was good, which somewhat redeemed the end of the meal.

03/05/2026: The food was very good. There's no fixed menu. I ordered the Alsatian-style chicken breast, which came with green peas, mushroom sauce, morel mushrooms, and gnocchi. It was better than expected, just a little small in portion.

20/10/2026: The setting is superb, and we enjoyed the delicious, refined, and carefully prepared cuisine. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a welcome and service that did not live up to the establishment's standards. We had taken care to specify when making the reservation that we would be accompanied by a person in a wheelchair. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevator providing access to the restaurant was out of order. Beyond this problem, which can certainly happen, we were particularly disappointed by the head waiter's lack of effort in finding a solution, as well as a particularly inappropriate remark: "We'll have to do it the old-fashioned way," implying that we would have to carry the wheelchair. No apologies were offered for this incident (was it merely a technical issue? Does this elevator even work sometimes? I should point out that we had booked the day before, specifying that we would need it; perhaps they should have checked that it was functioning…). Throughout the service, his attitude remained unfriendly, rather haughty and unpleasant, even towards his young colleague, who was nonetheless very considerate and attentive. This situation created a rather uncomfortable atmosphere, especially since we had come to enjoy a pleasant family lunch. We would have appreciated more kindness, consideration, and professionalism, particularly in an establishment of this caliber. Therefore, it's a mixed review: a very beautiful place for its setting and the quality of its cuisine, but a somewhat disappointing personal experience.

13/08/2026: Diner super bon, un menu de 5 plats/ courses including a drink: soup of peas with caviar de Neuvic, foie gras poulet, langoustines with peanuts oil from moulin de veyssiere, veau with potatoes, pistachio cake with ice cream and fresh strawberries. Excellent taste, service and value for money. Loved it 😍
