15/04/2026: Following the establishment's response, I want to clarify that it was absolutely not us they were referring to. After being treated this way, we left the restaurant immediately and did not stay to watch a game for two hours as planned. We went elsewhere (to O'Sullivans). Therefore, I stand by my opinion regarding the welcome and service, which were very disappointing.

14/04/2026: A very disappointing experience at this establishment. I went to the bar on April 14th around 8 pm and was shocked by the complete lack of respect shown to customers. The staff's behavior, particularly that of a rather tall waiter with dark hair, was especially inappropriate. We were ignored repeatedly, and even after clearly expressing our dissatisfaction and issuing an ultimatum to be served, the waiter simply continued to ignore us. I felt unwelcome, even treated unfairly, for no apparent reason. The attitude was cold, even condescending, which really gives the impression that some customers are not treated the same as others. This is regrettable for an establishment located on the Champs-Élysées, where one expects a minimum of professionalism and consideration…

25/04/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! This Provençal restaurant is a real success from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, the service attentive and perfectly executed, and the food… simply excellent. Each dish is flavorful, generous, and prepared with care. You can clearly tell that the team takes pleasure in making you happy, and that makes all the difference. A perfect moment, as enjoyable as it was authentic. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and one we will definitely return to on our next visit to Fréjus!

25/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience at this restaurant! Delicious food, high-quality ingredients, generous and beautifully presented portions. The service was impeccable, quick, and attentive, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Special mention to Mélodie, an exceptional waitress: smiling, professional, radiant, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. Her welcome and good humor truly enhanced the experience. It's rare to find such attentive service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return. Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to Mélodie!

05/04/2026: First time I've been to a place like this and I was blown away! I was very surprised by the quality of the service and the knowledge of the menu displayed by the manager and staff. The manager took the initiative to offer us some surprising and original drinks, especially non-alcoholic ones. Thank you! ☺️

03/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at L'Auberge du Brand, and the experience was simply exceptional. The setting is warm and elegant, ideal for a pleasant outing in Alsace. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, providing impeccable service throughout our visit. The dishes were not only delicious but also presented with great finesse. Each plate was full of original flavors, and we particularly appreciated the harmony of the ingredients in each dish. The appetizers, such as the fish with touches of edible flowers, were light and refined. The meats, perfectly cooked and accompanied by creative garnishes, were a true delight. Finally, the dessert was a real surprise, with delicate and well-balanced flavors, perfect for concluding this gastronomic experience. We highly recommend this restaurant for lovers of fine cuisine and quality service. A must-try if you are in the area!

19/11/2025: Shameful! Saturday night! Only one bourride available! At 9:30 pm, you see the waitresses with their arms crossed, waiting for us to leave. A disgrace. And the dishes, like the salmon, were very, very mediocre.

18/02/2026: A very intimate setting, on a small street in Strasbourg. There are only a few tables, which allows for a level of attention from the owner that I've never experienced before. He takes the time to chat with you, is very pleasant, and asks if everything is alright. We had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and perfectly portioned. And it's excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!

25/02/2026: Excellent discovery! Being a huge fan of andouillettes, I decided to try the Andouillette Gratin with Avesnes meatballs, and it was absolutely delicious! It was served with a generous portion of fresh fries, a perfectly dressed salad, and a large pot of sauce of my choice! The welcome was warm and friendly, the waitress and chef were very pleasant, and we felt right at home. The restaurant's decor also contributed to this feeling! I will definitely be back as soon as I have the chance. See you soon!

07/04/2026: A superb experience at La Truite d'Or guesthouse! We stayed for three nights as part of a business seminar. We loved the common areas and the rooms! The extra touch: the sauna with its cold plunge pool! Many thanks again to Emilie and her team for the organization! I highly recommend it.
