03/07/2026: Terrace service, 2 covers Only one choice of draft beer. 2 set menus (main course + dessert) Both main courses were plated and poorly prepared. Main course 1: Fish in a butter sauce, overcooked and boiled, served with plain rice. Side salad: Torn, inedible leaves, a small piece of tomato without dressing. Main course 2: Salad with torn leaves. Bacon pieces were heated in large quantities but lacked flavor. We skipped dessert for fear of what was to come. Positive points: The beer wasn't bad and the sparkling water was refreshing.

12/07/2026: A nightmare. I felt even less safe than on the subway at night. Packed with predators (men and women), my boyfriend almost had his crotch licked by a stranger, and I was held down and rubbed by another stranger. No one seemed to care. It's the perfect place if you're looking for someone to share the night with, and that's it. Nowhere to sit, even more crowded than the RER during rush hour, and no ventilation. Thank goodness the water is free. I don't understand how such poor organization is tolerated. Tech/electronic music parties are supposed to be safe, but apparently not when they're commercial.

16/05/2026: It's perfect for a relaxed atmosphere with friends. There's a good selection of beers. 👌🏾 As for the food, I think the chef was on vacation because the fish and chips looked more like breaded fish.

14/03/2026: Excelent service and food! Very nice and atteintive waiters: Damian, Charles and especially Hugo that made some jokes with us about the IPA beer 🤭. So Hugo, let's keep in mind that Indian Pale Ale 🤗. Don't miss the Fox Den or la Taniere de Renard. Merci encore une fois!

19/07/2026: Strongly not recommended. A crepe smothered in Nutella and caramel, making a simple crepe inedible. According to the waitress, this was perfectly normal.

10/07/2026: A quick stop at Crêpe et Compagnie for a sweet treat, and it's a big yes. Fast service, quality product.

26/06/2026: A wonderful discovery during our mountain bike ride through Val d'Ajol. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily special. Thank you for your hospitality!

14/06/2026: Great restaurant for a hot lunch. We had the hamburgers with fries.

24/06/2026: The pizzas were very good, and the staff was welcoming. The only problem was that it was too hot in the shop to eat in. Worth checking out.

24/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of quality, both in the beauty of the place and in the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The staff escorted us to our room, which was simply stunning. We chatted with them over drinks at MEIGE, the hotel's cocktail bar, where the passionate and kind bartender introduced us to the range of products. The spa is also cozy and inviting. If you appreciate elegant establishments with friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is a must. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: The rooms lack privacy like the window is opened to a street into the downtown and you have no shutters or blackouts. This is fine if the room had air conditioning however, you have to ask for a mobile air conditioner brought into the room or you have to sleep with an open window that lets flies and people eyesight while you’re asleep. Second thing is the place does not offer a parking spot for you car. In fact they offer you a card for parking in a casino nearby and it will cost €30 per night. For Muslim people, the toilet seat does not have water floss. One last thing is the breakfast. It does not have a variety of food however the place is tidy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

10/07/2026: Post-civil ceremony event, June 24, 2026, in the middle of a heatwave We organized a lunch with our families/witnesses after our civil wedding at Brazza, and everything was perfect! A huge thank you to Alexandre and his entire team for their warm welcome, flexibility, service, and good humor. They were able to accommodate us despite some dietary restrictions, an exceptional heatwave, and last-minute changes. It was 45 degrees Celsius that day, but despite the heat, they were able to offer us a menu adapted to the weather at the last minute and kept smiling until the very end, despite the numerous trips back and forth between the bar and the terrace. All our guests appreciated the quality of the food and drinks, and especially the helpfulness of the staff! An absolutely fantastic team, dedicated to its customers in all circumstances. We were already customers, but this event only strengthened our loyalty to Brazza. I recommend it 100%! A thousand thanks for everything and for making this day exceptional!

06/07/2026: Great food at very reasonable prices and a lovely team to take care of you. Big terrace in the summer too so you can eat outside in the sun or shade. Highly recommend.

22/04/2026: A refrigeration compressor is located directly above room 4, making a noise every 30 minutes. The welcome was cold and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There are better options… I regretfully advise against staying here because, despite the somewhat dated decor, there's potential.

23/06/2026: The ambiance here is a solid 5/5, it’s a gorgeous spot and a wonderful place to just sit and relax inside the Museum of Arts of Lyon. That being said, the service is on yourself. My overall 4-star rating is strictly for the beautiful environment. Great place for the views, just keep your expectations very low for the quality of a coffee and the dégustation.

27/05/2026: Maybe for a coffee. Avoid lunch. Limited selection. Quiches and other savory tarts are mass-produced and really not good. Self-service format. What a shame, it used to be a lovely restaurant. Fortunately, the setting is superb.
