28/07/2026: The shop is very clean and pleasant, with friendly and attentive staff. The cream puffs and drinks are delicious, varied, and of very good quality. It's the perfect setting for an intimate afternoon tea with a friend; I love this place. The sugar pies are also very good. A fantastic spot in Yutz; both young and old will be delighted!

12/07/2026: The cream puffs are good, but the flavor is far from natural. The lemon one tastes like chemicals. The sandwiches and pastries are hard and dry. It's been a long time since I've been this disappointed by a bakery…

17/07/2026: Friendly welcome. Very attentive. They were able to advise me and meet my needs. I highly recommend them. Brunch ordered for 8 people. An assortment of delicious items, each more tempting than the last. Original dishes. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed it.

19/05/2026: A reputable and well-run tobacconist. The staff are competent and efficient, although the reception could be a bit warmer. It's also a shame about the €15 minimum purchase for credit cards, which is inconvenient for small purchases. Otherwise, the service is quick and satisfactory.

14/05/2026: The staff are quite strange; at 7 pm they say they're closing because "it's raining," even though the sign says they close at 10 pm. Depending on the person, employees may or may not serve arriving customers. The place is empty, so you have to wonder if it's actually an ice cream parlor or some other kind of establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

11/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this bakery. The prices are high and, unfortunately, the quality isn't there. I tried a slice of lemon cake, which was bland and dry, as well as a cinnamon roll that was also dry and tasteless. As for the Babka brioche, which was advertised as a specialty, I found it very dry and far too sweet. On the savory side, the salmon quiche, priced at €7.90, was just okay. I've had much better elsewhere for less money. The appetizer baguette with olives wasn't even cooked enough. Finally, the service is far too slow. Another incomprehensible point: for two identical Coca-Colas, the waitress charged me €2.66 for one and €2.70 for the other. Four cents difference isn't much, but I don't understand this price difference. Ultimately, I find the value for money unsatisfactory. There are bakeries a little further away that offer better products at more reasonable prices.

However, paying a higher price doesn't mean eating at a filthy table... and when you hear an elderly person shouting on a Sunday morning... that's exactly what you don't want to hear when you come here on vacation... so please make an effort with your behavior, madam.

06/08/2026: I'll keep it simple and short: the pastries are awful, completely tasteless! The staff is a disaster—you leave this place angry and upset by their behavior, and when you get home you're annoyed and disappointed to have paid so much for pastries that have no flavor! I absolutely do not recommend it!

05/08/2026: I just read the latest reviews, those for Pâtisserie Loiseau, so those from the last few months, and I must say I'm not very surprised. What surprises me more is the somewhat aggressive tone of the replies to the comments. Personally, I was at the shop's opening and I really enjoyed several of the pastries that were generously served at the event, and I thank them for that. However, it's true, unfortunately, that I went back to buy some more, based on that first impression, and I was very disappointed with the quality. Now, let's be clear, the pastry chef is still the same, certainly, and he undoubtedly does excellent work, as he has over all these years, but I'm talking about the quality of the ingredients used. Perhaps I just had bad luck, twice, and I'm ready to give this establishment another chance if they correct their mistakes. It's up to them. Pâtisserie Loiseau, I'll let you get back to me once the adjustments are made (not before, it's pointless), and I'll be back to try them again.

05/04/2026: One of the best terraces in the area. Incredible view. Homemade cuisine, some meats from their own farm, homemade Myrtille and Genepi liqueurs. A truly authentic spot in Megève!

04/04/2026: We were turned away as soon as we arrived because, despite the restaurant being half empty, they refused to let us order "just" two pies and two drinks, claiming it would reduce the quality of service for customers who were eating... pathetic...

15/07/2026: Aside from the food, it was a disappointment. It took forever for a waiter to come and take our order, then we had to ask three times about the items we'd ordered, one of which was forgotten and never arrived. And then, when we complained, the waiter was rude. That's what I call French arrogance. Very disappointing.

01/07/2026: We are a group of 10 people who received a very warm welcome at the restaurant. The staff is truly professional, courteous, and attentive. They were able to accommodate our requests and were very flexible. The food is delicious at a reasonable price, the place is nicely decorated and quiet. We will definitely return and thank them again warmly for their hospitality.

20/06/2026: I've been to this bakery several times. Despite the often dirty restrooms, the numerous fruit flies while eating, and what I find disappointing value for money, I kept going back mainly because it was the only bakery in Lille I knew with a space large enough to sit down and work. I should clarify that it's not the price that bothers me: I regularly frequent establishments where the prices are equivalent, or even higher, but where the service is impeccable and the quality of the products fully justifies the price. The impression is that everything is done to cut costs as much as possible, at the expense of service quality and customer comfort. Yesterday, a young woman with light, wavy hair spoke to me in a particularly aggressive and unpleasant manner. At first, I was shocked by the way she spoke to me. After a few seconds, I realized it was the same employee who had spoken to me very inappropriately several months earlier. This time, I decided not to let the situation go and asked her why she was speaking to me that way. Instead of answering, she became even more aggressive. I simply pointed out that the situation was going way too far and that there was clearly a problem with how she spoke to customers. The tone escalated, and she ended up insulting me. Unbelievable. It was impossible to speak to a manager. I do, however, thank Melissa (short, with dark hair), who tried to calm things down and completely understood the problem. She explained that she and the other employee were tired and in the middle of exams. I don't consider that a valid excuse, especially since it was the second time. Many students and young people in France, myself included, work year-round while pursuing their studies, often experiencing fatigue and stress, yet they do not gratuitously disrespect those they serve. Never again.

20/06/2026: First experience eating lunch there. Very good value for money for the sandwich, drink, and dessert deal.

26/07/2026: The place has changed, and for the worse. The food still lives up to expectations, but the waitstaff quickly becomes overwhelmed as soon as the customers arrive. On our last two visits, we waited almost an hour between our appetizers and main courses, without a word from the servers who were running around aimlessly. Worse still, on our last night, the waiter noticed we had finished our meals, moved on to another table, and left us standing there for half an hour before returning to fetch the wine bucket, without a word of explanation or a smile. Needless to say, we gave up on dessert, which we were quite tempted by, but faced with the waiter's curt response when it came time to pay, after we went to the till to save him further unnecessary trips, only to have the receipt refused due to an internet problem, without a goodbye or a thank you… I think this is the last time we'll go to this establishment. At least the view of the cape is free, and you don't need to book a table to enjoy it.

25/07/2026: Enchanting place, sea view. Aperitifs are available on the walls. Excellent cuisine and excellent, friendly service. The bouillabaisse was delicious! We really had a great time.

12/07/2026: Very disappointed, we asked for water with syrup, I could barely taste the syrup, the water was hot and came from the tap with an aftertaste, large sticky spoons were put in our glasses, the glasses were sticky and on top of that the waiters were haughty… frankly one of my worst experiences in a cafe… I will never go back!
