16/07/2026: Nice little restaurant with a sea view. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were good.

10/07/2026: After a long hike on the Customs Officers' Trail, we received a warm welcome and prompt service on a very hot day around midday. We treated ourselves to moules frites and burgers. As always, we also enjoyed cider and plenty of water. The terrace is a lovely place to sit and offers a fantastic sea view. We'll definitely be back!

11/07/2026: While the service was pleasant, the food was deplorable. Reheated fries, undercooked meat, bitter chocolate sauce, and barely toasted almonds on an €8 crepe. No comment. Goodbye.

27/06/2026: We've been several times and are always very satisfied, both with the service and the food. A special mention goes to the salted caramel, which I personally found excellent. See you soon.

01/11/2025: Drawn in by the menu featuring an omelet with chanterelles and black trumpet mushrooms, you discover an exceptional spot: a awning-covered patio, an island of tranquility in the heart of Nîmes. The service is outstanding, the sommelier offers excellent advice, and the cuisine is homemade using fresh, local ingredients, orchestrated by renowned chef Sébastien Granier, a Bocuse alumnus (photo visible at the entrance). The wine cellar is top-notch... a set menu at €25, the omelet at €19... it's top-notch without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

08/07/2026: One star less because our ice cream scoops were far too small and looked rather ridiculous in their cones; we're pretty used to that 🍦 The waitresses and the owner didn't clearly communicate the instructions to the new employee... As usual, it was delicious, but...

02/07/2026: We tried the ice cream, a pastry, and a cake. The chestnut and peach flavors didn't deliver their expected taste, however, the chocolate, rose-raspberry-lemon, and coconut-chocolate were tasty. The apple-hazelnut brioche wasn't fresh, and the same went for the almond and orange zest tart, which had a rancid aftertaste. What a disappointment!

17/07/2026: The owner publicly criticized customers for their "lack of courage" and for not coming to speak to him face to face. After he insulted me for crossing his terrace without ordering anything, I went back to confront him directly. He immediately pretended not to understand and then refused to stand by his words. Courage, apparently, is mainly found in Google search results.

16/07/2026: We ordered two half-pints, and the malicious waitress, "under the pretext of chilling the glasses," served us the first one with two centimeters of water... The owner, sensing our discomfort, rushed over and served the second one himself "without water" to avoid a scene. So be careful, this is common practice in the summer... Poor France!!!

23/03/2026: Great lunch spot, with lovely views from the large outside sun deck, friendly staff, and decent enough food. Good meeting spot.

30/07/2026: We arrived in the museum while it was closed for lunch till 14:00 . With heatwave outside of 37 c we were really desperate not to go back out and were suggested this caffe. We font speak french and were not really hungry so had no idea how it would go. We asked if we can just order coffee and received a super warm welcome . One if the servers spike really good english and was super kind. I asked about smoked salmon salad and when she learned i was not very hungry i was offered a half portion for 10 euros. It was such a good choice. One if the best if not the best dish if this kind i have had. Good quality smoked salmon delicious potato roti fresh salad. Big thank you to this place and staff for helping us survive the heat

29/07/2026: The staff were very courteous and professional, especially when dealing with a certain arrogant (even insulting) Chinese customer. After receiving the menu, the woman was offended to have to wait while the waitress attended to customers who had arrived shortly before her! When you have money, you start by buying yourself some manners! A very beautiful museum, and a very warm welcome! I will return!

11/07/2026: The welcome was pleasant and the food was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beef tartare was perfect and the fresh fruit salad was a refreshing treat in this weather.

01/07/2026: The first time in my life I've been refused entry for not having lunch, even though the place was empty. Just so you know, it's a café, not a restaurant. And then they complain about closing because they're not making enough money!

04/05/2026: A really lovely little restaurant! We only had 45 minutes to eat, and the waiter was perfectly accommodating to our schedule. The staff was incredibly attentive, thank you so much! ☺️

03/05/2026: I highly recommend this place! The waiters are very professional, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling – simply the best! The owner is very friendly, and the food is amazing, everything is homemade, which is rare these days, all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back as soon as we are in Mimizan Plage.

02/08/2026: We come here once a year when we're in Trouville! Perfect location right on the seafront, the service is very efficient, especially with the children's menus which are served quickly. The restaurant no longer takes reservations, so it's best to arrive in advance, but last time, with a party of 10, we got seats quite easily at 12:30 pm. I highly recommend this place!

27/07/2026: Beachfront location, generous menu, and the dishes are equally generous (we only tried the fish). Efficient and cheerful service. Good value for money.

02/08/2026: Dinner last night, with a large crowd in the city center for the guides' festival. We were greeted with a smile and the service was quick. We had a lovely time and a great dinner!

04/04/2026: Great place on the slopes to stop and have a quick break from skiing, typical prices for Courchevel, espresso was really good, free water is a big bonus The guys working inside are also very fast and efficient when serving food and drinks

02/04/2026: I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I find it so shameful to serve food like this in a brasserie that I have no choice but to warn people looking for a restaurant. If you don't expect fine dining when you go in, you certainly don't want to leave with food poisoning! The seafood sauerkraut was frozen, barely thawed, and absolutely disgusting. The bread was like cardboard, and the waitress, with her shifty eyes, served it while wearing a stained sweater... The positive reviews are incomprehensible... It feels like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Avoid at all costs!!!
