21/09/2026: I've been coming here regularly for lunch for several years, and I have to say that for the past three weeks or so, I've really noticed a big difference! The dishes arrive much hotter than before, the service is much faster, and above all, the food is incredibly delicious. They're quite simple dishes to begin with, but you can tell they're well-prepared, and that really makes a difference compared to before. I don't know if something has changed in the kitchen, but in any case, congratulations to the whole team! I enjoy it every time 😊 Thank you

20/10/2026: A terrible experience! There was a mistake with my order: instead of an XL, I received a medium. When I asked for the error to be corrected, they refused to exchange the item, claiming it was too busy. The young woman I spoke to, who was short and thin, was particularly disrespectful. She literally threw the receipt at me, saying they wouldn't do anything for me. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially since the mistake was theirs, not mine. I understand that it's busy, but that absolutely does not justify such a lack of respect for a customer. I am very disappointed by this experience and the way I was treated. I do not recommend this establishment if this is how customers are treated.

09/10/2026: Charged €48.97 for a large pizza. Delivered in a small size with a receipt for €36.97. When I got home, I had to drive back to get a refund for the difference. No goodwill gesture and no refund to my bank card!

13/10/2026: The evening was very pleasant, but the manager came to ask us after an hour and a half what time we were leaving while we were all still eating... Not very welcoming! There was a mistake with the burgers in our order, and they didn't even apologize. Disappointing service.

11/10/2026: The payment system is truly catastrophic; it's the first time I've ever seen a bar refuse to let you order directly at the bar, and to top it all off, the entire team is incredibly friendly (that's not true). Maybe they should consider changing careers?

06/10/2026: I'm not from the area, but I used to come to this Jeanson tea room whenever I visited my family in Lens. I went on Saturday, hoping to enjoy my usual cakes, but I discovered it had changed ownership and was now called Chez Sébastien. The cakes had changed too. The friendly service I was used to was completely gone. It was incredibly crowded because it was the street fair, but the staff couldn't cope at all. There were four or five of them behind the counter, and yet no one seemed to know what to do. We wondered what they were doing. The young waitress taking orders was completely lost. People ordered cakes, she couldn't remember anything, and she asked me, "What did they order again?" It was a real disgrace! I thought I could get my cakes and go sit at my table, but I was told they would be brought with the coffee. As a result, they brought us three different orders before we finally received our actual order. Absolutely no organization, a complete disaster! In short, I didn't recognize the tea room of my childhood, and I won't be going back anytime soon.

26/11/2025: A very bad experience at La Caverne des Artistes. The galettes and crêpes are clearly lacking in quality: soggy batter, often low-end and tasteless fillings—one wonders if the ingredients come from a discount wholesaler rather than a real chef. The prices are high—absolutely no value for money. The service is appalling when the restaurant is finally open; the welcome needs improvement, and you can't rely on either the menu or the advertised opening hours. As it stands, I strongly advise against going: it's best to avoid it altogether.

28/05/2026: The room was a bit dated on my first stay, but fantastic on my second. In any case, congratulations to the hotel for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

21/05/2026: On our way back from Gironde to Yvelines along the main road, we stopped at this restaurant by chance, one of the very few open on a Monday along that route. We had a very good lunch there, with a starter, a main course, and a coffee for under €20 per person. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The welcome and service, provided by the same person, were very professional and friendly, and the portions were quite generous. Frankly, a great stop, especially on a Monday when many restaurants are closed, not to mention that there are very few along this main road.

15/08/2026: A small, simple, efficient, and inexpensive bistro. Lunch menus between 13 and 20 euros... friendly staff... Local dishes... it doesn't look like much, but it's worth it 😁

06/04/2026: A real gem! The food is absolutely excellent, with flavorful and generous dishes that make you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is simply perfect: warm, friendly, and always lively, just the right amount. But the real highlight is the team: incredibly friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and attentive from start to finish. You truly feel right at home. Honestly, a must-visit, I recommend it without hesitation!

06/09/2026: A lovely evening on the terrace. Excellent service. Beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. Wines by the glass. Romantic atmosphere with twinkling lights everywhere and under a huge acacia tree. Fantastic!

25/08/2026: The guy who came to our table had a hard time understanding English and, unfortunately, did not seem particularly interested in making the effort to communicate. Things went downhill from there: the products and prices were completely out of proportion to the rather poor quality. My wine was simply awful, probably the worst 10cl of wine I have ever had in a bar like this at €6. Not exactly a memorable Parisian experience.

24/07/2026: This brasserie is absolutely to be avoided. The meat was tasteless and full of gristle. It's a real shame to have such a low-quality food service in such a beautiful neighborhood. Good luck to the customers, especially those with sensitive stomachs.

10/10/2026: I travel a lot and try restaurants all over France, but this place has something extra. Everything is perfect: delicious and generous cuisine, a daily menu that's always tastefully updated, and the desserts... oh my, always a wonderful surprise! And what can I say about the service? Impeccable, friendly, and on par with the food. A special mention for Maryline 😍😍 who makes every visit even more special. Thank you for these precious moments. 30/09/2026: A warm welcome from a very friendly lady and a well-maintained establishment. The set menus are reasonably priced. This evening, after the "Monsieur Hugues Aufrey" concert, the restaurant offered a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €29. Photo attached. My partner enjoyed it; it was impeccable in both quality and quantity. For my part, I ordered the shrimp ravioli with lemon sauce—truly delicious, the sauce was divine—and the rice pudding with caramel sauce and fruit nougatine, which was excellent and very generous. The staff was pleasant and professional. Thank you for your hospitality. Until next time.
