03/06/2026: We spent two nights and three days there and left feeling incredibly relaxed. The welcome was very friendly and courteous, the atmosphere was calm and very restful, our room was spacious and clean with a view of the phoenixes in the large garden and the pool, the beds were very comfortable, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the thalassotherapy treatments were excellent, and the restaurant was great too. Go for it, you won't be disappointed! 💣💯

02/06/2026: The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The service was good, but there weren't enough time slots for some wellness treatments.

08/03/2026: Disappointing since the change of ownership, expensive food, barely friendly waiters... There were five of us, and we were moved to a table for four. I then found a plastic tag in my plate and felt like I was bothering them when I pointed it out... We really miss the old team and the self-service area with its reasonable prices.

23/02/2026: New owners! This "family" gave us a very warm welcome, and our table of 14 (!) didn't even have time to finish our aperitifs before the main courses arrived perfectly, and we thoroughly enjoyed them! A great break on the slopes, I highly recommend it. As an added bonus, a shot of génépi (€5) with a coffee (€2) is perfect for a boost during your morning or afternoon break – nothing better!

10/10/2026: Good quality hams and cheese but super overpriced. More then 1 hour waiting as well, plus a 20 € sandwich is not worthy

30/08/2026: We came to this bar and ordered two sodas. We simply asked for two glasses so we could drink them properly, but our request was refused. We find this very disappointing and unacceptable, especially since we consumed the drinks on the premises. A minimum of service and hospitality would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

11/08/2026: Excellent service, a menu with local flavors featuring good, simple and incredibly effective dishes! For a family of 5, we managed to keep our bill under €100 (food + drinks).

10/10/2026: As a regular daytime customer, my partner and my grandmother have been terribly disappointed lately. The first time, we didn't say anything because a problem arose, but now we've been disappointed several times. I'm not expecting a 5-star experience, of course, but we ordered cassoulet that was dry, "like wood," burnt, and dry: see photos. Also, a hamburger steak ordered rare was well-done. I didn't finish my plate, and we are very disappointed at the moment. However, the service and staff are incredible, but I don't think I'll be back. It's not the Flunch we used to know.

03/10/2026: I always get braised ham, I've never been disappointed, always a generous portion, several thick slices, except for Thursday, October 1st, a little light!

27/05/2026: I had a wonderful afternoon at the hotel for my birthday present. The welcome was very professional. I started with lunch at the poolside restaurant. The manager and his staff were very friendly and attentive. The main course was delicious and flavorful, but the dessert, the Royal Chocolate with its crunchy layer of dark chocolate and praline, was absolutely divine! I had the opportunity to chat with the pastry chef, who is clearly passionate about her work. She creates perfectly balanced desserts, just the way I like them. Afterwards, I enjoyed some relaxation at the spa with an effective scrub and a soothing massage, both performed with care and high quality. Thank you for the warm welcome; I will definitely be back!

26/11/2025: Honestly, not great. Two trout tarte flambées. Either they were both way overcooked, or just plain old but not good! And we pointed it out, so we might as well not say anything... Dessert was fine. But honestly, if tarte flambée is just going to be made with stale, crumbly bread, they shouldn't even be offered!

14/11/2025: Hello, I only have one thing to say… why was there sugar in the syrup when I ordered a violet syrup? Otherwise, it's not great here.

22/10/2026: We booked the entire Chalet des Îles for a company event; we had 100 employees. The experience was 100% positive, the staff and catering service were excellent. Thank you, Alice!

21/10/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews, but honestly, I have to. €343 for four people, including a four-year-old child, for starters, main courses, and drinks—okay, so far, so good, it's not cheap, but still. The foie gras served with a measly salad was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. I pointed this out to the waitress, who replied, "I think so too." Then there were the frozen fries, and so on. I'm giving it two stars because the service was good, and the staff were friendly. I don't recommend it, and you'll have to pull out all the stops before I come back, let alone recommend this establishment (which has gone downhill).

02/06/2026: This place is run by Chinese people. The burgers and pork ribs are seriously delicious. They are the best I've had in Paris!!! The fries are tasty too, and the atmosphere is nice. If you have accommodation nearby, it is definitely worth a visit! They are friendly as well. I highly recommend it for dinner!

28/05/2026: When I asked for my ice cream after the whole table had been served, I was told that the ice cream I wanted was no longer available, even though I ordered at the same time as everyone else.

21/09/2026: The service was frankly unpleasant. What's more, some cheaper packs of cigarettes were supposedly "unavailable," when it was clear they simply didn't want to sell them. Add to that the cold and disagreeable attitude, and it really makes you not want to come back. I don't recommend it. Seriously, even if you have to go out of your way to another bar/tobacconist, do it; it will save you from this disaster.

28/10/2026: The food was good, but the portions were really small (we had to order two children's plates for a single 10-year-old, and the adult portions were just barely adequate). The wait was interminable, and the service was more than subpar. For example, we received the wine at the end of our meal. We barely dared ask questions; we could tell the person was annoyed. The daily special, chicken skewers, was changed to ham and fries when we ordered, and then arrived as ham and mashed potatoes... unbelievable... In short, first and last time, what a shame...
