21/09/2026: The mattresses are wrecked. I don't know how people can give good reviews... there's a hole right down the middle of them, they're so worn out. The prices for drinks are exorbitant. And we seem to be bothering the other beachgoers when we ask them to move their parasols to get some shade. Avoid at all costs!

03/08/2026: This bakery isn't open. It says it is, but it's not. It's closed. This unpleasant situation could have been avoided if the information had been reliable. Imagine: you're tired in the morning, pushing a stroller, you just want a coffee, you find a bakery on Google Maps, you go there, and there's simply nothing there... while another open bakery is right across the street... And I'm the one who's wrong... Many will understand: wasted time, bad mood, and a whole day ruined. You be the judge of this oversight.

04/09/2026: Hello, I stopped by the MAXIME restaurant last night and wasn't disappointed at first, except for the dated decor. Everything seemed perfect, except when I got home three hours after dinner. What a nasty surprise! Two people had food poisoning, diarrhea, and vomiting (the meal was a seafood platter with shrimp and oysters, and swordfish). I wouldn't recommend ordering fish or shellfish.

25/08/2026: I've revised my review; the staff is fantastic. Even the dog was well received. The service was quick and friendly. The cappuccino was nice... They don't accept credit cards for orders under €10.

17/08/2026: Cool place. Fast and efficient service. The food is awful... the meat is the same in the burger and the Caesar salad... a ready-made cutlet from the store... A PRE-MADE BOX FROM THE STORE. Terrible.

11/10/2026: Was a bit hesitant after seeing the reviews, but we had a great experience. The service was great, with attentive, quick and helpful staff. The atmosphere is light, relaxed and cosy. We had their specialty chicken, and it didn’t disappoint. The dessert was also great. A very rich wine list with plenty of options. Definitely recommend for a quiet, nice dinner!

06/10/2026: We were a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews about the service, but our experience was completely different. The service was excellent - attentive, friendly and professional throughout the evening. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but almost everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The truffle dish was the only one we personally didn’t really connect with, but everything else was amazing. We also had an excellent wine that complemented the meal perfectly. Definitely expensive, but in our opinion, a wonderful dining experience and absolutely worth it. We really enjoyed our evening!

21/09/2026: A great spot with a superb view of the Pharo, Fort Saint-Jean, and the port of Marseille. The setting is truly lovely, especially for enjoying a drink while taking in the panorama. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the staff are very welcoming.

28/08/2026: I do not recommend this place; the staff is arrogant and unpleasant. We were a group of four and spent a fair amount, even leaving a tip. This did nothing to change the almost Parisian, arrogant attitude of the staff, especially in a city like Marseille. There are plenty of wine bars in this city that deserve far more attention than this one. What a shame.

05/04/2026: We sat down with four children, waited 30 minutes, and were told it was going to be very slow. Okay. 30 minutes later, the waitress took pity on us and came to take our order. The owner walked by and told her, "No, you don't take orders, you have to see who's left first." Great for the customer! We waited an hour, weren't even sure we'd get any food, and were just a way for them to optimize their stock. The waitress said, "See how they talk to their customers and staff? You'd be better off going somewhere else." We left without any regrets.

31/07/2026: €5.20 for a zucchini, carrot, and cumin quiche that was way too salty. As for the falafels, they were falafels in name only, and you'd really have to know nothing about them to think they were good. Not to mention that the 30-cent bag didn't even last 20 seconds. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the saleswoman.

30/07/2026: My fiance and I had an extended stay in Biarritz and, when we weren’t out at the restaurants, this place kept us extremely well fed. There was always something new and fresh to try whenever we stopped in. The staff is also very friendly!

23/09/2026: Having eaten at this restaurant, I was completely ignored by the owner, except for the friendly and professional waitresses. There was no atmosphere at the bar or at the tables. Back at the truck, I suddenly had to use the restroom, so I returned to the restaurant. As I was leaving, the owner called out to me, "What are you doing here? You have to order something to use the restroom!" Except I'd already ordered everything—a meal that cost almost 20 euros. If she'd just acknowledged me beforehand...

16/09/2026: Don't park in this one like a parking lot. The owner comes and if he doesn't like how you're parked he makes you break your break and whistles at drivers like they're sheep and goats 🥲! Shame on you, you boss.....

26/09/2026: We had fantastic food for four days during our stay at Biscarrose Platge. Delicious food and fast service. The grilled fish was spectacular.

21/09/2026: The fish was exquisite, perfectly cooked and served with great accompaniments. The other dishes were also beautifully presented. The set menu offers excellent value for money. The service was superb.

13/10/2026: The restaurant has been beautifully renovated and the interior is truly magnificent. The fries are now piping hot when you get them. At first, that's why I stopped coming. But now you've won me over. Congratulations to you and your entire team, who are always smiling and so polite. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

07/11/2026: I'm only giving one star for the atmosphere because, without the owner's arrival, I would have given it four stars. Let me explain. The owner arrives, berates an employee in front of everyone... Takes initiatives that disrupt the service, serves whomever he wants, however he wants, goes over a few more employees' backs, and wanders around whistling 😵‍💫 The quality of service suffers, and the team's stress level rises noticeably and is real... I'm truly shocked. You don't come to a restaurant for a spectacle like that. I come often, I love the servers, the food... But I sympathize with the staff... The owner has the right to choose his employees. I think employees should have the right to choose their boss. There will be some grumbling about this post. But I hope that humility will refresh the person who feels targeted. So that we can get back to a truly relaxed atmosphere. The place is very pleasant, the service is high quality and quick, and the food is of very, very good quality...

29/10/2026: Ordered a plain waffle, served quickly but still frozen inside, dirty teaspoon, in short, could do better.

06/09/2026: Outrageous! We came to the club one evening as a group of 10: 9 girls and 1 boy. They told my friends it would be difficult to get in without a boy. What kind of purely discriminatory logic is that? Then, once inside the nightclub, they asked us to leave because we hadn't bought anything and they said they had to "prioritize access to the nightclub for people who were buying drinks." But the club wasn't full and no one was queuing to get in. What a shame.

25/10/2026: The crepes, service, and prices were all fine, except for the ice cream: €8.40 for two scoops!!! Admittedly, ice cream wasn't listed on the menu, but it's a complete rip-off. The ice cream is more expensive than the homemade cakes. I thought it was a mistake, but no!

06/09/2026: I highly recommend it, a very warm welcome, excellent food, you can feel the dedication! Very good galettes in St Malo.

28/09/2026: I really enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad, especially the contrast between the hot and cold elements. The service was pleasant and the setting perfect for a leisurely lunch.
