05/06/2026: We stayed here for our honeymoon before our wedding at Chateau de Paon. It was an oasis, with gorgeous rooms and great service. Breakfast is pricy but so good that if you take your time it’s worth every penny.

17/05/2026: Wow… it's so beautiful! 🤩 A magnificent hotel, superbly located in the heart of the old town! The outdoor ambiance is incredible, and the rooms are just as stunning. What more could you ask for when you arrive in paradise?! 😇🤩🙏

28/07/2026: Very affordable prices. Lots of good cuts. Long opening hours. Everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The prepared dishes like fajitas, lasagnas, etc., are also very good! I highly recommend this butcher shop, which is, in my opinion, one of the best in Dinard!

07/07/2026: What a welcome for a simple question! We came to buy a roast chicken that had made our mouths water. When we asked the gentleman in charge of roasting the poultry if he had any chickens left, a curt "NO," followed by "they're all reserved," quickly dampened our enthusiasm. Perhaps a "No, sorry, all the ones on the grill have already been reserved by customers" would have been more appropriate and courteous. We sensed a certain annoyance from this person, even though we had been very polite and simply wanted to buy the roast chicken. At least we know we won't be setting foot in that shop again, especially since we're new residents of Dinard. And dear sir, the season isn't over yet! If you're already on edge at the beginning of July... we feel for you, and perhaps it's not too late to consider a different career!

20/09/2026: Excellent food Welcoming and friendly staff The only downside is that I don't live in Paris, otherwise I would come here every day.

18/06/2026: I was greeted by a young man who barely even said hello. The croissants are overpriced for their questionable quality. Compared to other bakeries, there's really nothing special about it.

17/05/2026: We were greeted by two young men who were visibly very tired already at 8 a.m.: barely a hello, no thank you and no goodbye.

20/07/2026: I specifically booked 1 night at the hotel + and paid extra money to stay until 5 pm to work in good conditions. However, the AC wasn't working properly, and there was a lot of extremely noisy work on the floor below (drilling, etc.) I asked the reception several times to have the situation improved, but I only received a few remarks: " We are sorry, there is nothing we can do". Offering to move to a different room could have been a solution, but it was never suggested. I am so disappointed by the poor customer service; my workday was very stressful. My expectations toward a hotel of this standard were high, obviously too high. I will make sure to warn people about this low quality and it was a real waste of my money.

04/06/2026: Can't imagine no air con in a 34 degrees night in a so-called 4 stars hotel. The window are broken after the room making. luckily, we meet a staff that change a room in the 2nd night, seems the air con is still not so good.

07/10/2026: We came for an afternoon snack and a break, and we received a very warm welcome from the server on duty that day. I had a three-scoop ice cream, and it was excellent. Thank you so much 🙏

27/09/2026: Terrific food & live entertainment. Unfortunately typical French service. Had to track waiter down to order, and go to bar to pay bill 🙄

12/10/2026: We are visiting from Australia and staying near this cafe. We had a delicious meal here last night the service was really good and friendly. Christopher was very kind to us in the service of his role. I had fish and chips they were beautiful - the batter was very crisp and light. My husband had a lovely sausage and potato mash. We had nice win a beautiful chocolate meringue dessert. There was a fun & lively atmosphere we really liked the decor it was very much suited to the area. Very cool. Highly recommend.

07/10/2026: Contrary to what the name might suggest, there's no risk in venturing in, settling in, and enjoying the large terrace, typical of old Parisian bistros. The interior is just as inviting, and retains its original charm. A large zinc bar is a rare and delightful feature. The service is equally inviting: friendly, courteous, with a touch of humor, just enough to avoid becoming intrusive throughout the meal. The cuisine is classic, but impeccable. What else?

27/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome; the owner is very friendly, the food was excellent, and we had a wonderful evening on Sunday, September 27, 2026. They even offered to drive us back to the campsite as it was raining. 👍👍

19/09/2026: We wanted a table on the covered terrace by the wall, primarily because of our dog. Unfortunately, we were refused with the explanation that all those tables were reserved. We found it all the more perplexing that even after about two hours, those very same tables were still unoccupied. It was therefore incomprehensible to us why we weren't allowed to sit there. On top of that, the service was exceptionally unfriendly. It seemed to us that the owner was the one serving. Her interactions with us throughout our entire stay were very unfriendly and lacked warmth. As guests, we felt anything but welcome. We also noticed a significant difference in portion sizes. Our portions and side dishes were considerably smaller than those of the other guests. We can't say for sure what the reason was, but such unequal treatment naturally raises the question. We don't want to accuse anyone of any malicious intent, but we were left with a bad feeling. Overall, we felt neither welcome nor treated fairly. It's particularly disappointing that we felt we were treated differently as guests. And if our nationality did indeed play a role: Our generation can't be held responsible for the past. We simply wish to be treated respectfully and equally as guests, regardless of our origin. Overall, our visit was therefore very disappointing. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend the restaurant. Comment on the owner's response: Your incomplete response is quite surprising. The German couple who come daily and apparently even gave you an orchid also had a dog with them and were sitting in the covered area of ​​the terrace, even though dogs are apparently not allowed at your establishment.

04/10/2026: €10.50 for a Perrier with mint and a Fuze Tea. The toilets smell very bad and the managers/servers are not very friendly and look grumpy.

04/10/2026: Great bistro, the servers are very welcoming, good value for money, we were served quickly, I recommend it :)))

18/10/2026: We made a reservation on Saturday for Sunday lunch. We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at lunchtime and, surprise! The restaurant was closed, even though we had a reservation. There was no sign on the door indicating this.

16/08/2026: The lunchtime manager is fantastic and kind, a very good place to stop while waiting for your train, worth visiting.

20/08/2026: Avoid this place! The staff is unfriendly and refuses to serve you at 1 p.m. because "the kitchens are cleaned, so there's no way we're going to get them dirty again." So, in the end, we were stuck eating pre-made paninis. Honestly, what a huge disappointment. Furthermore, the restrooms are poorly laid out because the regular toilets and urinals aren't separated.

14/08/2026: Village bar/snack bar, always the same crowd, drinking to excess, often closed at the moment, unpleasant owner, good luck to the next one, very disappointed, very long time

13/10/2026: A lukewarm 0.5l beer for 10.50 euros with somewhat subpar service, I'm definitely never going back to that place.
