18/06/2026: A huge thank you for this evening. Our waiter, Steeve, was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. The meal was excellent for €35. We were very surprised by the price for the quality; it was superb. The DJ created a great atmosphere. We weren't from the area, but we'll definitely be back. 08/03/2026: I got sick after eating the meat and waiting 35 minutes for my main course. At the end, we were told we couldn't pay by card. In short, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: What a disaster! It started right from the beginning… we ordered Moselle wine from the menu as an aperitif, and the waitress arrived with a Côtes de Gascogne, saying she was substituting it because they didn't have any Moselle wine. We refused and ordered another wine, despite her surprise… The scallop and morel risotto was on the menu. We ordered the dish. The waitress told us there wouldn't be scallops and morels with it, but prawns, because they couldn't afford to buy scallops and morels… An hour and a half later, the dish arrived, and we were told it was taking a long time because we hadn't ordered a starter… The dish was good, but nothing special. The service was catastrophic; the waitress didn't understand any of our requests. When it came time for dessert, we decided to refuse and give up. Oh well, so much for dessert. Why does the chef employ such unqualified staff in the dining room? And what about the dining room… the tables are chipped, the baseboards are falling off… And the final nail in the coffin… “Our card machine isn’t working, you have to pay in cash.” I won’t even mention that the cashier didn’t know how to do the bill and, more importantly, was just guessing at the prices. She didn’t have any change, she was just bartering. It was like something out of a comedy sketch 😂 and the other customers felt the same way.

03/08/2026: We went to the bar to get two Cokes. They charged us as if we'd been served on the terrace. 3.90 for a Coke is outrageous.

02/08/2026: Well, 3 cans of Coke for €10.80 in a foreign can. Fantastic! And the cash goes into the box next to the till. Enjoy!

14/07/2026: A very bad experience. The servers were fine, but the owner... Don't even think about dealing with her. She's unfriendly and makes absolutely no effort for the customer. The slightest request is a huge hassle. She can't even serve two extra glasses of water with your order! Otherwise, you have to pay extra... We're talking about 25cl of water... But no, you have to shell out for coffee... A long coffee is fine, but then again, no problem drowning it in water. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. Anyway, I don't know about the restaurant itself; it's supposed to be good, but I haven't actually tried it. My thoughts are with the staff and seasonal workers!

14/07/2026: Hello. So, we went there on Sunday, July 5th, and our mussels were way overcooked. Doesn't the cook check when they're cooked before serving them?? 🤔🤔 Having paid a good price, it's so disappointing! We won't be back. Sincerely

16/07/2026: As a regular bowler—I've been to countless bowling alleys, and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like this—the staff here are remarkable for their complete lack of empathy. The explanations for children are incomprehensible and delivered coldly, without any attempt at teaching. We clearly felt like we were bothering them. If you're looking for a warm family outing, steer clear. Avoid this place. If you're unhappy with your job, you should probably find another one, judging by the number of negative reviews you have on Google. However, for those who will read my review, go to the one in Trelissac. It's a 40-minute drive, but it's absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, smiling, and full of jokes. The bowling alley is magnificent, with neon lights everywhere, beautiful lanes, pool tables, and more. I had a wonderful evening, and everything is geared towards children under 5! 5 stars for the Trelissac location! And 0 for the Bergerac one. I hope this will help moms and dads with little ones! A word to the wise!

06/07/2026: Driving an hour only to be told the minimum age is 5, and then seeing the disappointment in my 4 and a half year old son's eyes, is just sickening. It would be enough to simply state this on your website... But judging by the comments, which are almost identical to mine and have been for two years or more, I realize that taking recommendations into account is far from a priority for the managers. It's a shame, so we'll go to another bowling alley. Like the one in Périgueux, for example. A word to the wise...

31/03/2026: This is a little gem, atmosphere 10/10, service fantastic, and food was divine. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good food, good wine, and great ambience. We had our 13 and 11 year old daughters with us, and there was something for everyone on the menu.

26/06/2026: Extremely unpleasant shopkeeper. Refused to serve two extra glasses of water in the middle of a heatwave, even though we were already drinking, claiming they were paying for the (tap) water. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

25/04/2026: I have only good things to say; a friendly gentleman behind the counter who accepted and understood my French-English with a wink. A white wine with ice for €2.50 was perfectly reasonable. He even came back to my table to ask if everything was alright. I'm extremely satisfied.

23/06/2026: A rather disappointing experience. The service was particularly slow and disorganized. We waited almost 45 minutes for our aperitif. The fries were served about ten minutes before the steak tartare, so they were cold when the dish finally arrived. The quality of the food was decent, but nothing special. Our waitress was very friendly and well-intentioned, but she seemed to lack training and coordination, which made the service choppy, hesitant, and slow. Finally, in the middle of a heatwave, the complete absence of air conditioning or even a simple fan made the meal quite uncomfortable. This is a place that would benefit from improving its organization and customer comfort.
