23/08/2025: I had booked for 3 people for my birthday on August 8th. I specified this on the booking, along with a request for a particular dessert, but there was absolutely nothing, not even a "Happy Birthday." Frankly, I was very disappointed.

04/12/2025: What can I say… I stopped there at lunchtime, starving, without even checking the reviews. The welcome was a bit odd, and I was seated right next to a table with two drunk customers who stared at me throughout the entire meal—a very so-so atmosphere. I ordered quite a bit, but I was left wanting more. I started with the La Faustine galette (cream, tomato, honey, goat cheese): none of the ingredients were actually cooked, and the filling was practically nonexistent. When I opened the galette, I really felt ripped off… especially for €12! I tried a second galette, the Classique (ham, cheese, egg). I'm still looking for the cheese… Not even a whole slice of ham, and the crème fraîche was just placed on top of the galette, which I'd never seen before. Then, a Nutella crêpe: okay, nothing special. Then a waffle, after asking if it was homemade: the manager assured me it was, that the owner made them himself. But honestly, it was dry and hard, like a mass-produced one. As for drinks: a nearly flat Coke, close to its expiration date, and an Orangina. In the end: €39.70 for a truly awful meal. Frankly, even a home cook could do better than some of the restaurants in the village. Very disappointed.

14/11/2025: Luzy is a small, rustic crêperie with a friendly welcome. Two waffles, an espresso, and a hot chocolate for €19... even in Annecy it's cheaper, and the waffle batter is actually made fresh on-site. Here, the waffles are mass-produced, probably bought from an industrial supplier; a quick spin in the waffle iron and voilà, they're ready. A shame, especially considering the price.

23/04/2026: Here, the country bread is simply the best in Paris. The crust is perfectly crisp, while the crumb is both soft and delicately melt-in-your-mouth. The richness of the flour's flavor, the slight acidity, and the overall balance are absolutely remarkable—I have never tasted such delicious country bread. You can clearly taste the skill and care of passionate artisans who work with heart and precision. They are truly exceptional artisans. Thank you, as always, for supplying such remarkable bread to restaurants and hotels throughout Paris.

23/07/2026: Limited choice in the evening, floor and toilet not very clean otherwise, noisy, otherwise within Flunch standards.

06/08/2026: Never disappointed when we go there. The waitress was very welcoming, quick, efficient, and smiling. We came twice during the week. All the dishes we ordered were very good; the meat was tender and the desserts were excellent, especially the tiramisu.

20/04/2026: We stopped for one night on our way to our holiday destination, and received a very warm welcome at this restaurant.

23/07/2026: Very cold welcome. We waited 45 minutes before ordering and an hour and 15 minutes before we were served. One young woman was very pleasant, but the others were deplorable, except for the waiter. In short, avoid at all costs.

12/07/2026: What a disappointment… The galette was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was catastrophic. Not a single server on the terrace; we had to go inside the restaurant and search for them to give them our dirty plates and ask for the dessert menus… Then, no one came to take our order. We had to beg the chef to send a server to our table. It's a real shame, because the galettes were truly excellent and the waitresses were friendly, but unfortunately, they were completely absent. They would have been better off opening at 7 pm and actually being attentive to their service, rather than opening at 6 pm but operating as a self-service establishment.

03/07/2026: I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was a series of disappointments. Between the frosty welcome, slow service, and uninteresting food, it's hard to find anything positive. When you pay this price, you expect a minimum level of quality. Unfortunately, this place doesn't live up to its promises.

20/06/2026: They seem to have just discovered they have ube on the menu. They mixed the ube powder with a wooden fork, but nothing is mixed and there's no taste.

17/06/2026: The lady who served me Saturday afternoon was lovely! Despite a few mistakes, like ordering a maxi instead of a regular, she still charged me the regular price.

04/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant on Friday evening and what a disappointment… The menu looked quite appealing for €16, a reasonable price for an affordable set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the reviews on Google were rather positive. We were invited to eat inside as there was no room outside, which was fine with us. The interior… Everything was a haphazard, haphazard affair, to put it bluntly… The service was catastrophic. They forgot to bring us our drinks, asked how we wanted our duck breast cooked, and when we said medium-rare, it was overcooked. They didn't have a proper knife for cutting meat, and the bread was stale. The salad was mediocre at best, but for the price we paid, we didn't complain. The toilets were in a deplorable state… The customers who went in before us had the same disgusted look on their faces. No toilet flush button, a broken tap, a very dirty floor… and when we arrived to pay, a bin overflowing with bread – unprofessional to put that right in front of customers' faces… Furthermore, if we hadn't eaten inside or had gone to the restroom, we would have said, "It's not amazing, but for €16 for the set menu, it's acceptable." But considering everything, we even think we paid too much for what it was. We weren't being unpleasant because that's not how we operate, but I still feel it's important to highlight our experience given the many positive reviews that we don't understand.

31/05/2026: We stopped there by chance and... were disappointed. The menu is generous, but everything is greasy. But above all, the interior and the toilets were disgusting!! I always think the bare minimum is to have spotless toilets, well, I hope not... I hope that doesn't reflect the cleanliness of the kitchen!

28/07/2026: Excellent welcome. A wonderful Arles experience. We ate very well. The owner and her team were incredibly attentive and friendly. The beef stew and the bull steak were delicious. Thank you!

08/08/2026: Very disappointed by the change of ownership. A limited menu is often a sign of quality, but that's far from the case here. The restaurant was practically empty, but despite that, the dishes were very disappointing. The mussels were tiny and of dubious freshness, the burger was overcooked and I didn't ask how I wanted it cooked. The spring tartare was insignificant; the presentation didn't compensate for the poor taste. A first-year culinary student could do better. The tuna fish and chips was a disaster. The fish was overcooked and very dry, with basic breading. Even the fries managed to finish me off. I had to settle for the croque monsieur at the other restaurant. The prices were reasonable, but the other restaurant's cafeteria brings me more joy. Despite that, the waiter was pleasant, which wasn't the case for the bartender at the till. If M6 is looking for a new location for Kitchen Nightmares, this is it!

22/05/2026: A beautiful location for visiting Eze village and its exotic garden. The room and terrace/garden are tastefully decorated. A quiet spot with a superb view. A warm and very friendly welcome.

17/07/2026: Being vegan, I ordered a vegetarian pizza without cheese. The pizza was awful. I don't know if their pizzas are supposed to be Neapolitan, but they certainly had dry, flat edges... Normally, a good pizza is like good bread. Even with nothing on it, it's already good. This was absolutely not the case here. The vegetables, in my opinion, were frozen and therefore tasteless. Message to management: I don't know if your goal is to make as much money as possible regardless of the quality of your pizzas. But if you really want to make good pizzas, review your recipes and dough preparation methods. It's sad to see that the pizzeria's average rating is 4.3/5. This shows that people are getting used to bad pizzas and, in my opinion, don't know what a truly good pizza is...

13/06/2026: The team was incredibly kind and the delivery was always with a smile.

22/06/2026: A 15-minute wait at the bar for a beer that I had to get myself because there was no table service... I paid for 7 beers even though the bill clearly stated 6. I strongly advise against using the contactless payment system. Last week I went there for the first time and ordered the butcher's cut, which was tough and bland. Even frozen Charal cheese is better (there's a butcher shop 50 meters away). They've lost a customer; they'll soon be down to just a handful of people going back.
