08/05/2026: The bedding was very good. The bathroom is very, very small for taking a shower, really too small. A shame.

30/04/2026: A pleasant and very well-located hotel, very close to the center and especially to the thermal baths park, which I was lucky enough to have a view of. However, it's a real shame that reception is only open until 7 pm, which is hardly convenient for a business trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable; only the television, with its virtually nonexistent reception and poor-quality screens, slightly detracts from the experience. The bed, however, is very comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I believe this hotel definitely deserves a return visit.

26/04/2026: I would have liked to give a good rating because the room, the welcome, the quiet atmosphere, and the explanations were excellent, but this afternoon (Sunday, April 26th), we wanted to have a drink on the terrace and left after a 20-minute wait. Not a single greeting. The waiter walked past us three times, then the waitress took everyone's order, even though they arrived well after us, despite my wife calling out to us. We'll keep the address, but only for sleeping... For everything else, we'll be going elsewhere.

24/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and the homemade breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: A nice, cozy small hotel run by a couple, with around a dozen rooms. The owners are very friendly and genuinely helpful, and they also cook tasty food onsite. Don’t expect luxury or star class facilities, but the rooms are clean, relatively new, and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. There’s no laundry service in the hotel, but a public laundry is available within walking distance.

25/11/2025: The almond croissant was awful; I threw it in the bin on the way out because I found it inedible (and yet I was hungry).

05/10/2026: I've been served by the saleswoman Ayse several times now, and it's such a shame that she acts when she speaks. She doesn't speak, she shouts, or she deliberately uses a very exaggerated intonation. It's very unpleasant. I'm sure that if she spoke normally, in her own voice, without exaggeration, it would be much better. The other saleswomen are very pleasant and smiling without being overbearing. The apprentice is also smiling and very friendly.

12/10/2026: Very tasty food and excellent polite service on the way to Arc de triumph in Paris. Prices around 20 euros per person for a small dinner. Loved it

18/09/2026: A wonderful discovery, bursting with flavor and generosity! While passing through Cauterets, our small group discovered L’Authentico… and what a delightful surprise! We received a wonderful welcome from Papy Marco, a passionate chef who took us on a culinary journey through his Ecuadorian cuisine. Generous, flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and absolutely sublime flavors… A true delight for the taste buds! ❤️ Special mention also goes to Philippe, who perfectly assists Papy Marco. Impeccable service, great kindness, good humor, and above all, a sense of humor that contributes to creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We also had a vegetarian in our group, and Papy Marco took the time to prepare a beautiful vegetarian dish for them, with the same care and generosity. A truly thoughtful touch! And because we enjoyed our first evening so much, we returned the very next night! That's how much we loved this place. 😋 A huge thank you to Papy Marco for his cooking, his generosity, and especially for the heart he puts into every dish. And thank you to Philippe for his warm welcome, his service, and his kind words! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover authentic, generous cuisine bursting with wonderful flavors in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 04/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! The salmon was undercooked, the mussels had a peculiar smell, the fries, though advertised as homemade, were frozen, and the rice was bland. However, the service was decent with friendly waiters. The food needs to be reviewed as soon as possible.

25/09/2026: Excellent service, very good food, pleasant and smiling staff. Having been a regular at casino restaurants, this one is top-notch; in fact, it's my favorite.

24/09/2026: The lady inside is terribile! Not a very nice person who doesnt know how te serve. Within 15 minutes of our stay she hangs a handwritten paper on the door 'we are closed' and please leave. Snobistic and particilarly not fond of tourists. A pitty because the coffee and the bonbon were very nice. Ambiance minus 4 and the coffee and bonbons plus 5 makes 1 star

17/09/2026: We received a rather unpleasant welcome when a group of young hikers arrived: a long wait, being ignored, etc. However, we were treated with a bit more friendliness later on during the meal.

16/10/2026: Nice bar on the edge of the Saint Antoine market, local clientele, professional and friendly service, like most of the local cafes if they don't know you. Nice deviled eggs, good veal Milanese, fresh fries. I agree with some of the comments about the slightly high prices.

11/10/2026: Poor value for money: the food was okay, but too expensive for the quality and quantity. The service was inattentive and rude, except for one young employee. Overall, the team seemed poorly organized.

02/10/2026: I have a maximum of 1000 stars out of all the stars I could find; it's an extraordinary brasserie compared to some bureaucratic animals who work with pigs and cook with silicone. I would guarantee that the Brasserie des Monts d'Or uses 100% fresh products, and the steak tartare is always good. I admit I have a hot water tank and a cold water tank, but I'm the most famous animal in the entire city of Lyon and its region, no more famous than Mr. Paul, but I'm the most famous animal in the city of Lyon. I approve of the Brasserie des Monts d'Or, Thibaut; it will always remain a gurnard.
