23/06/2025: Saleswoman who hardly wants to work if you say hello, no professionalism from all the salespeople of most of the stores, they don't know how to contact customers, I shouted goodbye 3 times without anyone answering me or showing me any intention, I don't see why I would spend my money in a shitty bakery... in addition you kill the real artisan bakers and pastry chefs with your frozen foods... to flee and avoid this kind of store...

09/06/2026: Extremely disappointing stay at Logis Hôtel le Fleurance. I travel regularly and I can say that this was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Accumulated dust, cobwebs with live spiders, dirt in the corners, poorly maintained fixtures, dirty electrical outlets, and an overall impression of a complete lack of upkeep. When I reported the cobweb with a spider in the room to reception, no real solution was offered, under the pretext that the hotel was full. The most shocking thing is that I later found the spider squashed on the floor, which demonstrates that no serious cleaning had been done. The bathrooms were also dirty. The shower provided barely lukewarm water, and the fixtures seemed old and poorly maintained. As for the restaurant, dinner was a huge disappointment: bland, tasteless, and uninteresting food. I ate because I had to, but certainly not for pleasure. I took numerous photos that attest to the actual state of the room and its amenities. Given the level of cleanliness I observed, I believe this establishment does not meet the standards one has the right to expect from a hotel. The health department should take a closer look. I would never have stayed if the reservation hadn't been made by my company… I particularly regret the management's lack of response and consideration in the face of such obvious problems. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

25/04/2026: Thoroughly terrible place to eat, for reasons below: The French fries were soggy, oily, and were clearly microwaved after being fried much before. The steak tartare was full of strong mustard and little else, there was no raw egg yolk (maybe it was mixed with the beef, but I really could not taste it). The ham and cheese baguette was ok. Service was very slow and completely un-courteous. The young boy clearly forgot my order and then went in to place it at least 10 minutes after ordering. For a fast-food place, it isn't cheap, either. I regret having gone there to eat.

30/06/2026: I went with other 6 people, very good food with amazing prices. It was all perfect. The service was very nice and Leroy, our sever, was very friendly and attentive. The ambience was relaxing and quiet, perfect for dinner. Everything was excellent, I’ll save it on my list for my next time in Paris.

29/06/2026: Poulet fermier was good, stay away from the pates. Service was quite unkind, especially towards neighbouring tourists. Would not recommend.

10/08/2026: As always, a very warm welcome from Fabienne and David, the staff are very pleasant and smiling. Quality products, tender and melt-in-your-mouth meats, whether beef or pork. For years, never disappointed; a highly recommended place.

01/08/2026: We always receive a very warm welcome, with excellent Spritz and other cocktails, very good pizzas, and a friendly and genuinely accommodating atmosphere. A relaxed vibe in summer and winter, dogs welcome, and ultra-fast service. ☀️

06/07/2026: A true gem! The dishes were fresh, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. What makes this place truly special is its warm and welcoming atmosphere: from the moment you arrive, you feel like you're visiting friends. The service was attentive, very friendly, and took the time to attend to each customer. If you're looking for flavorful cuisine in a friendly and authentic setting, you've come to the right place. We will definitely be back!

22/06/2026: A HUGE thank you to Philippe and his chef Jérôme, with whom I had a very pleasant and convivial time. Arriving unexpectedly around 3:30 pm, I was welcomed almost like a friend, with warmth and smiles, and they cooked for me despite the late hour. A delicious one-dish meal with Morteau sausage and a local Chardonnay with a fruity, mineral character! All served at the counter at my request! Thank you, Philippe and Jérôme, and if I come back, as promised, I'll have a full meal with a starter and dessert. Signed, the three-wheeled scooter rider (they'll understand).

26/07/2026: Very good. Breads, cakes, etc., can be stored for a short time.

21/07/2026: The bread was stale twice; the pistachio French toast probably lost its pistachios on the shelf (apart from the few crushed pistachios on top); the brioche was dry and completely tasteless.

05/05/2026: The cappuccino was undrinkable and the service was unfriendly. A very unpleasant experience. A shame.

14/07/2026: I particularly appreciate their professionalism, warm welcome, and great generosity. The quality of the products is excellent, whether it's the bread or pastries. You can feel the care put into each preparation, with delicious products made with passion. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

11/07/2026: A truly exceptional rip-off for a pistachio-flavored trompe l'oeil. No ganache, just artificially flavored pistachio mousse. The price of €7.50 is far from justified.

09/06/2026: This bakery is very expensive for the quality. The sandwiches are bland and tasteless. As for the service, it's appalling: no smiles, rushed service, you get the impression that only money matters. To top it all off, if you want to eat in, you have to pay extra. Frankly, everything is in place to make you not want to come back. I give it a 0 for customer experience.

19/07/2026: First time here for us, two drinks and an ice cream for our daughter. No complaints whatsoever. Quick service, friendly waiter, idyllic setting... we had a great time.

09/02/2026: Always excellent...the best Flunch I know...and the staff is always friendly. What a shame this restaurant is closing permanently to make way for a fast food place...a void in Cholet!
