04/05/2026: At first glance, the menu displayed at the entrance offered numerous sandwiches, which prompted us to sit down. Once we went to order, the server offered us only four sandwiches, forcing us to go outside and show him the menu we'd seen at the entrance to demonstrate THEIR selection. After placing our order, we received two warm Cokes. The sandwiches themselves were a joke: one piece of bread and two tomatoes… The most shocking thing was that as soon as the sandwiches arrived at our table, we were expected to pay the bill. Unheard of! Are we in a restaurant or McDonald's? Avoid at all costs!!

14/06/2026: Excellent spot between NotreDame and Marais district. The servers were kind and helpful. The food was delicious and there were vegetarian options. There was a man playing organ on the corner, too.

12/06/2026: A complete disaster, a tourist trap in all its glory. The setting is admittedly very pleasant, but the food is really not good. A €19.50 burger, almost entirely pre-made, in which I found A PIECE OF PLASTIC. When we told them, it was practically considered normal, and the waiter simply replied, "Oh yes, that must happen when you take the cheddar out of the plastic." In short, I don't recommend the burgers ;)

07/08/2026: It's appalling to pay extra for fries with cheddar cheese; they taste like mashed carrots. The buffet was practically empty at 7:30 pm. Never again.

06/08/2026: This is the second time in a row we've visited this restaurant; we're regular customers of this chain. On our last two visits, we had the unfortunate experience of receiving a higher bill than expected because current promotions or offers weren't applied. Today, the €4 children's menu wasn't applied, even though we were within the offer period and met the requirements (simultaneous purchase of an adult menu, even two!). The reason given was that we used loyalty points for a drink and that the two couldn't be combined... I couldn't find any mention of "not cumulative" anywhere. The previous time, we hadn't used any loyalty points, and the reason given was, "We don't have the button on the register." The same thing happened with the all-you-can-eat ham offer that same day, which was still displayed on the screens. It's deplorable to have misleading promotions and advertisements. Furthermore, we had to search halfway around the restaurant to find a salt shaker that was three-quarters empty. And the dishes were a bit dirty or stained with limescale. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

26/03/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this. The grilled chicken was placed on a huge amount of salad with virtually no dressing. There were very few parmesan shavings and the black olives were tasteless and tasted like they came straight from a can. Avoid at all costs...

04/03/2026: We had squid as a starter; it was the only thing that was really good, but expensive at €13 for a plate. The mussels didn't really have any flavor. They were neither good nor bad. As for the fish with aioli, the aioli didn't really taste of garlic, and the fish was full of bones for €23. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

13/03/2026: Only one review for four people, the restaurant's rating is already quite low… Summary: worst pizzas of our lives, at least you've made an impression! Nothing goes right, nothing positive…

13/07/2026: A very bad experience. The order was taken too quickly; we had barely sat down before being asked for both our main course and dessert. Despite this, we still had to wait 30 minutes to be served. It wasn't the waitress who brought us our food; in fact, she didn't even come to check if everything was alright. The meat wasn't cooked as requested, and the dish was served without any sauce, which wasn't even offered when we ordered. We ended up with ketchup and mayonnaise when we asked for sauce because it was too dry... The end of the meal was just as unexpected, as we were practically rushed out because the show was starting early (it started 10 minutes late). In short, over €130 in total, I feel ripped off; it's absolutely not worth it, neither the food nor the customer service.

12/07/2026: Expensive, poor quality products, honestly avoid it. Fast food is better.

03/08/2026: We had a truly awful experience. We had to wait to be served before even sitting down, as we had to approach the table to ask. After sitting down, 17 minutes passed and no one had come to our table yet. After insisting, they brought the menu, and 23 minutes later, no one had approached our table. When we complained, they told us we had to wait our turn, but excuse us, three tables were seated after us, and two of them already had their food on the table when we got up to ask them to please take our order, as we had a hungry two-year-old with us. They rudely told us we couldn't get takeout, that we could only wait, and in a very impolite way, they asked if we had time.

03/08/2026: 0% recommended. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. They served tables that arrived later. I went to ask for takeout and they told me I had to wait my turn. Terrible service.

08/09/2025: An excellent daily menu, a perfect welcome and service. We were served quickly because the storm was approaching and we had to take off again for Aix-en-Provence immediately. Thank you to all the staff for this excellent meal; we highly recommend this place. I came back a week later for lunch with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time. The pomegranate was delicious. 29/11/2025: I'm not usually picky, and I've seen my fair share of restaurants... But how is it possible to run such a filthy establishment?? How is it possible to serve such disgusting food? And on plates, dirty dishes and cutlery, poorly washed... Everything filthy... The dining room is filthy... shoes stick to the tiles and slip on the grime... Mondial Relay packages are everywhere, on the tables and floor... here and there... Customers show up to pick up their packages during service... unbelievable... Seated facing the kitchen... the icing on the cake! You can see the damage to the ovens... The dishcloth used to hold the plates... indescribably dirty... It's inconceivable that customers have never gotten sick eating in this "restaurant." The DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) should investigate... This restaurant is a disgrace to the industry.

18/02/2026: Worst restaurant I've ever been to! First of all, the entrance looks like an old, abandoned church; it's incredibly uninviting. There was only one other person in the entire restaurant, it was so empty… and you quickly understand why. The pizzas we ordered were absolutely disgusting. We didn't eat a single bite because I found something black in it; I don't even know if it was an insect… On top of that, she put canned tomato sauce on top with a sliced ​​tomato to make it look homemade. Honestly, it was a kitchen nightmare. We spent 22 euros and got absolutely nothing to eat.

04/05/2026: A very good experience at Poulaillon! The products are of high quality, whether it's the bread, pastries, or cakes. The welcome is warm and the staff are friendly, even during busy times. We particularly appreciate the wide selection and the consistent quality of the flavors. A reliable and delicious place, ideal for breakfast, a lunch break, or simply to treat yourself.

12/02/2026: Very disappointed. My husband went to get a kougelhopf to take to family tomorrow. When we got home, I returned it. The best-before date was 12/02, and it's 12/02. The waiter didn't tell my husband it was past its expiration date, and there was no discount on the product! They won't see me there again!

16/07/2026: Unfortunately, a very bad customer experience. The place is very beautiful, but unfortunately some of the servers are extremely unpleasant. For example, they put down the bottle noisily, showing their annoyance. When taking my order, I had to ask for it, even beg for it, etc.
