06/07/2026: The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is incredible! This is the place to be in Avoriaz for a festive break right on the slopes. The atmosphere under the sun is magical, perfect for après-ski with breathtaking mountain views. As for the food, it's pure bliss: their truffle pizza is simply exceptional, generous and fragrant, ideal to pair with a good glass of wine. The staff are super energetic and friendly despite the crowds. An experience not to be missed!

08/06/2026: I've been to La Folie Douce two years now – and it's been fantastic every time! Great DJs, great music, no cover charge, drink prices are perfectly reasonable for après-ski, friendly staff, cool dancers, clean restrooms, and always a fun atmosphere among the guests. Plus, they regularly have great themed parties (like Aperol Spritz). I'll be skiing in Avoriaz again next year, so I'll definitely be visiting La Folie Douce regularly!

12/06/2026: The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. The food at Restaurant Café du Soleil was generally very good, and the menu was quite comprehensive. However, the portions were truly enormous, much larger than I expected. One person ordering just one dish would be quite full, and might even be unable to finish. The prices didn't seem cheap, but considering the portions, it was understandable. I suggest not ordering too much; if you don't have a big appetite, you can share with a few people, or order less.

12/06/2026: We had a very good meal; the portions were generous and everything was served quickly. For starters, a special mention goes to the eggs meurette and the Lyonnaise salad, which were both excellent. For our main course, we had quenelles, which were plentiful and very well prepared. A special mention for the praline tart, which was simply superb—in short, I highly recommend it and don't hesitate to make a reservation.

02/08/2026: A pleasant setting for lunch with friends. The only major drawback was the unfriendly, casual, and overly familiar head waiter. A shame for this type of restaurant.

10/07/2026: A delicious meal, served by charming people! A huge thank you to the Chef, whether for the starter (mussels with leeks, in a divine sauce), the main course (lamb shank with simply delicious vegetables), or the dessert! Oh, that dessert, so beautifully presented, also divine!!! (the chocolate fondant). In short, a wonderful meal!

15/07/2026: Good service, Ricard just right, ice and water on the side, perfect. However, the sommelier was wearing an advertising t-shirt and didn't have a wine list, even though they supposedly have a cellar with many bottles! The food was excellent, the dishes very well prepared. The waitresses were very professional. A good evening nonetheless.

08/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome even though the hotel was closed. We were soaked in the rain! The owner turned on the heater to dry our clothes. Excellent value for money. The evening meal was excellent, featuring meat raised by the owner. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. I highly recommend it.

21/07/2026: A fantastic place I frequent regularly. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The food is excellent, with a varied menu including pizzas, daily specials, and à la carte options. Like everything else, the desserts are homemade and delicious. A great place I highly recommend!
