09/06/2026: I had the opportunity to discover the Auberge de Fouilloy while working on a nearby construction site.
Despite visiting several times without a reservation, the staff was welcoming and the food was excellent.
Nothing negative to say.
I highly recommend it! ⚡️

A very comprehensive menu with set menus and individual dishes. A superb dinner that allowed me to recover after a scorching day on the Camino de Santiago (by bike).
Here, the staff are genuinely welcoming, offering helpful advice and attentive service without being pushy.
A beautiful, shaded terrace out back, a relaxed atmosphere, and a well-chosen (and discreet) musical selection. A must-try.

07/05/2026: I got a little hungry on my way home, so I grabbed one of their crepes to go. And I wasn't disappointed! It was a generous portion, delicious, and came with a lovely little salad with a wonderful vinaigrette dressing. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly and lovely.
I recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome. The restaurant's location is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly attentive to our group.
The setting is calm and relaxing.
All the dishes were perfect 🥰
We highly recommend this restaurant.

23/05/2026: The three of us went out for a day in Dijon. We hadn't booked a restaurant, and this was the only affordable one close to where we were staying. The price of the set menu (€22) was perfectly reasonable for a starter, main course, and dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and highly recommend this restaurant. Please don't make the same mistake we did and book ahead to avoid going hungry.

A must-visit restaurant that perfectly combines tradition, elegance, and genuine hospitality.
03/06/2026: Over the years this has become my favorite restaurant in Nice. Filled with Belle Epoque details, it is a jewel among "touristy" restaurants - the staff is welcoming and attentive - the menu offers seasonal dishes (LOVE the zucchini blossoms!) and the quality never waivers. The presentation is lovely, and Chef Antoine makes sure that each table is enjoying their meal. Always a great dining experience for me!
