07/12/2024: Nous avons mangé au Temp d'M samedi 7 décembre. Nous étions deux couples. Tous les plats, faits sur place, étaitent très soignés, très savouroux, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service était parfait. Les photos sur le site web ne trompent pas, on a passé un moment très agréable. A refaire !
24/11/2024: Belle découverte ce dimanche midi pour nos 33 ans de mariage.
Très bon accueil, très bon service et repas excellent.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

The boss is a true epicurean, passionate about good things, and this is evident in every plate. He introduces us to exclusive and refined products, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere. A must-see address for food lovers!

04/07/2025: Honestly, great meal, very good service, nothing to complain about there. On the other hand, a little disappointed with the terrace: the table right next to us chained cigarettes non-stop, and since we are not smokers, it spoiled the moment a little and filled the terrace with smoke. Too bad, because without that it would have been great.. But hey it's a shame to think that you can't enjoy the terrace if you don't smoke and the terrace isn't non-smoking.
01/07/2025: Amazing food, I got the steak, amazing service too! Not terribly pricey for insanely good food! If I lived in Strasbourg, I'd come here as often as I could.

04/11/2025: Hi. Restaurant and inn where the food is delicious and you'll be well taken care of! Homemade crudités buffet and even its own sarasson (a type of sausage)...Guinea fowl, frogs' legs, snails with fresh parsley sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, all best enjoyed without too much of the "old-fashioned" Syrat wine before heading back out onto the country roads in this idyllic rural area. Thank you.

07/12/2025: Once again, it was a treat for the taste buds, with attentive waiters and owner. A very good atmosphere and, as always, a very pleasant setting.
14/11/2025: The cassoulet wasn't hot, it wasn't browned, in short, very average.
However, the ice cream and the waiter deserve a very good mention.

28/11/2024: During a stopover in the village of Fayence, we were able to sit down in this charming restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious appetizer, then, for my part, I chose a piece of beef matured in the chef's cellar which he cooked brilliantly accompanied by a Crozet gratin.
It’s very simple, it was DELICIOUS! Finally, the desserts are excellent and perfectly mastered. You can directly feel the homemade taste.

The setting, friendly. Then above all the kindness of the staff, who take care of you and know how to recommend the best wine with the chosen dish.
In short, I recommend!
21/07/2024: It's not easy in St Malo, especially here on the city walls, to find a restaurant away from tourist food. The Fidelis is a pleasant exception here. If you're looking for visually appealing dishes, you've come to the right place. We chose a menu and were not disappointed. Plus attractive wines and good service. We can recommend Fidelis to anyone who wants to eat well.
