02/02/2026: The sheets and bed were a complete disaster: dirty and old, the bathroom was neglected and the shower was broken, and breakfast was an absolute fiasco.

30/01/2026: Stay here to see what a hotel shouldn't be like... They must have gotten their 3 stars from Candy Crush... 🤦

07/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would... This so-called restaurant offers grilled chicken, but I waited an hour and a half for a barely cooked chicken. Plus, half the breast meat was missing, carefully cut out with a knife... They were also missing an Orangina and a container of rice. These people are impossible to reach to request a refund or any other form of compensation... Completely ridiculous.

25/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered through Uber Eats, and my order took over an hour and a half to arrive! And it wasn't what I ordered at all. There was no packaging, just aluminum foil. The chicken, covered in oil, came out of this disgusting wrapping. Oil was everywhere, everything was missing, the mashed potatoes were drenched in oil, and it smelled awful 🤢🤮... The delivery driver was so drunk, poor guy! It's a disgrace to do this. This establishment should be shut down; it must be incredibly unhygienic. Even pigs wouldn't eat this. Shame on you!!! 05/07/2026: Air conditioner did not work in the room when I checked in during the evening. The front desk said they couldn't send someone to look at it until the next day and said they didn't have any other rooms to offer. The next day when I returned very late in the evening, I found they had not done anything. The front desk said they couldn't send someone until the next day - again! They finally offered me another room. After I unpacked in my new room and went into it's bathroom, I discovered a horrible sewer smell was backing up into the bathroom's drains. Escalated to the front desk. Again - they said they couldn't do anything about it and they did not have any other rooms to offer. They finally agreed to send someone to the room who simply sprayed disinfectant into the drains. They said they would send someone the next day to resolve the issue or would offer me another room. The bathroom smell was terrible the next morning. I reminded the front desk of the issue the next morning. The associate assured me they would have a new room ready when I returned late that evening. When I returned that evening, the front desk associate said they didn't know anything about my issue and did not have any more rooms available. After I escalated to another associate, they were suddenly able to find me a new room. As I unpacked in my third room around midnight and pulled back the bed spread, I discovered the bed was missing a bed sheet. I again notified the front desk. The associate handed me a bed sheet and said I'd need to add it to the bed. On two different occasions I asked to speak to a manager. I was told both times a manager was not available to speak to. I had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel.

28/05/2026: Sorry but selling rooms that they know have faulty aircondition is not good enough. Had to get a refund as it was over 30 degrees in the room.

17/07/2026: As welcoming as a prison gate… the owner stares at you from head to toe without saying hello while he plays on his phone… We ask if we can sit down and he tells us they only take cash… strange character and strange place. It looks like the place is for sale or under renovation, judging by the surrounding mess. What a shame.

06/07/2026: Unpleasant and lacking in politeness, they stared at us as soon as we walked in. We left without ordering anything. You should sell your business and relocate far away from any customers.
