03/06/2025: Some ingredients served on Mondays are unfortunately inedible because they're not fresh. I'm thinking of the chicken in particular. Also, the rice is undercooked, and the sweet potato has a smoky flavor (it's a new dish, and I don't find it pleasant). The avocado is always overripe and sometimes stringy. The artichokes aren't tender. The hot ingredients are generally very dry. If you come in the evening, the menu is really limited because the hot ingredients are unfortunately no longer available. The menu should also be updated more regularly with new ingredients.

16/11/2025: Of course, the setting is magnificent, overlooking the lake!! But I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious cuisine with its refined taste!!! And above all, a warm welcome...it was a bit overcast, but the sun came out...having a coffee outside with dessert in November was fantastic! We'll definitely be back!!

13/12/2024: Very good but as we had the aperitif and obviously had time the other tables which seemed to be active were served more quickly which is logical. . Lydie, the boss, remains as pleasant and friendly as ever, as is the very courageous young waiter. As for this restaurant that I have known for over 30 years: it remains impeccable.

04/09/2025: In a small village now devoid of shops, this little gem warmly welcomes its often numerous customers. I even assume the municipality has provided a brand new parking lot nearby, in order to avoid the rush of cars at lunchtime. The setting is charming and decorated with paintings by artists, I suspect, local. The terrace with a relaxing garden, the entire team is pleasant, and the elves are visible in a beautiful, top-notch kitchen. Unbeatable quality and quantity for the set prices. Don't hesitate to treat yourself to a visit to this enchanting building. Signed: A bothered customer.

03/08/2025: We stayed at the Auberge d'Hevilliers for 10 days on a business trip, and we have wonderful memories of it. The welcome was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The meals were varied and of very good quality, perfect for long-term stays. The establishment offers excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended option for both business and leisure stays.

22/01/2025: Cadre agréable dans un quartier agréable et touristique. Le personnel est souriant et affable. Bon service également. Par contre, pour la cuisine, de réels efforts à faire. Dur de tenter de manger un plat du jour sans saveur vanté avec légumes "de saisons" et y mettre des courgettes. Bref, nous n'avons pas du tout aimé et sommes bien désolés

22/01/2025: J'y vais souvent avec des clients : ne prennent pas en compte les demandes spécifiques faites lors des réservations (demande de salle du fond non retenue, demande de table à l'entrée non retenue..., par exemple.
