03/12/2025: So pleased we stopped here. Having arrived early, the restaurant was quiet, but very quickly filled up, so booking is advised.
The owner was incredibly friendly and spoke great English. He was very happy to talk through the menu and the provenance of the regional produce, a lot of which is organic.
Cannot recommend this restaurant more, excellent crepes with excellent service. We look forward to returning on another trip to the area.

From the "Georgette," a delicious dessert crêpe to savor by the fireplace, to the caramelized onion crêpe, we can't say enough good things... The ingredients are of the highest quality. Thank you so much for this wonderful shared experience.

The staff is knowledgeable and happy to guide you through tastings, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and very Parisian, perfect for a relaxed evening. Pairing the wines with cheese or charcuterie makes it even better. A great spot for both wine lovers and those looking to learn more about French wine.

11/11/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Les 2 Bécasses; the staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. A vegetarian option, perhaps a vegetarian plate, would be a welcome addition! You don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy a delicious meal without eating meat!

Special mention for Chloé, an adorable waitress, whose kindness contrasts pleasantly with certain receptions that are sometimes a little cold in Alsace! The glowing reindeer in the corner adds a truly charming decorative touch. THANKS :)

09/12/2025: The restaurant was a bit noisy. A main course and dessert cost €18 without wine. There were only 5 shrimp in the daily special. The French toast was dry and unappetizing; I'd avoid it. This was my second visit, and I was quite disappointed. I just didn't connect with the place. It was very busy, which I guess appeals to some and not to others, myself included.

14/12/2024: Incredible place to eat paella in Grenoble, there's something for everyone, meat, fish, and vegetarian! The family that runs the restaurant is Spanish, they combine Spanish specialties with French specialties. I enjoyed myself. They are super nice and helpful, and the paella was really good. It is served in large individual pans, it’s quite stylish.
08/12/2024: An excellent address to recommend! This restaurant is both warm and friendly, with delicious cuisine that delights the taste buds. The staff are welcoming and attentive, which makes the experience even more pleasant. A place where you want to come back, I highly recommend!

Le Chef est très talentueux, explosion de saveurs en bouche, associations inattendues et improbables tellement délicieuses et surprenantes,
Le service au top,
Franchement à découvrir. Pas mieux dans le secteur!

19/09/2024: We had a great meal here when on holiday in La Garde Freinet. Six of us spanning three generations, aged from 5 to 72. They looked after us beautifully and the food was of a high standard. We can’t recommend it too highly. Great garden like atmosphere.
30/08/2024: A very cute little restaurant that we would love to come back to. The food tasted very good.
We really liked the atmosphere.
You should reserve in advance so that you can get a table. Our Bernese Mountain Dog was also greeted with a lot of love.

09/11/2024: Passing through on our journey between Nancy and CDG airport, we discovered this very nice little place for lunch.
Only good things to taste with the chef's explanations and his wife's diligence. The service is carried out in pairs with great attention and a few small herbs and flowers to enhance the dishes.
Time stands still in a very pleasant and calming setting.
If you are in the area, and you like gastronomy, do not hesitate to visit this establishment, you will not be disappointed.
