14/12/2024: Great discovery last night, here is a real typical Alsatian restaurant with its traditional decor and its dishes. The staff takes great care, the sauerkraut is to die for. I will come back to taste their flemmekueche and the whole menu I think.

30/06/2025: Don't be fooled by the photos of the old establishment 😉 The new Viaduc is a friendly bar-restaurant with warm decor, two dining rooms and an outdoor terrace. 07/07/2025: Came here for lunch and it couldn’t have been better. The dorade was cooked to absolute perfection—delicate, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great skill. The restaurant has a simple, unpretentious look, but don’t be fooled: this is a Gault&Millau-listed gem. A truly memorable.

03/07/2025: Only one waitress and one chef for 10 parties, also ONE single menu that all 10 of us were supposed to share and it was only in French.. It took about 1.5 hours to get the starter. And the "finer" parties got their food first even though they arrived probably 30 minutes after us. They didn't have enough wine glasses, so when we wanted to change wine they had to take our glasses in and wash them and we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get new wine glasses that were warm. Then it took 1.5 hours to get the main course from when we finished our starter. The food was pretty good but everything else was unfortunately very bad. Absolutely not worth 4.8 points in the review but maybe 2 points.

08/12/2024: Arriving there at 9:50 p.m. to eat, we were told that it was closed, although the closing time was indicated at 11 p.m. on Google. If you don't have a customer it is better to close permanently, or modify Google timetable so as not to move for nothing.

10/07/2025: Not at all a 5-star hotel! Ibis Budget does much better. At €350 for 1 night, the customer wants the best. Appalling insulation: you can hear the train just below. Difficult access with a suitcase: the escalators don't work. Exit to the restaurant on level 2. Appalling cleanliness in the room: Damaged placemat Coffee machine Sugar scattered all around Dust Big dent on the sofa ... The restaurant/breakfast room All the furniture is dented/not washed/maintained Everything needs to be polished or even replaced! Very poor hygiene at breakfast. Very poor service - no smiles! I was even told: "Well, go ask the cook for eggs!" at breakfast 🤔 I'll spare you the Asian tourist welcome! 🙄 Realistically (in a 5-star rating, of course)

15/12/2024: After years of coming to this restaurant, we were frankly disappointed with our experience: No more dish of the day at 1:30 p.m.... we decide to order a rib of beef for 2 at 68€ per kg. We are not asked for cooking or quantity, the plates arrive with a very small portion of tasteless frozen fries and undercooked 2 salad leaves fight a duel. dessert was good Blueberry tart and homemade rice pudding with 2 coffees Price: €117 a little expensive for the Service

07/10/2024: Nothing to complain about, the dishes were very good and generous, very good atmosphere with a magnificent view as well as pleasant and very welcoming service. Product from their own farm and of quality. A jewel nestled on a memorable pass I will come back without hesitation.
