10/05/2026: We had lunch there as a family and I'm terribly disappointed. After asking before booking if gluten-free options were available, which was confirmed, and after specifying to the waiter that I couldn't have gluten as I'm intolerant, I ended up eating a dish containing gluten that made me sick. I called a few days later to report it and was told that there was bulgur in the dish and that mistakes can happen... You don't play around with people's health, it's unacceptable!

12/06/2026: The food was decent, but the service upstairs was nonexistent: 20 minutes with an empty water pitcher, and a condescending attitude from the waitress when I made a simple request. An hour and 45 minutes for a starter, main course, and dessert is ridiculous. And even if you prepare everything to order, as you claim, of course, if no server is upstairs to check on the customers, orders arrive later in the kitchen, and we end up with a 45-minute wait between the starter and the main course. But you're clearly in denial.

12/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, superb cuisine, the dishes are very refined, the welcome is warm, and the setting is lovely. We go there regularly.

14/06/2026: Group meeting of 20 people. They were readily available to understand our requests and last-minute adjustments. A warm and efficient welcome. A generous and delicious meal (appetizers, shrimp skewers, duck leg with orange sauce and seasonal vegetables, potato and Cantal cheese gratin, Baked Alaska) in a private room. In the morning, a meeting for our entire team upstairs in a beautiful, well-proportioned room with everything we needed, and, as always, a warm welcome and excellent breakfast. 07/04/2026: A superb experience! The new owners are fully committed to the success of the establishment, much to the chagrin of a few naysayers. I have no doubt whatsoever that they will bring a wonderful energy to this business. Special mention also goes to the quality and management of the snow at Flaine – simply incredible!

28/05/2026: Quite surprised by the policy. We chose the all-you-can-eat option, but there was half a pizza left over that we couldn't finish. We were charged an extra €2 to take it away, otherwise it would be thrown straight in the bin. Preferring to waste food rather than let us eat it later is an ecological and commercial disgrace.

26/05/2026: We come here every time we're in Paris now. The prices for the all-you-can-eat buffet are very fair. I paid €6.50 for a large beer. The tarte flambée arrives quickly and is fresh. All of them can also be ordered as vegetarian options. Sitting in the vaulted cellar is especially recommended.
