11/12/2025: Wow, lunch at Babette's! What a welcome at this roadside diner! It's perfect; they make you feel right at home. Excellent local aperitif (a small Pontarlier wine) accompanied by thin slices of sausage. And then it doesn't stop there—the meal! Generous portions, incredibly delicious, service with a smile—we couldn't get enough. In short, go without hesitation. We'll be back Monday at lunchtime.

09/12/2024: L'Auberge du Cheval Blanc in Crèvecoeur en Auge, a magnificent gourmet address on the cider route. The boss is dynamic, welcoming, very friendly. lThe service staff is wonderful. The menu, the revelation of tasting seasonal products cooked with love. Scallops, excellent. The pieces of beef cooked on the fireplace, sensational. Desserts will delight gourmands served with a gourmet influence. The Caramelized Apple Soufflet, Norman happiness in the mouth. A very beautiful and good restaurant where a gourmet break is inseparable from a visit to this charming Calvados countryside.

20/09/2024: Made reservations for a Thursday night. Food was very good! Each dish was made very well and the flavors all complemented each other. The owners serve you and prepare the food and you can tell they take great pride in the prep and their patrons. Highly recommend a stop here. For 100 euros, the seven course menu plus wine is a great value in Avignon. The one thing to take L’Agape up another notch is to improve the by the glass and bottle selections. There is only one white, rose, red, and sparkling to choose from by the glass. The by the bottle list is above average.

10/09/2024: On the advice of a #Vignarès wine merchant met during a tasting at Domaine Richaud, we had lunch there today with great pleasure. Subtle and elegant cuisine, charming terrace and equally charming service. Address to remember
