30/01/2026: I adore and respect the Vigato family. Naming a restaurant "Disciples" moves me and shows that they've understood everything and forgotten nothing. The subsequent takeover of Marius therefore thrilled me. Boulevard Murat has recaptured some of the fervor and eternal youth of the Marshal who covered himself in glory at the Battle of Austerlitz. Once there, you can have lunch or dinner in one of the few true temples of fish in Paris. Crab au naturel, a competition-worthy fish soup, legendary whiting Colbert, and then that grilled sea bass with virgin olive oil. And that Grand Marnier soufflé. For me, this isn't a sleepy 16th arrondissement: it's a dynamic and glorious Paris, a stone's throw from the magical home of the European champions (Thank you, Luis Enrique; you deserved to be a great chef). Jérôme Vigato is more committed than ever to introducing new wines to enthusiasts, without limiting himself to the borders of France. It goes without saying that François Grandjean's regulars (35 years at the helm here) aren't all jumping for joy: being myself very much a "madeleine de Proust," I'll refrain from accusing them of a certain nostalgia. But consider the Vigatos: like the great Anselme Selosse in Champagne, they place the passing on of knowledge at the heart of their world of generosity and rigor.

10/02/2026: Fantastic! We've been regulars there for 10 years and it was a real pleasure to have lunch at Le Grand Lac. The restaurant has been under new ownership for the last 6 years. The food is homemade, including the desserts, which you absolutely must try! Go for it!

13/10/2025: A lovely hotel and restaurant on the shores of Lake Pareloup. This completely renovated hotel is located in the parish of Saint-Martin des Faux. The rooms are comfortable and the nights are peaceful. The restaurant is perfect and offers a great introduction to the region's gastronomy! A real treat, with a warm welcome, excellent service, and a smile to boot! A must-see!

Marie and Jean-Jacques, the owners, gave us an exceptionally warm welcome. With their rare kindness, they made us feel at ease as if we were part of their family. Their warmth and simplicity made the evening even more special. The food was excellent: generous, flavorful, and prepared with care. All our guests were delighted, and everyone commented on the quality of the food and the service. Thanks to them, this family celebration will remain a cherished memory for all of us. 21/10/2025: We arrived half an hour before the restaurant closed. When we asked if we could still eat, the very kind and helpful waiter responded with a welcoming smile. We ordered moules frites, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. Even though it was past closing time, they even offered us a dessert menu. We settled for coffee. The slightly rustic atmosphere is very refined and welcoming.

19/11/2025: Just had a hot chocolate and a pastry... on a cold, rainy day... we had a wonderful time in this café with its warm, friendly atmosphere and lovely decor... it was a real treat! I highly recommend it... we'll be back to try the food!

09/02/2026: Just a stone's throw from the A6 motorway, near Beaune, this is a stop not to be missed. A beautiful restaurant by the water with refined cuisine. The service is equally impeccable; in short, an address we've noted down for a future visit, and even for a longer detour, as we enjoyed it so much.

04/03/2026: The food was amazing! The location was great, but we were in a corner where the server never came, and we had to get up to ask for things, so that was a bad experience. Otherwise, the service was very friendly, everyone was kind. The value for money is fantastic, but be careful because they tried to rip us off. We ordered a mixed platter that cost around €18, and they charged us €52 without any explanation, describing it as a "maxi platter," even though that dish isn't even on the menu. Basically, they try to push it on you, and if it doesn't work, they'll refund you, as happened to us, but without even an apology. Simply put, it's a nice place with delicious food, but it's a shame about the inattentive service. Be very careful: check the bill thoroughly, because they try to rip you off, especially if they think you're not a local!
