A big thank you to Chef Scotty and his team for introducing us to new flavors; the meal was delicious from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was perfect! 👌 I highly recommend it. 28/04/2026: I'd been wanting to go for ages... I was delighted! A very warm welcome, excellent and very fresh food. The dining room wasn't overcrowded, which allowed for a very pleasant meal. The decor is so charming that every object has a story to tell. We were even lucky enough to drink from Grandpa's old water pitcher. I recommend making a reservation. Can't wait to go back.

28/03/2026: The hotel has a really lovely spa area. The reception staff were also very friendly. The room was quite good. Only the breakfast could be improved. It doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel 🙃 But we would still gladly come back :)

28/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, and I particularly enjoyed the herbs, thyme, and garlic cooked with my duck breast, served on top of the meat. It added a lot, in my opinion, and it was the first time I'd ever seen that. I gave it 5 stars because the meal was truly excellent, and everything was homemade. Two small suggestions: serve tables with children more quickly. And regarding the children's menu, it's a shame the chicken was processed, given the high level of cuisine and quality. However, the manager offered free children's menus, which I found very professional. I had already been once and had an exceptional lamb shank. I will definitely return because the quality is truly top-notch.

06/04/2026: A very good experience at Coretta! The food is good, creative, and always beautifully presented. For my starter, I enjoyed the duck breast, but I felt the dish lacked balance: the beetroot pieces were too prominent compared to the duck. It was still a very good starter. The coffee-glazed cod was delicious. My favorite dish of the dinner was the cinnamon and caramel brioche—delicious and incredibly indulgent! Thank you for a lovely dinner.

20/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place while descending from the Roche de Solutré, and we were so lucky! There's a proper parking lot for customers (don't stop on the bumpy road!), a lovely terrace, and finally, beautiful, spacious dining rooms with tables spaced far enough apart to truly appreciate your meal. The young woman who served us was incredibly kind and gracious, even though we couldn't linger. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Pouilly-Fuissé was, of course, perfect. We'll definitely be back to spend more time here. Thank you!

09/04/2026: An excellent choice! The Ataraxie restaurant, helmed by chef Yohann Rolland, offers high-quality cuisine with beautiful presentation. Refined service, a hushed and soothing atmosphere: you feel right at home. Special mention for the sweetbreads, a true 10/10! A minor point about the strawberry dessert (a matter of taste). We were lucky enough to be welcomed without a reservation, a pleasant surprise, but it's still best to book ahead. An elegant and gourmet experience!
