04/09/2026: I have eaten ris de veau, a.k.a. sweetbreads or mollejas de res, all over the world, including at multiple Michelin starred restaurants, and cooked them many times myself. These were undoubtedly the best I have ever had. Anywhere. A sensation. A miracle. The service and the environment also outstanding. Especially if you don’t like people talking you to death. Friendly and efficient. Excellent recommendations. La cervelle de veau, rice pudding, and Armagnac also all beautiful. Cannot describe how highly I recommend this restaurant. Reserve sweetbreads and brain in advance.

25/08/2026: Besides the heatwave, the welcome is incredibly warm! The dishes are always delicious because they're homemade. The chef surprises us every time, and the wines are local. We savor every last crumb. The clientele is reassuring in every way. I assure you, I'm not related to them, lol.

I ordered a starter, main course, and dessert; it was good, but for that price, it was catered-quality. Nothing memorable. Really disappointed, although the art deco setting is nice.

20/05/2026: My partner and I went there last night. We live 5km away, and I had never been before. Based on some of the reviews, I went with mixed feelings. But what better way to form your own opinion than to eat there? We received a very warm welcome. The two young men serving that evening were great. The dishes were very good, not particularly generous at first glance, but I certainly didn't leave hungry...far from it. For the price: reasonable for a restaurant with a nice ambiance. I've eaten in much more ordinary restaurants, both in terms of food and decor, and paid more. So don't rely on other people's reviews, whether positive or negative...go and form your own opinion...like I did.

The service is also very professional and welcoming; no complaints there. My only slight reservation concerns the dining room, which perhaps lacks a bit of decoration and personality. But overall, it remains a very enjoyable experience, with high-quality food and service.
