11/12/2024: We were a family on May 12 at 4 p.m. Time between lunch and dinner, so the choice of freshly prepared food was limited. We ordered pancakes with a fruit filling and, as it were, with a vegetable and meat filling. Everything is delicious, but we waited about 30-40 minutes.

20/11/2025: A fantastic time at this restaurant! This was our second visit and we're still not disappointed! Our group of 11 was perfect for having a wonderful time! All the dishes were surprising, full of subtlety and balance, and you can tell there's real creativity involved. Thank you for the birthday cake made by the pastry chef, which was also perfect. The menu is excellent value for money! They have a great wine and whisky list! The waitstaff is very professional and attentive. We had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to the whole team!

14/12/2024: Nothing to say about the speed with which we were served. We benefited from a gift invitation. My wife describes her experience like this: it wasn't bad but it was missing that little something extra to make it really good. For my part, the dishes had everything to be delicious but everything was mixed and therefore the flavors did not stand out. Good point on the other hand on the cheese platter and desserts. If we had had to pay for the meal the whole thing would still have been very expensive for what it was, despite the care taken by the chef. That said, we enjoyed an excellent welcome. To summarize your experience will depend on the choice of your dishes but still expect a relatively salty note. kitsch decor.

11/12/2025: Had a wonderful time yesterday at Le Bateau d'Emile with my girlfriends. The meal was excellent for each of us, regardless of the menu we chose. I personally opted for the set menu, which was excellent value for money, with delicious flavors and presentation; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere intimate despite the restaurant being full. The service was impeccable. It was my first time there, but certainly not my last. Thank you, and I look forward to trying other menus soon.

03/12/2025: A very good restaurant right on the banks of the Rhône, the food is quite good and the service is too. Well-prepared dishes at a very reasonable price, served with good, well-chosen local wines.

03/12/2024: When the restaurant is full, it is better to write it on the sign outside instead of indicating "restaurant open", this would prevent potential customers from being told in a dry tone: "we are sold out from sold out!” while the room is almost empty at 12:30 p.m. Disappointed customers, lost customers.

18/09/2024: Ambiance agréable, lumière tamisée sans obscurcir l'espace-table et un personnel remarquable de gentillesse, d'efficacité et d'attention aux clients. Bravo pour "le décor," donc. Où tout va nettement moins bien (euphémisme), c'est quand arrivent les plats: *portions minuscules *aucun assaisonnements. Les 3 tables alentours ont d'ailleurs demandé les ménages afin "d'éveiller" les plats. À ce propos, si le foie gras est parfaitement cuit, il est d'une insipidité rare. C'est bien beau de vouloir respecter les saveurs authentiques des ingrédients, mais on attend autre chose d'un étoilé. *aucun amuse-bouche servi avec l'apéritif. Pour un diner 2 services à 60-70€ sans boisson, on peut l'avoir mauvaise.. Note: merci à l'équipe de service qui, constatant mon mécontentement, a gentillement proposé de m'offrir un dessert (refusé).

10/09/2024: Un cadre charmant à l’intérieur petite terrasse à l’extérieur. Nous avons été accueilli par une charmante équipe qui reste au petits soins avec la clientèle. Une cuisine raffinée travailler avec des produits frais. Seul bémol personnel, c’est que le homard est canadien et non du homard européen, c’est une question de goût.😁
