15/01/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent and of high quality, and the owners are wonderful. My favorite restaurant in Valletta. P.S.: Their duck parmentier with porcini mushroom sauce is incredible. Go without hesitation!

28/02/2026: A warm and inviting restaurant, with a charming mountain chalet feel... There are two important things in a restaurant that make you want to return: the welcome (the staff), and the quality of the food. The welcome 🤔... The staff can smile, it makes all the difference and it's especially nicer for us customers... don't be afraid of getting a few wrinkles!! The dishes 🤔... hot box, salmon, pork ribs, raclette, fondue... are worth 5 stars (even though we had to ask for the sides), we thoroughly enjoyed them, the taste 🥰, the portions 👍🏼... Everything was great until we got moldy bread for the fondue 😱... big mistake... keeping, storing, reusing, why not, even if 🤨... but do it intelligently and in a much more hygienic and rigorous way.... Needless to say, we skipped dessert... Nothing's stopping you from trying your luck, but be careful!!

11/11/2025: After a hike, what a pleasure it was to relax in a charmingly retro place where you immediately feel at ease. The truffade was delicious, and Laurent, the waiter, was so cheerful; it brightened our evening. A place to recommend without hesitation!

27/02/2026: Tucked away in a quiet little alley, this place lives up to its name: a quirky spot in Aix. An artistic, slightly bohemian atmosphere. Vintage furniture and tableware, unique decor… there’s a real soul here. The service is simple, attentive, and genuinely warm. Eric, the owner, is as dedicated to the quality of the food as he is to the quality of the experience. The wine list holds some delightful surprises: affordable yet curated by connoisseurs, with some real gems. The cocktails are the bartender’s own creations; we thoroughly enjoyed them. The dishes are fresh and flavorful, the vegetables perfectly cooked, and the desserts indulgent, just the way we like them. Even the tea and herbal infusion menu is worth exploring. In short, a restaurant that pays attention to detail without ever taking itself too seriously. A must-try if you appreciate unique, authentic places off the beaten tourist track. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: The setting is magnificent, the concept is great. It's perfect for a drink. It's a shame the food isn't of the same quality. It's affordable, for all budgets, but with such a setting, you expect more upscale cuisine. It's a pity the fries are mass-produced and the cocktail is so spicy.

08/02/2026: We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings. The dishes were excellent, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They looked like works of art. The service was warm and the intimate atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner. We highly recommend it.

The setting, the welcome, the service were excellent, and then the food—the juices, the broths, the textures, the flavors… Not a single flaw. We left with a flood of emotions in our mouths. Everything is homemade, and you'll enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts, including fresh fish from the local fish market and a modern twist on leeks vinaigrette. The interior is lovely, and the terrace overlooks the boats, giving you a real holiday feel. And the service is both professional and friendly. Go there—we need to spread the word about these great places!

The welcome was warm and the service attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent restaurant in Les Sables that we highly recommend!
